Ivana and Ivan are a very good team and very helpful. The house is very beautiful as seen in the photos, the sea is right in front of the house. The barbecue was useful and the garden was very large. In the season, if you do not have your own vehicle, transportation is a problem. I definitely recommend it for those looking for a house with a garden. I would prefer it if I came to this area again

Kind host. Apartment have everything to spend holidays like at home. Private area, parking in patio, calm zone, clean house. Perfect accomodation for family who want to visit Tivat, Budva, Kotor, etc.. I will recommend and could be back without doubts

Nensi was so nice and helpful! The patio is gorgeous, and the space is very walkable to access all of Kotor. 10/10 - the best place I stayed on my trip.

Ado bey ile görüşemedik fakat sanırım oğlu bize yardımcı oldu , kendisi çok kibar ve yardımseverdi bu kadar iyi bir ev sahibi olması bizi çok mutlu etti. Ev çok güzel konum olarak ve evin içerisi de harikaydı, biz çok memnun kaldık herkese tavsiye ederiz…

Ved ankomst mødte vi Eamonn, meget imødekommende, storsmilende, klar til at byde os velkommen. Nem indflytning - gode anbefalinger - vi følte os velkommen og “hjemme”. Under opholdet havde vi daglig kontakt med Eamonn. Og havde gode snakke. Restaurant Portun på modsatte side af vejen er en oplevelse. Huset er meget spændende indrettet, der er god plads til 8 personer. Stranden ligger lige udenfor døren.

We loved our stay at the beautiful stone house on the Bay of Kotor! The location was perfect, easy to explore neighboring towns of Kotor and Perast, lots of great restaurants within a short drive (and a few within walking distance). We loved the quiet street and the location right on the water was absolutely perfect to enjoy the outdoors (a huge plus to have a paddle board for our use as well!). House was spacious and comfortable, and the hosts were so lovely, allowing us to check in early and were very responsive to any questions we had. They also provided wine and fruit and some great local recommendations. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

We stayed for 3 nights and wish we’d stayed longer! The whole house was super homely with everything you could need, bed was super comfy not to mention the views were spectacular! I would give this more stars if I could. Anita was always available if we needed and sent a load of recommendations. Loved everything about our stay, thank you for having us!

Aracını park edebileceğiniz bir alan var. Manzarası şahane. Yürüyüş için muazzam deniz kenarı boyunca. Kiralamadan önce konumunun size uygunluğuna bakın, araç varsa hiç sorun yok. Tüm beklentilerimizi fazlasıyla karşılayan bu konaklamayı herkese tavsiye ediyorum. Tekrar bu şehre gelirsem, kesinlikle yine burada kalırım!

Almir’in evi muazzamdı. Büyük ve rahat olması çok iyiydi. Evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut. Sakin ve güzel bir konumda. Ev tertemiz ve sıfır bir daire. Almir bize her konuda yardımcı oldu ve iyi bir ev sahibi. Her şey için kendisine çok teşekkürler.

Wir waren 14 Tage in dieser tollen Wohnung. Das Meer ist toll und man kann zu jeder Zeit einfach reinspringen. Die Nachbarn sind meist Einheimische und machen dort mit ihren Familien Urlaub. Alle sehr nett und entspannt. Kinderlieb! Filip war immer erreichbar für uns und seine Mama ist ein Schatz. Sie brachte Gemüse, Krebse aus dem Meer zum Anschauen und fragte stets, ob sie etwas für uns tun kann. Jederzeit kommen wir gerne wieder. Danke für alles!

My wife and I stayed at Petivat Gardens for 2 months (October-November) while working remotely. We absolutely loved our time there. The first thing we must mention is the hospitality of the hosts. Stefen was always kind, responsive and willing to answer any questions we had. He speaks very good English so it was easy to communicate. Marta and Branco were incredible hosts as well. They were extremely generous and often gifted us their homemade wine and fruits and vegetables from their gardens. Even though, we didn’t share the same language, they invited us over multiple times for a drink and treats. We can’t express how welcome we felt here. The rest of the family who lives on the property are also very warm and friendly. Not only are the host amazing but the apartment itself was perfect. It was spacious, modern, very clean and had great views. The wifi was very strong and we never had issues with us both working remotely there. We 100% recommend staying here!! You will love it!

Great place to stay to explore Kotor bay. Its location is great as it’s close to the water where there’s lots of quiet places to sunbathe and swim. It’s about 20 minutes walking distance from the old town but the walk is very nice and there’s cafes, restaurants, bars and beaches along the way. Dejan was a great host and very helpful and friendly.

