Unser Aufenthalt war einfach wunderbar! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend – immer schnell, äußerst hilfsbereit und engagiert. Er hat stets versucht, bei allem zu helfen und alles bestmöglich zu organisieren. Das Haus selbst ist großzügig geschnitten, wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Besonders der tolle Ausblick hat uns begeistert. Ein kleines Detail, das wir vermisst haben, war eine Spülmaschine. Allerdings wurde dies durch die fantastische Hausdame mehr als wettgemacht: Sie hielt das Haus täglich blitzsauber und verwöhnte uns zudem mit ihren großartigen Kochkünsten (da sich die Koch-Küche außerhalb des Hauses befindet), – wirklich ein Highlight! Die Lage des Hauses war perfekt für uns: ruhig, keine Touristen (wenn dann nur einer einheimische Touristen) und trotzdem alles sehr gut erreichbar. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und haben zu unserer Erholung beigetragen. Insgesamt war es genau das, was wir gesucht haben, top – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Great accommodation. The place is as it appears in the pictures with good seafood restaurants within walking distance. The host is very friendly and happy to give recommendations on things to do. Overall very good value for money and we will visit again.

This is my family's second year staying at Kristen's AirBnB, and we all love it. It is very quiet, it has all the amenities you need, and it's close to the beach. You can walk to the beach, but we normally drive there because we have lots of things to take for the kids. We have 4 kids ranging from 7-18 years old, and everyone enjoys this spot. This year we had a minor problem with the water heater in the bathroom, but Plian ( the very kind property manager) was very quick to get it fixed even in the midst of a Thai holiday. We were very impressed. We look forward to going back again next year.

A nice retreat place if you want to stay away from the city. Walkable place to convenient store 7E (it has almost everything from eggs,bread, frozen halal sausages & etc). The rooms are all spacious, clean and spotless. Swimming pool are also big but need to bring floats if you have toddlers because it is deep. Sebastien provided enough cleaning essentials too during our stay & there are no mosquitoes around the house. We will definitely recommend to big families to come over.

We were already familiar with the property "Panorama Resort" from a previous visit & returning felt incredibly pleasant. Naturally, we were curious about this house, as the pictures looked very promising & the communication with the owners had been so warm & friendly. What can I say? We've booked many houses worldwide & enjoyed wonderful moments - but THIS house surpasses them all!! After our long journey, we were warmly welcomed with a well-stocked fridge. The attention to detail in the decor is simply a dream – a fantastic kitchen equipped with absolutely everything (and more) you could need (I loved the milk frother so much!), charming decorative touches, bedrooms with fridge & coffee machine, spacious & spotless bathrooms, cozy beds with comfortable linens, friendly cleaning staff, a stunning garden, a pristine pool and beautiful lightning. What more could your heart desire? We absolutely loved everything (!) and are so grateful to Janet & Dave for this wonderful experience!

I love waking up to the sunrise over the bay. Truely the best panoramic ocean view. A perfect getaway. The room is comfortable and super clean with great public facility.

The view from the balcony is unbelievably stunning. The host is very responsive and helpful. The property is fully equipped and very well mantained. The area is safe. Also has a direct acess to the beach. Love the place.

We had a wonderful time at Nicola’s Sea Condominium. The staff and residents were fantastic…. very friendly and helpful. The location and view from the balcony was outstanding; the sounds from area birds and farm land was a welcome addition as well. Sam Roi Yot and the surrounding area is truly something to behold! Some form of transportation will be necessary to access all the attractions …. options available on the beach road.

Die Wohnung ist super, groß, hell, sauber. Absolut empfehlenswert!!! Der Besitzer hat auf jede Anfrage sofort reagiert. Zum Kochen ist die Küche leider nicht fertig ausgestattet. Kompliziert ist, dass das Internet für jedes elektronische Gerät einzeln eingerichtet werden muss. Empfang ist nicht im ganzen Raum.

We had a fantastic time at Guarav's place. His place was very spacious and comfortable. The master bed was very comfortable. The 2nd bedroom was large and would easily accomodate more people. Guarav quickly responded to our messages and helped us by buying a new pot for us so we could cook nice meals. It was great to have the washing machine to clean our clothes and there was plenty of space to hang clothing to dry. The terrace was nice to sit on and gave us easy access to the beautiful pool. It was great to have a pool to cool off during the day. It was relaxing to sit by the pool to soak in the sun. We absolutely loved our stay at Guarav's. The manager Kook was awesome and helped us with any questions we had, such a lovely lady. All of the staff were friendly. We would love to come back again. We would advise you to get a scooter to fully enjoy Sam Roi Yot. Our favourite restaurant was (Pa Oen Thai restaurant) Excellent massages at Jib (Prairie was great).

Great if you want to wake up to the sound of waves looking over the ocean. Saw dolphins from the balcony one afternoon. Comfy bed, nice pool and well equipped. Hot water and Wi-Fi would be a massive improvement (mobile data signal is really strong in the area though). Car or motorbike is needed to get around.

Very well-maintained place—not only the apartment but the property as a whole. Very close to the beach, but it is rocky, so if you want to swim, you'll need to take a good walk to a long stretch black sand beach. Unfortunately, the beach is quite dirty, as is common in Southeast Asia, especially near fishing villages. Unless someone cleans it, you’ll find garbage thrown by fishermen in the sea—bottles, cigarette boxes, nets, etc. Patrick is very responsive. We had some issues with the shower and a toilet when we arrived, but as soon as we informed him, he arranged for them to be fixed. You trade mountain views from higher floors for easy access to the pool, just a few meters from the balcony. The kids loved it. The pool was great, and the residents and reception staff were polite. Be aware that during the dry season, you may experience smoke from nearby rice field burnings. Having your own transportation is a must. Great place, great host, all at a really good price—we’ll be back!
