Andy was a very responsive host and whilst there were a couple of teething issues when checking in with the internet he went out of his way to come cover personally and help solve it / call the supplier. Very grateful as was working remotely from the property during our stay.

Great place to stay in Kuching. The apartment was perfect for my husband and I and the host is very accommodating and caring. Our flight was 11hrs late arriving in Kuching which impacted the check in time - we only arrived at 3am! - but Cin was very understanding and helpful! The apartment is well equipped, clean and has the comfiest pillows! We had a hire car so parking was an added plus!

I booked this place to celebrate Chinese New Year. It's a bit small but enough for a small family. Pretty easy when I have to clean up. This unit have most of the basic amenities that a small family needs. In my opinion, the host had done a pretty good job to make the place comfortable and welcoming. The host also go all the way to help to arrange the parking for all our four cars. We are able to park our cars without any worries. The host had been very responsive to all my inquiries.

this homestay accommodation were great and good if you have a large group member to stay in a place with several option of room. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. loved the convenient location close to city and major attractions. I was completely impressed with the place. Really enjoyed staying here with the great respond by the host.

The house is spacious and generally clean. Feels at home. Highly recommended for big group of friends or family.

We absolutely loved the place! We had a fantastic time enjoying the BBQ area and the pool was exceptional. The kitchen, bedrooms, and cozy living room made our stay even more comfortable. I also wanted to mention that your responsiveness as a host was greatly appreciated—thank you for being so accommodating! If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to enhance the outdoor lighting. It would make it easier for guests to see and enjoy the area during BBQs. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning in the future!

Very cozy and comfortable unit. Washer and dryer provided, as well as cuckoo water filter, kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking, big fridge. There is Ever Rise supermarket downstairs where you can get supplies easily, great nasi kukus restaurant and many other food stalls surrounding the building. Grab wait was around 15-20 minutes most of the time, so book early if rushing. Overall highly recommended place to stay.

Affortable price, clean, in city center,easy find foods.

Our family visited Kuching for a trip and stayed at Riverine Pine, and it was an amazing experience! This is a three-bedroom apartment with an excellent location in the city center, close to the Waterfront and major tourist attractions. It takes only 5 to 15 minutes on foot to reach the Waterfront, and there are plenty of local eateries nearby, making it very convenient for dining and exploring. The apartment is beautifully decorated and fully equipped, making us feel right at home—comfortable and cozy. Our unit was on the 15th floor, offering a spacious layout with stunning river and city views. The amenities are top-notch, comparable to a five-star apartment, providing us with an exceptional stay. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was spotlessly clean, making our stay even more enjoyable. Communication with the host was excellent—they responded quickly and were always helpful. This stay was great value for money & will recommend to friends!

地方清整，冷氣夠涼，沙發坐得很舒服，睡床瞓覺非常舒適，樓下有很多食店，對面就是 Aeon Mall買東西很方便，下次來會再入住，屋主可以用中文溝通，她很好人。

Priscilla is a very friendly host. She responded quickly to last-minute changes and was helpful with a late check-in. The place is conveniently located near AEON and many restaurants in the Podium. I highly recommend it ++

Loh sangat proaktif menanyakan apa perlu bantuan dll utk kedepan bila ke kuching akan menginap disini lagi terima kasih.

Brilliant place with spectacular view. We love & enjoyed our stay here. Great value for money & easy place for everything. Siaw Chin was an exceptional host. She went above & beyond for us which was hugely appreciated. Highly recommended. We will definitely stay here if come again.
