Comfortable and cozy place for family gathering. Place is well equipped with mahjong, mini pool table, karaoke room, jacuzzi. Host is very responsive and helpful. Place is clean, and beds are comfortable. Highly recommended!

Big and spacious space for large family gatherings

The place was just like the photos!. My kids enjoyed the children's bunk bed. The bathroom was clean. With clean towels and toiletries. Rooms were clean. Projector in the hall was akin to watching cinema. My family had a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!!!

this is a great spot if you're looking to accommodate a big group. the house can easily accommodate up to 16 pax and everything was clean and tidy

Cynthia and team was very responsive and even had a chat to make sure I could reach them easily! There were a lot of eateries nearby and also all the amenities in the house allowed us to enjoy different types of activities within the same space. Great for team bonding as there are communal areas where we can have presentations and do table top games :) also, pleasantly surprised that it's so near to customs!! would definitely visit again if there's a chance, thank you team!!

MingJie's place was exactly as described. Check in was simple. Quite a safe location. The air conditioning in the landed property was strong. The whole house was cold within minutes. Rooms were all clean. MingJie was a good host and replies messages quickly.

friendly and very responsive. they let us check out at 1 coz we waiting for our van. the kids enjoyed. I just think need to do fogging frequently coz really got a lot of mosquito. but can keep putting insect repellant and ull be ok

The property looks exactly like the photos on the listing—spacious and beautifully designed with a modern touch. We were a group of 10, and the space comfortably accommodated us, and even larger groups. The table futsal, mahjong set, swimming pool, and BBQ area were definitely the highlights, providing lots of opportunities for fun, laughter, and bonding. The property was spotless, and the surroundings were peaceful, quiet, and private. We hardly saw anyone other than the occasional security patrol on bikes, which made the experience feel even more secluded. While there’s no convenience store within walking distance, a quick Grab ride took us to a 7-Eleven about 10 minutes away, and Aeon Shopping Mall was just 20 minutes by car. We had no problem making one trip each day to pick up whatever we needed. One small suggestion for improvement would be to address some minor maintenance issues, like loose bathroom hangers and taps. Overall, we had a fantastic time, and would return to stay.

The house is very spacious; our kids enjoyed themselves a lot with the swimming pool and all the indoor games. The bedrooms are more spacious too, with 2 double cots as shown and are very well maintained and very neat, with check-in and check-out. Sure will visit again. Our host Gilbert and his team are very responsible in replying to our queries.

Nico is very responsive. she will try her very best to assist me. She also try her very best to allow us to check-in as early as possible. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. House surrounded by many good eating place and well known cafe is just round the corner (walking distance). Wonderful place for cny gathering with total 5 families. Will definitely come back again.
