We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Yiannis' and Georgia's apartment. It's newly renovated, super clean, has all amenities one could wish for and you can see the love they put into every detail. The location itself is fantastic: only a few steps from the beach (you have a wonderful sea view from the balcony) and super cute beach clubs (we'd particularly recommend Alibaba and Mylos) and waterfront restaurants (we especially liked Barbouni). The walk to the town center (which is a bit more touristy but very pretty as well) is only about 10-15 minutes, so you can easily get around by foot or bike, but we did enjoy our home neighborhood the most. As hosts, Yiannis and Georgia were a dream. They might be the nicest people we've ever met. Super accommodating, quick to respond and they made us feel so, so welcome from the moment we arrived in Kos to the second we left. We are really grateful and would definitely stay with them again!

Great stay. Spacious apartment, as described. Great location for old town kos and the harbour. Beach approx 10 min walk away. Responsive host, easy check in and they helped us book a taxi back to the airport. Thanks for a great stay

Excellent location near many fantastic restaurants (our favorite was right next door with amazing sea food). A bit noisy due to the restaurants around but with the door closed it was fine. Right down to the beach so a quick morning or anytime swim was in reach. Responsive and very helpful host.

The house was clean and well kept. Had everything we needed. The host was very nice and friendly. Resmiye made us feel at home. There is a close by beach and local stores to buy your groceries from. Quiet and lovely neighborhood.

Öncelikle harika bir 4 gün geçirdiğimizi belirtmek isterim. Rezervasyon konusunda tarihlerimiz tutmayınca Aleksandra bize kendi geleceği günü verdi. Kendisinden iletişim konusunda her zaman hızlı cevaplar aldım. Ve bizimle orada ilgilenmesi için teyzesi de çok ilgilendi. Ev 2 katlı ve bir de terası mevcut. Evde 3 adet klima var. Ev biz alırken cok temizdi. Mutfak, banyo ve barbekü için her türlü araç gereç vardı. Süpermarketlere ve Marina'ya 2 dakika yürümede, evin hemen arkasında otobüs ve minibüs durağı var. Site sakinleri de aşırı sempatik insanlardı. Son gün valizlerimiz kalmasını rica ettiğimizde de anlayış gösteren Aleksandra ve teyzesine çok teşekkür ederim. Kız arkadaşımla harika bir tatil yaptık, her şey çok güzeldi. Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle, hoşçakalın :)

Anne Marie kibar ve iyi bir ev sahibi.Giris ve çıkışlarda bizi çok iyi bilgilendirdi. Ev tıpkı resimlerde olduğu gibi, şık ve oldukça temiz. İhtiyaç duyacağınız araç gereçlerin neredeyse tümü mevcut. Bahcesi bakimli ve çocuklar için harika, merdivenler biraz yorabilir. Bahçede barbekü olanağı bulunuyor. Her odada klima mevcut ve çocuklu aileler için çok kullanışlı bir ev. Nem oranı neredeyse yok denecek kadar ve geceleri klimasız sadece cam açarak uyuyabilirsiniz. Camlarda sineklik mevcut. 2 banyo olmasi 6 kişilik konaklamalar için oldukça konforlu. Deniz Ağustos ayında çok temiz ve berrak hızlı derinleşmiyor altı yuvarlak taş ve çakıl, plajı cakil-taş. Sabahları deniz sakın öğleden sonra rüzgara göre dalga miktari artıyor. Çocuklar için sıcak bir deniz. Plaj sakın sanki size ait ve özel hissediyorsunuz. Bizim için çok keyifli ve güzel bir tatildi. Thank you Yilmaz for being a lovely host; super responsive and helpful. Absolutely loved Yilmaz’s place! Stunning house with stunning views! Bespoke furnishings and very well maintained! The villa was very clean, plenty to do for the kids! Thanks for the PlayStation game! The boys loved it plus the table tennis! The pool was very beautiful and well situated for the morning sun. Plenty of lounge space; and private space to sun bathe. The balcony was beautiful, plenty of fresh air for my morning meditation and yoga. Plenty of wardrobe space; and cupboard space for storage. The fridge was very clean, plenty of cups, plates and pots. Cooker was easy to use and heats up quick. The bathrooms were clean and no problem with hot water. Washing machine and dryer were very useful to have especially when travelling with kids! Would 100% recommend and stay here again if I did return to Bodrum.

