we are so happy we choose to stay at Villa Celagi for our time in ubud. we would have stayed longer but it was already booked for the days we wanted. which im not surprised because the place, the hosts and the surroundings were absolutely stunning!! The two hosts Niels and Freja (and their daughter Joy) are such lovely people and were very helpful with making our stay extra comfortable. highly recommend staying here!!

This was the highlight of our stay in Bali! We had a great time in the villa - the quality and aesthetic of the design is impeccable and it really shows their dedication to craftsmanship. While there's only three villas on the property, it honestly felt like we were staying at a boutique resort. The staff was very welcoming throughout our stay, helping us to book in-villa massages, setting up our breakfast each morning, cleaning our dishes, booking us a private transfer, and even giving us a tour of the main house when we asked (it's beautiful btw). Special shout out to the 24h security guy - he was extremely helpful. The location is perfect - it's walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and the beach. They also have a golf cart service which we unfortunately didn't use as it doesn't go much further than what we could already walk. All in all, it was a great stay here and I'd highly recommend others to book it for their time in Canggu!

Our Family group of 11 persons aged from 7 to 80 YOA thoroughly enjoyed our address. We had breakfasts included every day as a group and had 4 in-house catered meals provided by the in-house staff; breakfasts starting as early as 06.30am to 08.00 in order to match our day's activities. All were wonderfully received by the group. The staff rated a score of 100 out of 100 for service, attention and friendliness. The pool was well used daily. The adjacent construction works did not impact on our stay. PS : The house sewerage system needs to be addressed would be our only minor concern - a comment for management.

Our stay at this villa in Bali was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect – tucked away in a peaceful area but still close enough to everything we needed. From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly friendly and responsive, replying immediately to all our questions and helping with everything we needed during our stay. It made us feel so welcome and well taken care of. The villa itself was amazing – huge, clean, and beautifully designed. The big TV and speaker system were perfect for relaxing evenings with the family, and the swimming pool was such a highlight! It’s massive, and the kids had the best time splashing around. The surrounding territory was also spacious and well-maintained, which added to the overall relaxing vibe. This place was everything we could’ve hoped for and more. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free stay in Bali. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Wij zijn anderhalve maand geweest met als doel te werken in een rustige, mooie omgeving. Dat is heel goed geslaagd. De villa ligt prachtig, rustig en afgelegen, direct aan het strand en met een heel fijne en mooi onderhouden tuin en zwembad. De wifi was ook uitstekend voor dit doel. Hoewel het huis wat verouderd is en de (keuken)inrichting vrij basic, hebben we ons er goed thuisgevoeld. De bedden zijn goed en er waren nieuwe banken. Er is een grote tv. De staf is vriendelijk en zorgt dagelijks voor de basis schoonmaak en mooie bloemen (Kadek), de tuin (Komang) en nacht security (Riris). Ngurah, de villamanager, spreekt goed engels en is bereikbaar voor vragen en als er onderhoud nodig is (bv stroom en warm water). We konden met hem uitstapjes maken en wekelijks naar Singaraja voor boodschappen in goed ingerichte supermarkten (Artesedana had veel verse producten waardoor we lekker zelf konden koken) en op de markt. Lopend dichtbij warungs (bezorgen ook) en voor kleine boodschappen.

Great location close with various restaurant and cafes. Furniture and property in very good condition. All are very clean and well maintained. When we stay there were construction activities nearby and might create some loud noise.

Out of the 6 Airbnbs we stayed in during our time in Bali, this was our favourite! Cleanest & the most stylish, with a great kitchen. Location is not far from the center of Canggu by bike - it was actually quite nice being 5-10 min away from all the chaos!

We looked for a private, quiet villa close to beaches and restaurants and Raya’s villa was exactly what we were looking for - and more. The villa itself is amazing; very carefully designed and furnished, with some real love for detail. The pool is outstanding - big and deep. We thought “who needs a sauna in Bali” but after we tried it we couldn’t think of a better way to chill out in the evenings. It was spacious, comfortable, luxurious villa, one of the best Airbnbs we stayed in. There was a bit of construction work going on during the day but that really didn’t bother us one bit (and we stayed a fair bit at the villa during the day); the evenings are lovely and quiet, every now and then there was a little party going on but once inside the villa it was tranquil. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for a relaxing, private, quiet, and luxurious holiday off the tourist routes.
