We stayed at Sues apartment for three weeks . It was so spacious and well equipped and was just the perfect accommodation for our family vacation. It was also at the center of Straits Quay and there were restaurants and coffee shops ans groceries just downstairs. sue was helpful and responsive. She was always helpful and warm. Many thanks. Would definitely book again.

The host is very friendly and fast response. room very clean and well maintained great location, with kfc, mcd, lots of restaurant within walking distance can view the sunrise directly from the balcony. beautiful scenery of seaside view from balcony too. worth staying

I stayed in one of Wendy & Sharon's apartments for 6 weeks - had lived in Penang previously so my decision to stay at Straits Quay was well thought through. The 101 bus runs from the Clan Jetties bus depot all the way up to the National Park, via the Komtar bus depot. So super handy for everything and the bus stops in both directions are a short walk from Straits Quay. The 102 bus from the airport stops right outside Straits Quay, but I arranged an airport pick-up via W&S and that worked really well. The apartment I stayed in exactly matched the photos, was stylishly decorated, comfortable and well stocked with kitchen equipment and utensils - when I needed a hand blender for a daily food regimen and asked W&S if I could borrow one, they arranged delivery the next day. Wonderful and caring service. Couldn't fault anything! I'd have liked a sea view of course but had known this apartment was on the other side of the building when I booked it .... so as expected! Homestay sangat selesa.. mmg sesuai utk yg bawak family dan ada anak ramai. Nak check in mudah dan check out pun flexible. Bilik semua selesa.. semua kemudahan berfungsi dgn baik. Owner pun reply pantas dan mudah berurusan. Tq sudi terima saya dan keluarga 👍🏻

This is a beautifully refurbished house with a very minimalistic and functional design. it has all the amenities that you would ever need for a peaceful and enjoyable time with your family. The host is awesome as well. Gave us a lot of recommendations of local eateries. this will be my first choice when I go to Penang with my family.

The host was very kind, helpful, friendly, and was always able to offer suggestions for things to do. For me, this trip was about family nearby, so this location allowed for everyone to gather here in one location. I would highly recommend the roti Cani that can be found at the small little food court at the end of the Road and to the left. As a visitor from the US, I greatly appreciated the AC in each of the bedrooms help sleep at night on hot malaysian nights. I will most certainly come back the next time I’m in Penang.

入住前有很清楚的入住指示， 入住時間是3點，我們2點抵達已可入住，非常滿意的住宿，乾淨整潔，非常舒適的房間，與圖片符合，露台可見漂亮的夜景，洗澡水很大很舒服，有兩台冷氣，我們只開一台，因為很冷，而且還有過濾水供飲用，也有洗衣機，是一間非常適合一家大小的住宿！ 有一點需要改進的是枕頭，共有四個枕頭，有兩個很硬不好睡，換柔軟的就完美了！😊

Crystal’s place is in a good central location. The bed is sooo comfy so you can sleep well and the room itself is nicely decorated. And most importantly, everything is spotless and clean!! Just take note that there is a poodle who is always scared of strangers so it barks a lot, incase you are someone who may be bothered by this!

الشقة كانت أكثر من رائعة! واسعة جدًا، نظيفة، ومجهزة بالكامل بكل اللي تحتاجه، وتناسب جدًا عائلة صغيرة. المطبخ فيه كل الأدوات والمعدات، حتى أدوات المائدة كانت مخصصة للمسلمين، بالإضافة لسجادة صلاة، وهذا شيء نادر تلقاه. فيه ألعاب للأطفال، وهذا ساعد كثير في تسلية الصغار أثناء الإقامة. صاحب الشقة لطيف جدًا ومتعاون، يرد بسرعة على أي رسالة ويوفر لك كل المعلومات اللي تحتاجها، ومهتم بأدق التفاصيل اللي تهم الضيف. الموقع ممتاز وهادئ، والخدمات قريبة. أنصح فيها بشدة لأي أحد يزور بينانق، خصوصًا العوائل. وبإذن الله راح تكون خياري الأول لو رجعت للمدينة

The apartment is located in the Landmark building which caters for a lot of Airbnb units. The building is surrounded by a lot of shopping and food options but if you want to see Penang it would be best to drive/Grab. This unit is well looked after and extremely well optioned with free parking, big tv, Netflix, micro, water dispenser etc. etc and the block has an excellent gym and pool with great views. The Homey Planet team are very friendly and helpful and respond quickly to any questions or requests. We had the apt on the 33rd floor with amazing views of the Gurney shoreline and over the affluent Tg Tokong bungalows. On New Years Eve the view of the fireworks along the waterfront and across the island was just awesome. The furniture and beds are a bit hard wearing to cope with the high traffic - this could easily pass as a luxury apartment with an upgrade of the furnishings but at the current price it’s amazing value for money. Recommended!

A very convenient place with great yacht and sea view at balcony. The host, Chan is very friendly and guide full too. He guided us how to check in and check out, as well as show us around the property and in within his property itself. We have indeed a very pleasant stay there. Will comeback to stay at the same place again.
