It was really lovely, the added bonus was the pool as well as the amazing staff who gave us so many recommendations. They helped us with catering us also for evening meals which were delicious and great size for portions. The hotel room was really comfortable and clean, very spacious too. There isn’t much noise around you at all as it’s just off the main road. The hosts were so friendly and easy to speak to if we had any questions or wanted any suggestions and very responsive.

The staff were amazing—always attentive, friendly, and responsive to all our requests, including accommodating the needs of our toddler, which we greatly appreciated. A standout feature of our stay was the amazing cocktails! They were expertly crafted and added a special touch to our evenings as we enjoyed the stunning scenery. Additionally, the staff guided us to a beautiful local waterfall, where we had a fantastic time exploring and enjoying nature. It was a memorable highlight of our trip. The only area for improvement is the food. While it was decent, we’d love to see more fresh vegetables included in the menu to enhance the dining experience. staying in Martins Villa has been the highlight of our trip. We enjoyed every second of it. The large garden and pool offer so much tranquility, with the view of the lake and rice paddies, feels like paradise. bedroom and bathroom very clean and a nice ambience. tastefully decorated, ambient lighting and mosquito net to avoid meeting critters in the middle of the night. the family of hosts prepared the most tasteful homecooked meals and where always there in case of any questions or requests from our side. Would totally recommend to everybody to book a few nights in this extraordinary place!

Such a little paradise. We visited Wild Lotus with my 19-month-old and they treated her like royalty! Staff there are so hard-workng and conscientious. Simply lovely people. We didn't do a safari in the end but so so many animals and birds anyway. Very special location. Couldn't recommend this place enough. A special thank you to Ali and Naali! They looked after us so well!

Amazing peaceful setting, interesting historic house with beautiful surroundings gardens -unbelievable pool view. Perched in the mountains it feels detached from the main thoroughfare. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Host was very polite, kind and considerate, he helped us when our vehicle was stuck. Food was tasty.

We LOVED our stay here, and wanted to stay longer however it was booked out! The host and staff were so friendly and helpful, the breakfast and dinner was amazing, they have their own tuk tuk which was very helpful to get around for a small fee. The rooms themselves were stunning, and private, very clean and a beautiful view from the balcony and windows. The host also gave great recommendations for things to do around Ella. Highly recommend staying at the treehouse!
