Christine was an absolutely incredible host from the moment my booking was confirmed, she was in contact with me , advising on the best routes to take and giving some tips on what to do when there. Her place is situated right on Crocodile River, we got to witness a family of elephants drinking water, a pod of hippos saying hi to use everyday and not to mention the daily visits we would get from the resident animals. Her place has a wonderful aircon to beat the humidity the Kruger and a pool, and all necessities, not to mention a booklet with information about the area, and where youre most likely to see certain animals. It is a 15 minute drive away from Crocodile bridge gate entrance and nearby restaurants. A wonderful place and host. Will definitely return.

Kim proved to be an exceptionally host, and the unit itself was tucked away in a beautifully serene estate—perfect for a peaceful getaway.

We loved staying there. Zad and Christine were the perfect hosts. The crocodile river just a few steps away, private pool, it was an amazing getaway. I will definitely book again.

Getting to the place was easy. Upon arrival we were met by a lovely lady by the name of Veronica. She did the house tour and the place is really lovely and beautiful. Prior to my booking I asked Jordan if there is fishing seeing the pictures on their place she said yes there is. Even on arrival Veronica saw our fishing equipment and nothing was said about the rules of fishing. We took our fishing equipment to the river and caught about 5 fishes. While there the Owner by the name of Eric came to me and told me that the rules of fishing are that it’s a “catch and release policy” we were not supposed to fish out to keep for ourselves.Nothing was said prior about the policy even on their rules in the house. I contacted Jordan and she said to the fishing was only a favour to us so we should abide by the rules. Usually most establishments make rules known to their guests before they book. They said fire wood available and no fee was mentioned. We paid for the firewood. This put us off.

We were a group of people, family and friends. The house was cozy and well maintained, amnesties was nice clean and beds was comfortable. We had an amazing time, especially enjoying the breathtaking views from the terrace and balcony where we had a view of Krüger and sneak peak of the wildlife in and around the river. Giraffes, elephants etc. We will definitely be back when we have to visit Krüger again and greet all the happy spirited and friendly staff.

Little Jock is a fantastic property on the shores of Crocodile River. Easy access to town, shops and Kruger National Park. The views and animal watching from the garden are to die for with elephants, warthogs, impala, oryx, crocs, hippos during our stay. The hosts are gracious providing recommendations for safari tours and local restaurants. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Kruger.

One of the best locations we’ve stayed at. Beautiful views and extremely peaceful. The pictures do not do justice to the home. Gina was extremely helpful and she had recommended a bunch of activities to do. We will definitely be back to stay !

Absolutely beautiful house. The boma up on the first floor is amazing for relaxing, watching sunsets and listening to the sounds of the bush. The house had all the little amenities that mean you really have everything you might need. Very responsive hosts too.

Great space with everything that you can wish for. Extremely friendly staff, helping where ever they can. Very close to Phalaborwa gate!

To me Tash is the ULTIMATE host. One key attribute from her is her amazing communication and it being quick! Extremely helpful too in terms of providing recommendations! Now onto the place itself. Im quite “bougie” and picky when it comes to my accommodations, but i must say Tashs place is the greatest place Ive ever stayed at. Very luxurious, private pool, well stocked, comfortable bedrooms, and icing on cake is… wild animals like kudas and warthogs coming close properly which gives a surreal and unforgettable experience. One thing is advice is that if you are not renting then book a shuttle in advance and make sure to stock up with groceries as you are in the bush and far away from restaurants. But other than that… I regret my stay was not longer… If you plan on doing Kruger park(which i did) then do it in luxury with Tash!

This was our second time staying here and everything was just as fantastic as the first time. Great location for spotting animals. So relaxing! The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, cook top, braii utensils, dishes, pots…everything you need. We will be back.

This was just what the dr ordered. Beautiful little cottage with the most beautiful surroundings. Dee is a most gracious host. very friendly and helpful. The cottage has everything that one needs - fully equiped kitchen, comfortable chairs and a little oven that makes the living room nice and toasty. This is highly recommended if you want to sit back and relax!
