非常热情友好的房东，下单后主动沟通，入住当天飞机延误快半夜到达，天鸣哥一直在机场等，嘉琪姐在民宿迎接。民宿温馨、整洁、干净，每个角落都能看出用心在打理，虽然入住当晚碰巧遇到亚庇市区停水，嘉琪姐想尽办法让我们尽快洗上热水澡，忙到半夜。天鸣哥带我们去红树林一日游，请我们吃椰子布丁、帮我们排队、一路讲解，他们家的车是那种很舒服很豪华的七人座哦！最后的行程是从麦哲伦酒店离开的，他们也能安排接送，还带我们免费去沙巴大学、水上清真寺游玩、市区购物、体验沙巴按摩。很荣幸在亚庇选择了嘉琪，一段美好的旅程值得回忆！

房东特别友好，我是晚上入住的，有很多问题需要问，她都会很耐心地一一回复，包括需要寄存行李也会推荐附近的店家。很赞！下次再来亚庇还会选择您😊😊

The place is wonderful and loving the vibe inside exactly like pictured. Although the pool is a bit loud at times especially morning if you are a late morning person. We are just delighted that the place is very new and clean. However the toilet drain is not a valve drain and the gas from the drain can be a bit smelly. Suggest that this needs to be rectify and change. Overall I still give a 5 star for the place because it really worth that rating. Will stay again with Queenie.

The homestay is just next to the swimming pool. The balcony is big and the house itself is lovely. The host is responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend to others.

숙소가 깨끗하고 위치도 좋아 여러곳 으로의 접근성도 좋았습니다. 무었 보다도 호스트인 Luby의 친절하고 자세한 설명과 빠른 답변으로 불편함없이 3박4일간 잘지내고 왔습니다~

Good place to stay with two view.

The owner is pretty friendly with that super fast response for our demands and great trouble shooting even if we have some question during our vocation. The environment is clean and suitable for our choice which we have 3 kids. The surprised desserts for us is intimate just like treat us as their family or important guest. We like this feeling. It’s easy to get into famous and popular points in Sabah city by walking. We definitely will recommend this homestay to my family and friends.

Place looks just exactly like the photos. The space is overall pretty new and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Pasar besar/Filipino market just 2 mins away. Helpful staff for check in at the lobby during check in and check out.

Absolutely amazing services from Sylvia. She was the one who texted us before our check-in. Very friendly and responsive person. As for the room everything is lovely and wonderful. Plenty of restaurants to dine in, convenience store available but no shopping centre but that is not an issue since the location is quite near to big shopping complexes. Only thing that seems to be a minor issue which is the Iron clothing is not great but other than that we are fine with it

I had an amazing experience staying at this homestay! The space was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Apartment was located in front of airport. Easily access by Grab/taxi. The place was clean, comfortable and suitable for family. Host was very kind, polite and quickly respond to all my inquiry. Thank you and definitely will stay again!

나의 가족들은 5일동안 여기 집에서 지냈습니다. 집은 사진과 같이 깨끗하고 잘 정돈되어 있었으며 필요한 모든 물건과 집기들이 충분히 있었습니다. 숙소에 들어온 순간 나쁜냄새가 없었으며 에어컨은 모두 잘 작동되었고 간단한 요리를 해서 먹기에도 문제 없었습니다. 영화를 보며 휴식을 취했고 아름다운 인피니티 수영장에서 수영도 하였습니다. 1층에는 24시간 편의점이 있고 많은 음식점들이 있어 선택의 폭이 넓습니다. 호스트님은 친절하십니다. 우리의 비행기가 딜레이 되었을때 우리는 9시간을 집에서 더 머물 필요가 있었고 호스트님은 절반의 금액으로 머물게 해 주었습니다.

이마고몰 위에 위치해 있으며 몰을 이용하기 쉬워 너무 편리했어요. 집도 넓고 뷰도 좋아 아주 만족합니다. 전자레인지가 없어 조금 아쉬윘지만 그외에는 모두 훌륭합니다. 전체적으로 매우 훌 륭한 숙소입니다. 재방무의사도 있습니다.
