As always it was a wonderful experience staying with Mr Andy. I and my wife are always impressed and enjoy the natural environment and pollution free atmosphere here. In 22 days of stay we didn’t use the living room A/C because of the cool and refreshing breeze whole day along. It was really amazing. We never get tired or bored coming here again and again.

The villa and the surroundings exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was spacious and fully furnished with tasteful decor. Beds were comfortable and the bed linens clean (actually the whole place was spotless). The pool was large and clean. What made our stay really special was the beach, just a few yards from the pool. The beach went on for miles in each direction and was pretty clean with wonderful views. We will certainly consider returning next year!

I went first time two months ago. Alex was so nice and friendly couple. So I went back. Very well visited. This time, four people went up. This week was quickly gone. Ate breakfast took porridge. Exploring the nearby restaurants and this trip came just to eat. haha I went to Koh Samet at close range. But it never has wanted to swim a huge storm. Then it came the rain stopped dipping rounds. Healing was sitting in a condominium near the beach in front of 50 meters Alex. Steak house right in front of foreign operations uncle gives a lot of volume. So we can eat satisfied. Pizzeria was recommended and received really good. We do not eat a lot of shifting. Thai restaurants, but the amount is too small. So we ate a delicious pizza to steak bout 4 servings. Sambuca drinking four cups a service to become happy. We found broken something. But it got resolved fine. Thank you very much. Next time I'll go on. Thanks also given a lift here and there. Thanks to a double and gave to pick up in the rain. Jackpot wake ~~~ ^^ 처음 두달전에 갔다 왔는데, 알렉스커플이 너무나 착하고 친절해서 또 갔어요너무 잘 다녀왔습니다. 이번에는 친구 두명 추가해서 네사람이 갔고요. 일주일이 금방 사라짐 ㅜ ㅜ. 아침은 가져간 누룽지를 해먹고, 근처에 있는 맛집탐방하고 이번 여행은 먹고만 왔다. ㅋㅋ 가까운 거리에있는 코사맷도 들어갔지만 원하던 물놀이는 엄청난 폭우로 못하고 비그쳐서 몸만 담그고 왔어요. 알렉스 콘도 앞 오십미터 근처에있는 바닷가에 앉아 힐링하고, 바로 앞 외국인 아저씨가 하는 스테이크집은 많이줘요 그래서 배불리 먹을 수 있어요. 그리고 추천해준 피자집 정말 맛있었어요. 우리가 많이 먹는편은 아닌데 태국 음식점은 너무 소량 나와서 스테이크 넷과 피자 한판 시켜 맛있게 먹었네요. 삼부카도 서비스로 네잔 마시고 행복해서 돌아왔어요. ^^ 우리가 뭔가를 고장을 나게 했는데 괜찮다고 다 해결해주셨네요. 정말 감사합니다. 다음에 또 놀러갈께요. 여기저기 바래다 주신것도 감사합니다. 폭우속에 데리러 와주신것 더블로 감사드립니다.

Located in Phupatara condominium complex, the room offers a panoramic beach view with a big balcony. Once the partition between living area and bedroom is opened, the room is actually very spacious. Standard amenities are included. 5 mins walk to a local restaurant is a big plus. Juit is very helpful and responsive. We have stayed in this room twice already. Definitely come back here again.

This is a really nice place in a good apartment building. Its first floor (but basically on the second) There are actually two balconies one of them is big like a terrace and you can see some sea from it and it has table and chairs. The apartment had everything you might need and it is obvious that it is not something people give for rent but also use themselves. It has this “home” feeling to it! We liked it a lot. Balconies on two sides make it breezy inside so we never really used air conditioning only fans. The app needs some minor repairs and the cleaning lady is maybe not top notch, but look at the price it is a great deal and all small things are included in that price I think. Grab it if you can! Annemarie is really nice and always ready to help if needed. Thank you again we had a great time!