Ev sahibi her konuda çok ilgili, çok yardımsever ve hoşgörülü biri. Ne yazsak hemen dakikalar içerisinde yanıt verdi. En sevdiğimiz özelliği bu oldu. Bizim geliş saatimize kadar bizimle çok ilgilendi. Her şeyimize çok yardımcı oldu. Adresi ararken arabayla olduğumuz için adresi bulamamıştık, yürüyerek etrafa bakma şansımız kısıtlı olduğu için ev sahibi ile iletişim kurduk. Arabanın içinden attığımız fotoğraflarla evi son derece hızlı bir geri dönüşle bize tarif etti. Araçla geleceğimiz için evin yanında ücretsiz otoparkta bizim için yer tutmuştu. Ev ise tertemiz ve çok güzeldi. Kendi evimizde gibi hissettik. Banyo mis gibi kokuyordu, etrafta güzel oda kokuları vardı. Biz üç kişi kaldık, ev biraz küçük denmişti ama gayet büyüktü ve üç kişi çok rahat şekilde kaldık. Salondaki kanepeye bir kişi çok rahat sığıyor. Mutfak malzemeleri de gayet yeterli ve çok güzeldi. Konumu merkeze çok yakın, yürüme mesafesinde old towna ulaşabilirsiniz. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

bugüne kadar kaldığımız en mükemmel evdi.. çok kibar ve çok nazikti.. balkonun salıncağında harika bir zaman geçirdik. manzara kusursuzdu ve ev tertemizdi. ev çok güzel ve zekli döşenmiş.. yine gelsek eşimle yine aynı evde kalmak isterdim.. düşünmeden bu evi tutabilirsiniz ve hiç pişman olmazsınız.. teşekkürler🙏🥰❤️

Ovo je četvrti put da boravim u ovom smeštaju, tako da to dovoljno govori o zadovoljstvu. Dogovor sa Jovanom je uvek lak i bio je spreman da nam izađe u susret što se tiče dolaska, s obzirom da smo stigli dosta ranije. Što se tiče smeštaja, apsolutno odgovara opisu i na odličnoj je lokaciji, odmah pored starog grada.

The location of the house is very good. There is a parking. The hosts welcomed nicely. The view is great. I would definitely like to experience in summer. Because the house is near the sea.

My stay at the apartment was nothing short of perfect. The accommodation was clean and spacious with all the amenities you would need for a week's stay. There are steps so if you have mobility issues you may find it challenging especially when carrying luggage. The extra steps were worth it when you saw the spectacular views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Just simply stunning. The other asset was the host Alex himself, who was super responsive even before I arrived. Always happy to help with travel tips and recommendations for places to visit and eat, Alex couldn't do enough. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and have even recommended to a friend who is planning to visit Montenegro next year. Thanks Alex for making the stay so special.

15-20 ağustos arası ailemle birlikte kaldık. Sanırım ülkede kalınılması en güzel semtti. Evin konumu da içi de temizliği de mükemmeldi. Hemen sahil kenarı Kotor merkeze yürüyüş mesafeli, araç parkında sorunsuz, marketler, restoranlar ve sahile çok çok çok yakındı. Dijana da devamlı yazarak bize yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Ev eksiksiz yeterliydi, hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Tam olarak fiyat performans eviydi, rüya gibi tatil geldi geçti. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebilirim. Teşekkürler Dijana 🙏☺️

irena is the best landlord I've ever had! She gave us very detailed information on how to do buses, what restaurants are good, etc. and she was always available when I needed help the most! The house is very nice and clean! You can see the beach from your room, and even though the weather wasn't great on our visit, it was a way to be better prepared for the next time!🥹🥰🥰😘😘

We absolutely loved the flat! It was spotless and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect—just a short walk to Old Town, restaurants, grocery stores, and the sea. Radmila was incredibly helpful, especially with wine tasting recommendations. She assisted us in selecting wineries, made reservations, and even arranged a driver for the day. I highly recommend this place and am very grateful to Radmila for her exceptional hospitality!

Şehir merkezine kotora çok yakın araba ile 7-8dk kadar merkezi bi yer, bi tık yukarıda olması körfez ve denizin manzarasını çok daha güzel seyretme olanağı tanıyor, gerçekten inanılmaz derece de güzel bir manzarası var evin balkonunda oturup o manzaraya karşı bir şeyler yiyip içmek bile çok mükemmeldi, otopark konusunda çok rahattı açık otoparkında her zaman yer mevcut, sessiz ve sakin bir yer huzur dolu akşamları, ev çok temizdi genel manada ve her imkan vardı kahve makinası bile vardı bu bizi ekstra mutlu etti
