place is well located for a short stay very good if your big guy it's small place bathroom small and I only recommend for 2 Max person but it's how all hk places small overall great for short stay

Apartment is not big, but cozy enough. I only wish some kind of curtain on kitchen balcony door to be installed for night eating in 100% privacy 😄 Balcony nice to have the cup of tea or coffee and watching city life. Location is very convenient, there is everything I could wish: transport lines, cafes, Temple Street Night Market, or just a foot walk along Nathan Road. Still it's surprisingly quiet for such good location :) Tina and her husband are very warm, friendly and welcoming ❤️ Thank you for my great stay!

We stayed for 4D3N and I really wish we stayed longer at Pinky's place. It's our first time in Hong Kong and it's a very convenient place for first-time tourists. It's just a walking distance away to the MTR, bus stop, Wellcome grocery, Temple Street, and more. It's also easy to find for Uber drivers. There's an elevator which worked flawlessly and we never had to wait long. Our only big issue is the shower heater. Pinky was very helpful and taught us how to make sure the switch was on. But we realized that even if the switch was already turned on, the "Hot" water setting was still very cold and the Cold water setting felt like it had come straight from the freezer! Because of this, we dreaded showering each day. 😄 But overall we had a really great stay and were grateful to have found such a comfortable place for a great price. Thank you so much Pinky!

来香港看coldplay 的演唱会，房间的位置乘坐地铁无论是去启德体育馆还是去城区逛街都很方便，房间到地铁站也就步行十分钟左右。 房间很干净，东西准备得很充分，浴巾，沐浴露，厨房用品餐具这些都蛮齐全的。 （和房间无关，但是强烈推荐来香港玩的人去吃榕记陈皮烧鹅！必吃！）

Me and friends had a great time. the location is exactly what we need in our itinerary. walkable in MTR bus stations. near ladies market and other restaurants. Will still choose if we go back in Hongkong! ❤️

I had a fantastic stay at this unique apartment in Hong Kong! The location is perfect — nestled in a charming local neighborhood with easy access to transportation and close to the central parts of the city. The apartment itself is cozy with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The private rooftop was definitely the highlight — a great spot to relax, enjoy the fresh air, and even have a BBQ. While the building is older and a walk-up, I found it added to the authentic charm of staying in a traditional Hong Kong setting. The host was super helpful and accommodating, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and convenient place to stay in Hong Kong!

Cozy place in a convenient location, enjoyed my one night staying here

Nidas place is as advertised..it is very small but has everything you need. the location is 10/10!! right next to B3 exit literally steps away with lots of cafes and cute art galleries. the hot water tank was a great touch. always can make tea and coffee.

Family of 4 adults, stayed a week. Building located on a small, one way street. Plenty of restaurants, convenient stores, grocery stores around the building. The rental had enough space for all of us without feeling we are on top of each other. The building is about 7-10 minutes walk from Jordan or TST MTR stations. Bus stops are about 3 mins walk. Small elevator & small lobby. you will have to walk up about a flight & a half of step to reach the lobby/elevator. Would recommend this rental

I really liked the flat, and it's location though it is difficult to find eating place for vegetarians nearby. The public transport connectivity was really good. The flat was very spacious and neat. The host was very helpful too. Overall I would recommend this place to everyone I know.

Julian's place was exactly as advertised and was great in communicating check in instructions right off as well as providing clear transportation options on how to find his place. Very nice and cozy place Easily access to different types of transportation

This is a beautiful and safe building with good concierge and pool, gym access. The public transport is easy to access and gets you everywhere quickly. The apartment is neat and has a beautiful view. I would definitely recommend Alex’s place.

Place was near the MTR and the night market so I was able to roam the place easily.

We were pleasantly surprised by her place. The outdoor patio is the highlight of the house, and her patio decorations inspired me for my own home. It is sad that we couldn’t meet her in person, but we felt like we were at home during our stay. The location is very well-connected, with easy access to the tram line, MTR line, and bus routes. Even The Peak is just a 90 HKD taxi ride away. A hot jacuzzi after a long day of sightseeing made me super relaxed. I would highly recommend her house—the only downside is that it can be a bit noisy.

Had a fantastic stay, was an ultimate location! literally downstairs from temple street markets and the imfamous dai pai dong. David responded and answered all our requests, and even helped get us an extra night of accom at another one of his airbnb spots when we realized we booked 1 day short. modern, clean and cozy interior.

The location was great at this airbnb and was very close to Sai Ping Yun Mtr station. The apartment had an amazing view of the Hong Kong sky line and harbour. There were lots of shops and places to eat close by or just a short Mtr ride away. This apartment suited our families needs for our visit to Hong Kong. Hubby enjoyed making use of the gym but unfortunatley the pool was closed as it was winter. The kitchen now has a microwave and oven for any future guests. The hosts were very helpful with any queries we had.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. Merci à Juvie pour l'accueil et la réactivité au court du séjour. Le logement est petit (standard pour HK) mais parfaitement fidèle à la description. L'accès au métro est juste en face de l'immeuble. De nombreux commerces et restaurants sont accessibles à pied. Bref, logement à recommander pour un séjour à Hong Kong.