Wow what an experience! Peaceful but at the same time close to everything. A hidden gem. Evdokia was a total please to deal with the whole experience was hassle free just what you would want when on holiday. Cannot recommend enough and can't wait to go back!!! The thought of this beautiful place will be forever in our memories.

Wir haben zu dritt die Zeit in Kos sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, Strände, Restaurants etc alles zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben die vielen Restaurants genutzt, doch es war schön sich morgens mit ein wenig Obst und einem Kaffee in den Hof zu setzen. Dort konnte man auch die Handtücher sehr gut trocknen. Vielen lieben Dank an Eirini, die uns bei Fragen immer weiterhelfen konnte ♥️ die Menschen sind sehr herzlich und lebensfroh, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Best experience I’ve had from a host. Beautiful and thoughtful home with a lot of consideration for the guests. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again one day.

What an amazing place, and what an amazing host! The house is ideal, with everything you could need and more, and the location - whilst remote - is simply stunning. There is everything you need close by too, with a big and affordable supermarket down the road, beaches and restaurants close and public transport surprisingly convenient (into Bodrum and the fantastic Milas). Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere as nice… David and his cohost Erhan were proactive, helpful and beyond generous too. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much

We booked Maja's beach studio for a week of climbing. it is ideally situated, with a great view over the beach and next to small shop. It was easy to get to, and the interior is cutely decorated, and sitting out the front or back for breakfast was delightful with all the cat visitors. The home has plenty space to store all climbing gear while leaving the living space clear. While there is not fixed kitchen there is a hot plate and toasty grill which allowed us to make breakfast porridge, cook pasta for dinner and make toasties. Maja was very helpful, kind and friendly, while proactively helping us with activities, advice and provided blankets when the temperature dropped. We would love to stay with here again.

Possibly the most beautiful Airbnb stay I’ve experienced. Ocean views from the porch and every room, steps away from the beach. Just a few floors down from the BEST restaurant in town (Agean Tavern). Visillia was so kind and warm and welcoming. She helped us get a taxi to and from the ferry and checked in periodically while also giving us privacy. Walk up a flight of stairs and you’re on the Main Street with the market and climbing shops and amazing restaurants, and walkable to Grande Grotta, etc. Walk down the stairs and you’re in the sand on the shore! The space was so clean and airy and had everything needed, including a climbing guide book if you need it! Can’t wait to return here. Also comes at a really great price for all that you will get. Don’t miss the traditional Moussaka at the Agean Tavern! Cannot wait to come back with all our friends next time! Thanks for such an incredible stay and honeymoon, Vasillia!

Elena hn ın evinin düzeni ,eşyaların fazlasıyla yeterli ,kaliteli ve donanımsal olarak yeni olması tatilimizi son derece kolaylaştırdı.Temiz düzenli her şey yedekli durumda çok kaliteliydi.Tatil öncesi ,ve tatil esnasında iletişimimiz sürekli vardı .Gezip dolaşacağımız ,yemek yiyebileceğimiz ,alışveriş yapacağımız markete kadar bize yardımcı olup rehberlik yaptı.Havuz deniz konusunda bizi öncesinde bilgilendirmişti hiç zorluk çekmedik.Sitedeki tüm komşularda Elena hn ı çok sevdiğinden bizide ilk günden misafirleri gibi candan karşılayıp ilgilendiler.Evi Elena hn ın sayesinde elimizle koymuş gibi bulduk.Elena hn ın öncesindeki bilgilendirmeleri ile sanki daha önce gelmişiz gibi çok kolay adapte olduk.Evin manzarası,Havuz ,deniz (yürüme mesafesi olmasına rağmen ) araçla gittiğimiz için çok keyifliydi.Sitenin geneli merdivenli ancak Elena hn ın evi çok kolay ulaşılabilir kısımda yer almaktadır.Çok memnun kaldık seneye tekrar görüşmek üzere herkese tavsiye ederim.

It was a very nice place you stay. I went there with my family and we enjoyed a lot. Only negative thing is there was a bad smell which I think because of moisture. In general the place is very good.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, perfekte Lage, direkt am Strand, 10 min Gehweg in die Stadt, Supermarkt nicht weit weg, auch der Check-In war einfach und die Unterkunft sauber und wie beschrieben

We had a very nice time in this apartment. The location is perfect for climbing at the crags closest to Masouri (the approach to Poets starts almost at the apartment). Both Arne and Kalliopi were extremly nice and helpful when we missed something in the apartment or had questions. There are some house rules that can be good to read when booking 🙂
