This was our best stay in Tirana. The location was easy to get to, and Deino, the landlord, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire trip. Everything we needed—restaurants, cafés, dessert shops, supermarkets, ATMs, and more—was within a 10-minute walk. The area felt open and secure, so no matter what time we returned, we always felt comfortable and safe. Most attractions were walkable (about a 15–20 minute walk), but if you prefer not to walk, Green Taxis (cheaper than others since they’re electric) frequently run through these streets. I don’t recall ever waiting more than five minutes for a taxi. The apartment itself was spotless, exactly as pictured, and well-equipped with all the essentials for showering, cooking, and sleeping. It was comfortable, convenient, and a perfect choice—especially for first-time visitors to Tirana. P.S. If you’re having trouble finding the address, just search Matrix Gym, and it will lead you directly to the building.

Prima appartement, met parkeerruimte. Erg ruim opgezet met een grote badkamer en slaapkamer. Alles was netjes schoon en de airco doet het goed. De keuken is zeer compleet. Restaurants binnen 5 tot 15 minuten lopen. Het oude centrum van Dürres ligt ook op prima loopafstand.

Fantastisk lejlighed. Elskede min morgenkaffe på balkonen med udsigt over havet. Det samme med solnedgangen. Lejligheden har alt det vi som familie manglede. Superhurtigt wifi, hvilket vores børn elsker. Vi ankom 30 minutter senere end vi havde aftalt, fordi der var problemer med at få vores lejebil. Selv om vi ankom 23:30 blev vi modtaget hjerteligt. Vores værter var fantastiske. Vi har kun godt at sige. Vores bedste anbefalinger til kommende gæster.

Steisi is very easy and kind to work with. His communications are quick and helpful. During our stay, he arranged airport pick-up, and drop-off, as well as any other taxi service needed. The apartment is located right on the beach in Durrës. This place is not in downtown Durrës, but rather along the strand south of the harbor marina. The neighborhood is quaint, and people are very friendly. There are grocery stores, meat butcher, and restaurants all around, and convenient. The apartment has a spectacular view of the ocean, and each night shows a different, gorgeous sunset. There is a smart TV, stove, and oven, with a sizable refrigerator and freezer. The air-conditioner works perfectly, and the water heaters provide well. The living room, as well as main bedroom offer walk out balconies. This was a fun, relaxing place to spend holiday, and we would definitely stay again.

I had an amazing stay! The host was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect, close to the city centre. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

A great space.! The apartment is fully equipped giving us peace of mind in so many ways. The kitchen was great with everything you might need and much more. I love that brown towels of various sizes were provided as a great added convenience to us. Having three tv’s for our group was pure JOY. The host was very proactive, caring and accommodating so we felt very valued. They responded quick and friendly whenever we reached out. They really tried to think of everything when equipping this space as it’s easily a great long term choice. This neighborhood leaves lots to be desired which is sad because the host clearly cares about this space and the comfort of the guests. No host can control the daily massive amount of trash/garbage, dog poop and half eaten food containers that surround.. on all sides this new building. The apartment is great. Don't let the exterior of the building fool you because the apartment is well equipped and tidy. You might have a little trouble with parking because it is tight and always busy but it was free for me. The host Albi is quick to respond.

It was a pleasure to stay at Rovenas place for a long weekend with my family. We all leave abroad with our parents living in Albania so for us time together as a complete family is precious and staying at Rovenas place made it feel like home. She was also very clear with instructions, very responsive, proactive and always happy to help. She suggested a great local restaurant. The place is as shown on photos with the spacious terrace being the highlight and feels peaceful especially at this time of the year. Loads of coffee places, restaurants etc nearby with the beach being less than 5 min walk. We are particularly grateful to Rovena for extending the check out time and accommodating our proposed time. We left with great memories and hope to be back soon one day. Thank you Rovena.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The house was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it a very comfortable home base during my trip. The bathroom was especially nice—modern and well-equipped. The location is fantastic, as it's just a short walk to the city center, so I was able to explore the area easily. The neighborhood itself was quiet and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay. Couldn't have asked for better! Beautiful grounds, great views, very friendly hosts who were always on-site and easily reachable, great food (best breakfast I had all trip), extremely close to the castle and museums, walkable to the bazaar and many restaurants and cafes. 10/10 would (and will) stay again!

casa molto bella e molto spaziosa, ha tutte le comodità per trascorrere una vacanza perfetta. molto disponibile per qualsiasi chiarimento, ci ha dato molti consigli per la nostra vacanza, rispondeva immediatamente ai messaggi, molto amichevole. consiglio vivamente ai gruppi di persone che vogliono passare qualche giorno a Tirana, ci siamo trovati tutti benissimo.

L’appartamento di Suela è fedele alle foto, in zona tranquilla e soprattutto comodo per chi ha un auto. Suela è davvero una super Host ci ha aiutato dal primo momento rispondendo sempre e organizzando gli spostamenti con il taxi! Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento!

L'appartement était confortable, il était bien équipé et était propre. Le propriétaire est réactif. Il a été facile de trouver l'appartement grâce à ses instructions. Très bien situé dans Tirana. Il faisait un peu froid malgré la climatisation et c'était pas très bien insonorisé mais rien de bien méchant. Je recommande cet appartement.

Erg makkelijk in en uit checken met sleutelkluis. Dichtbij van allerlei gezellige restaurants en bars. Ook dicht bij mooie bezienswaardigheden.

Jurgen nous a très bien accueilli et de plus il nous a rendu un bon service ! L appartement est très bien , propre , moderne . Située en centre ville , vous pouvez accéder très facilement à tous les sites de la ville ! Merci encore Jurgen car grâce à vous tout était simple !

Było ładnie, czysto, wygodnie. Kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry. Jedyny mały minus jest taki, że pompa nie dawała rady wykąpać się 7 osobom pod rząd. Wody wystarczało na Ok. 5 osób, więc trzeba było to robić z odstępem. Pozostałe rzeczy bardzo dobre😃

Exceptional Stay! Artan was a fantastic host, providing prompt and helpful communication. The accommodation was immaculately clean and perfectly located, within walking distance to everything. The apartment is great, super comfortable and really good wifi. Eno was a great host and friendly. We forgot our home keys in the apartment, and he offered us to bring them to the Tirana airport (we would've missed our flight if we have had to return form them). Super recommended.

Thank you so much for the stay — the apartment was absolutely perfect! It was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the comfort of the space, which made me feel right at home. The only downside, unfortunately, was the noise coming from the neighbors, especially in the evening. They were quite loud at times, which made it a bit difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I would happily stay again if the noise situation were improved. Thanks again for your hospitality! Best regards, Alexandro
