"So elegent, so beautiful, just looks like a WOWww!! " 😃😃😃 Anand's place is more than worth staying. One of the best places I stayed in till now! All the amenities matched the description. Place is tidy, attractive, and full of homely vibes. Place will make you feel special. Everything is well arranged and unique. Each room and hall have balcony and view is really amazing. Location is well accessible and best part is the Host - Anand. He is polite and made all instructions clear and even extended our check out. I would really visit this place once I arrive Trivandrum anytime in future. Highly recommended.

Beena and Alexander are wonderful hosts and a very kind and lovely couple! They really go above and beyond so that you feel like home and are very helpful with local recommendations and advice. The place is extremely clean and tidy and the area is in a nice part of Trivandrum, a bit out of town but very well connected by public transport and other transportation options. The rental has everything one may need for short as well as longer stays. I absolutely loved staying there and will definitely stay there again in the future! Thank you so much Beena and Alexander!

My parents stayed at this place for two days during the Attukal Pongala festival, and their experience was truly exceptional. Mr. Pradeep was an outstanding host, and his family went above and beyond to take care of my parents—not as tenants, but as beloved relatives. Their warmth, care, and hospitality made my parents feel completely at home. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the Attukal Bhagavathy Temple—with excellent connectivity and only a few kilometers from the railway station. The home was spotlessly clean, hygienic, and nestled in a serene environment, making the stay even more enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the bottom of my heart, I sincerely thank Mr. Pradeep and his family for their kindness, love, and care.

Its an excellent place for friends and family to have a relaxed weekend. This property is well thought and planned to have a positive energy, especially the garden lights at night are brilliant. Me and my friends was here for 2 days, we enjoyed a lot, great hospitaliy by the caretaker.

We had a wonderful time at the villa, living to the sound of ocean waves. Especially because we were celebrating our brother and sister in law's wedding, it was lovely to see the place decorated for them. Robin was so helpful, thank you very much!

The host is very responsive and friendly. Great English. The people who are living downstairs are the nicest people you'll ever meet. Neighborhood is sweet but not without noise (in levels probably normal for India.) Best internet connection I've had during Asian travels no doubt. Only a couple of hiccups which were resolved quickly. A few power outages which are also normal for this country. People very friendly in this area in general. There are nearby temples and many autos available although English not widely spoken here.
