Great place to stay. Location is great. Bus to city centre from just outside the apartment building. Nice balcony and lovely flat. Ben was very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Mirco's apartment is absolutely fantastic! My husband and I were visiting from the USA and Mirco was so friendly and helpful. He showed us his beautiful apartment and gave us recommendations of places to visit around the city. The apartment has a very nice outdoor seating area, a spacious bedroom and a beautiful kitchen area. It is on the ground floor, no stairs! It is on the outskirts of the city, so all of the convience with out all the noise and hassle. I highly recommend to any one visiting Berlin!

Lo recomiendo 100%. Ute nos recibió muy bien y todo estaba como esperábamos. La ubicación, muy buena. Zona tranquila pero a pocos pasos del metro para poder movernos. Volveríamos sin duda a lo de Ute!

Nós ficamos muito satisfeitos com o Studio do Phil. O check-in foi muito criativo e muito bem explicado, pois chegamos em Berlim muito tarde e o anfitrião não iria conseguir nos recepcionar pessoalmente. Estava tudo extremamente limpo e organizado. Muito perto do transporte público (pois estacionamos o carro e não tiramos ele mais de lá), parques (ótimo pra quem corre e pra crianças brincarem), restaurantes, cafés, posto de gasolina e etc. O bairro é muito tranquilo e silencioso. As roupas de cama e toalhas estavam impecavelmente limpos e macios. A cozinha, apesar de pequena, tinha tudo que nós precisávamos, cozinhamos e não sentimos falta de nenhum utensilio. Para amantes de café, como o meu marido, o Phil disponibilizou (com custo) capsulas do café do modelo da máquina que tem no Studio, pois não é fácil de achar em supermercados. O anfitrião, sempre muito educado e solicito, sempre nos respondia com muita rapidez. Super recomendo e voltarei com certeza. Obrigada Phil.

Wer eine ruhige und einladende Unterkunft sucht, die trotzdem gut angebunden ist und sich nah zum Zentrum befindet, ist hier genau richtig. Die Gastgeberin antwortet schnell, alles ist professionell organisiert. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Great place to stay in Berlin! Very cozy & comfortable, only thing it’d be nice to repair the fausset of the kitschen’s sink. Otherwise the place is perfect.

The apartment was fantastic for what we needed. We were a large group of 12 and there were enough beds for everyone. The sofas were also comfy enough to sleep on as well. The pool table in the basement went down very well with the group, any time we were in the apartment there was always a game going on. Berlin is massive, but the apartment was close enough to trams and trains to access the rest of Berlin. Locally, there are shops, bars, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. There are 2 bathrooms which was great for being a large group, there was plenty of towels etc to accommodate us. Would definitely recommend staying here. it was ideal for a large group doing a long weekend.

This apartment has a great layout for two people. We enjoyed the skylight windows and the fresh air on the top floor. The sauna was a very nice touch. You share a walkway/patio with the host, but that was never an issue. The stairs to the top floor kept us fit each day, but the location was walkable to sites and bars and restaurants.

Great to stay in an actual lived-in apartment in a nice neighborhood of Berlin. The space was lovely and the location excellent. We had a perfect stay. We did run out of some essentials (toilet paper, paper towels etc) but no big deal.

We loved the place! An apartment at the first floor, with everything one could wish for including coffee both expresso machine with beans provided by the host, and nesspresso with capsules, also provided by the host! I have never seen a such well endowed kitchen, plenty of cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, all size and shapes. We got a welcome cake and wine, and water, which were very good and welcome as we got late in the afternoon at the apartment. The place was very nicely decorated with care and attention to details, and for a family is the perfect place to stay in Berlin as it is close to bus station and also to supermarkets. The pool and sauna are a nice touch and also very clean and with all the towels and bathrobes needed. The yard was nice but it was too cold to use it, but in the summer should be great to sit outside in the evenings. Thank you Marga, we loved our vacation in Berlin and staying in your apartment was one of the highlights of our journey.

We enjoyed our stay at Aaron’s Artsy Apartment very much! It was centrally located, a quiet neighborhood, the kitchen was very well stocked and our teenage kids enjoyed crashing on the comfy sofas and the loft. Aaron was very friendly and flexible during our check in and he had wonderful suggestions of restaurant ideas close to the apartment. Aaron’s English was amazing! That was a bonus for our family speaking only a little German visiting our daughter studying abroad. On Wisconsin!

Wir haben uns bei Cecilia und Jarl wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, hatten nie das Gefühl zu stören, sondern im Gegenteil haben uns eingeladen gefühlt die Räume und Utensilien in der Wohnung zu nutzen. Auch unsere kleine Tochter hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und vermisst Berlin, das Spielen und Tanzen mit Cecilia und Kuscheltiere von Jarl schon. : ) Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt bei euch. Vielleicht klappt es ja noch ein nächstes Mal.

Super Buen alojamiento para grupos de 9 personas, muy bueno el espacio y la atención, el lugar está cerca de un metro que recorre todo Berlín, el entorno es maravillo, además de la atención y cuidados del anfitrión muy recomendable
