A Delightful Stay in Langkawi, the house is truly wonderful, situated in the charming island town. The mid-sized apartment offers a picturesque retreat, comfortably accommodating six people across three bedrooms. One of its standout features is the stunning bay view, which can be enjoyed from the house—a sight worth appreciating every day. The apartment also includes a car parking facility, although we didn’t end up using it during our stay. Traveling with family & parents who have specific dietary needs, we found the well-equipped kitchen immensely helpful for preparing quick meals. There is a duty-free chocolate shop, McD, general provision mall, a Tamil restaurant and a Scuba diving center all within walking distance from the apartment. Our host Mr. Ching was responsive & helped us in every way possible including advancing our check-in by couple of hours. In summary, it was a delightful stay in a serene location—perfect for families or small groups seeking comfort n convenience.

My husband and I loved our stay at Merissa’s property. It’s beautiful, and the photos don’t do it justice—especially the views from the outdoor area during sunset. The apartment being attached to the Riyaz Lavanya Hotel is a huge bonus, as their in-house restaurant and room service were ideal for late-night meals. The staff at the Riyaz were lovely, and we also booked a few excursions through their tour stand at the lobby. The location was also perfect, all the cab drivers are familiar with the Riyaz Lavanya Hotel. The location is ideal—you have the beach within walking distance, and for food options, you can walk 15 minutes to the Chenang Mall area, where you can also catch the evening fire shows. The only downside was that we couldn’t get Netflix to work on the TV, even though Mr. Chang did try his best to resolve it during our stay. Super grateful to Merissa for introducing us to Mr. Chang—he was helpful with tips and planned a fantastic day trip for us with David!

We feel so lucky that we got this place booked for your family of six. Views from Hall and One bedroom is breathtaking. place is in city center and we got self driving car with the help of the Soon, so everything was just perfect for us. Soon is super host and his guidance helped us to explore Langkawi. I am returning soon for a week long Holiday and can’t think of any other place.

My family and I had an amazing stay here (6 pax) Stunning mountain view, clean/quiet place and attentive host. Couldn’t ask more for a great holiday in the island. The place has amenities we needed. The host very helpful and friendly. He assisted ASAP when we needed help. Highly recommend. Worth every penny. We love the details this place offers.

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Appartment. Ich würde von Christoph persönlich begrüßt, erklärte mir alle Einzelheiten zur Wohnung und gab mir Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. War 5 Tage dort, wäre aber gerne noch länger geblieben. 100 % Weiterempfehlung.

The place was exactly as mentioned. And Mr Tan was so helpful when we had a small issue during our stay. The unit was neat and clean. the bed was comfortable. the car park access card was bit tricky to use initially, but later i managed ..

Coming from China on our way to Europe we spent more than a at Jacq’s place and loved it so much we even extended a few days. The apartment is so cosy you feel at home immediately and it was clean and comfortable with everything you need. The whole apartment complex is quiet, there are hardly other tourists and the swimming pool we almost had to ourselves. Also the housekeeper was fantastic and such a luxury. Both were super responsive if we had questions and we got tons of good recommendations. The whole island is very laid back, beautiful sunsets and not super busy, which was nice with great food all around. I would recommend to everyone to stay here if you can.