Apartamento muy nuevo y muy bien decorado, muy moderno y con mucho gusto. el sofá y la cama muy cómodos. Hay piscina y gimnasio y además casi nunca nadie nadie. cruzando la carretera está la playa enfrente, que está bastante bien. Andando hay varios restaurantes que están muy bien. el Host respondía rápido y estaba siempre pendiente. En l a nevera había bebidas y cafetera Nespresso aunque era de pago y con precio bastante caro. muy recomendable este alojamiento

her two bedroom condo is very nice and comfortable I had just about everything needed for our stay, I wish there was a microwave. besides that my wife and I had a very lovely day

This place is authentic cosy hideaway which gives us a real privacy and comforts. It is good for family to spend time together in a comfortably spacious & clean place equipped with sufficient amenities. This room provides panoramic scenery of both sea and mountain views. Thanks to Monica and Bob, our hosts who are really friendly, kind, and very helpful.

Nice apartment with great views and lots of local amenities. Having the hotel next door is nice and we made use of the SPA. Easy to get to the local towns and plenty of food options nearby. Great stay. Thank you

J’ai passé 22 jours dans cet appartement c’était parfait. Vous avez le centre commercial à 2 min la piscine sur le toit une salle de sport. Parfait pour une personne je n’ai pas essayé à deux mais je pense que ça va très bien aussi ! Petit point important je vous conseille d’avoir un scooter ou une voiture car sinon vous devez marcher 30 minutes pour aller à la plage ! Merci à l’hôte qui à répondu à mes questions ! Je vous conseille cette endroit et cette ville.

Отличная квартира.Удобная кухня,отдельная спальня,большой балкон.Не солнечная сторона спокойно можно завтракать и обедать без палящего солнца.Продуваеться приятным ветерком.На кухне среднего достаточного размера холодильник,варочная плита,посуда,мойка,барная стойка.Есть стиральная машина.Все есть для жизни.Район спокойный ,до моря 70 метров.В кондо прекрасная пиццерия,тайская едальня.Проживает мало людей,бассейн ,сауна свободны.С такси проблемы-вызываеться плохо и граб и болт,поэтому взяли мопед для передвижения.Пользовались постоянно.Районг для тех кто устал от Паттайя и толп людей.Пляж хороший ,море зависит от времени но однозначно лучше чем на Джомтьене.

un séjour tout simplement parfait. l’appartement, la propreté, les équipements, la vue sur la mer, la grande terrasse. tout était vraiment parfait. hôte très reactive et gentille. je reviendrais.

The house is fantastic with a great outside area overlooking the immaculate grounds and swimming pool. We particularly liked that there was a pretty garden area next to the larger outside seating area which afforded more privacy when sitting outside. Inside, there is a well equipped kitchen and there are two good sized bedrooms. The area is very undeveloped with just a few beachside restaurants and some convenience stores. The fresh seafood was amazing.

The location of this villa is stunning, particularly the sea view from the roof terrace. The roof terrace and swimming pool were our favorite part of the property. The rooftop is quiet and cool in the mornings (we visited in Jan) and we really enjoyed having breakfast there and a BBQ in the evening. The house itself is comfortable and perfect for our young family. We only had to be mindful of our youngest child and the mezzanine floor with a low-ish rails, but this is clear from the photos I believe. There is a great Beach Club/cafe a very short walk along the beach (less than 5 mins) which we loved as well. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we booked. Thank you for our stay.

凄く過ごしやすく、回答がはやく、 プールが目の前。 車がない人は移動手段を確保した方がよい。 ローカルでドライバーさんの手配もしてくれました。 家はすごく過ごしやすかった。 炊飯器と調理器具がすくないので、 必要ならあらかじめ確認した方がよいです。 とにかく、ホストの方の対応が素晴らしかったです。 ありがとうございます😊

Fantastic Villa and great host, Myself , my wife and 2 teenagers needed a place to relax for a week after a week in Pattaya the villa was perfect very quiet area with enough bars and restaurants within walking distance to keep you going , close to the port to access Koh Samet , the only downside is around 4KM to local groceries store but we just hired a saleng for a couple of days very cheap , I would highly recommend this villa if you need some where to put your feet up relax and have some chill out time with amazing views

Heerlijk genoten in het huis van Patrik waar het ons aan niets ontbrak. Veel tijd doorgebracht op het gezellige overdekte terras met loungebank en fan op een steenworp afstand van het grote zwembad. Vooraf hadden we een sareng gehuurd die ons elke dag naar het strand, de 7/11 of de vele bezienswaardigheden bracht. Top vakantie gehad in Safir Village! Wij denken eraan terug te komen in november. 🌴🌴🌴
