The apartment is spacious and bright, suitable for a couple. fast internet (300mbps) and the working desk with chair allow you work comfortably. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom cover all the basic needs. The location is in 20 minutes from the town center and the sea coast and 5 mints from the hypermarket. The host is very kind and responsive, met us in person at the checkin and checkout and helped us when we discover that forgot something during leaving.

Всё было замечательно. Очень любезные и приятные хозяева. Всегда на связи, помогли со всеми вопросами. Квартира была очень чистая и пллностью соответствовала объявлению. Имелось всё необходимое. Все электроприборы в отличном состоянии. Пользоваться было одно удовольствие. До ближайшего пляжа всего несколько минут. В шаговой доступности супермаркеты. Wi-fi хороший, доступно несколько частот для подключения. Для обычных задач и посмотреть фильмы вполне хватает. Однако скорость иногда прыгает, и у моей жены при проведении онлайн конференций были проблемы. Так что если кому по работе нужен стабильный быстрый интернет, лучше приобрести местную тур. симкарту. В остальном всё просто супер. Настоятельно всем рекомендую! Если будем в Будве ещё раз, обязательно остановимся здесь снова!!

красивый вид из окна. рассветы и закаты. хозяйка была дружелюбная и отзывчива. все вопросы решались быстро. хороший комфортный диван и матрас. отлично выспались и отдохнули. есть смарт тв Ютуб и Нетфликс. кухня удобная все работает. спасибо

Het is fijn verblijven in dit appartement, het is zeer ruim, voorzien van van alles, schoon en een lekker terras met tuintje Het is iets van de stad af, 15-20 min maar voor ons geen probleem Auto kan voor de deur We voelden ons snel thuis!

Jevrem is a wonderful host! The place is neat & tidy and exactly as shown and described :) Jevrem was very prompt with responding, he gave us loads of suggestions and recommendations around the city. He was also kind enough to offer us a transfer to and from the airport :) The place and the host made us feel super comfortable! Looking forward to visit again!

The apartment was super clean and in perfect shape. The location is perfect for grocery stores (Aroma and Idea) and transportation. Parking is not an issue at all. The internet speed and stability are pretty good (if you work in tech it's quite important). The host is super friendly and responsive. I don't see any negatives about the apartment. The only thing is the clothes do not dry (even in the hot weather) but it's related to Kotor so be careful with that.

We stayed for two nights and I feel Marina's apartment is located at an ideal location - next to the bus station and 20 mins walk to Budva old town. The location made it easy for us to travel to Sveti Stefan and Virpazar by bus. The apartment was also quite comfortable with all the required amenities. The sauna was definitely the highlight of this apartment. The host, Marina, was extremely friendly and always quick to respond.

Logement très propre, fidèle aux photos et vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Hôte toujours disponible, arrangeante et réactive par message. Attention avoir une voiture est fortement recommandé car très difficile de rejoindre à pieds ou grâce aux transports en commun, et nécessaire pour se déplacer. Le bémol est le « jacuzzi » qui est une baignoire avec des jets que l’on sent pas. Concernant la piscine elle est propre, offre une superbe vue sur le soleil couchant et la vallée mais n’est pas chauffée

Очень просторные и чистые апартаменты. Мы были втроем, одну комнату даже не использовали, а ребенок оценил наличие письменного стола, рисовал все новогодние праздники. Хозяин позаботился о нашем проживании (мы сняли апартаменты на 3 дня) и оставил большое количество чистых полотенец. В наличии было все необходимое чтобы готовить, что очень ценно для семей с детьми. Очень удобно, что парковочное место было непосредственно под окнами. Апартаменты расположены достаточно близко от центра, но высоко. По-этому с маленькими детьми будет не очень удобно подниматься, если вы не на машине и это единственный минус. В остальном все понравилось, спасибо за заботу и комфорт. Цена-качество полностью соответствует.

Almir’in evi muazzamdı. Büyük ve rahat olması çok iyiydi. Evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut. Sakin ve güzel bir konumda. Ev tertemiz ve sıfır bir daire. Almir bize her konuda yardımcı oldu ve iyi bir ev sahibi. Her şey için kendisine çok teşekkürler.

Spent 4 wonderful nights at Stefan’s Airbnb, we are a newly retired couple in our mid-60’s who travel mostly on public transport. The accommodation is well positioned, 20-25 minutes flat walk to town centre, bus station & supermarket are 10 minutes walk, the Tivat International airport is 7m taxi away. The hosts are special people, and we feel fortunate to have met them and shared a couple of hours of chatting to them on their patio one sunny evening. Thank you for making the last stop of a seven week holiday so enjoyable.

Dit zeer ruime appartement in Bar is bijzonder mooi gelegen hoog in de bergen. Voor mensen die even willen ontsnappen aan het drukke leven van alle dag en die heerlijk tot rust willen komen is dit een geschikte accommodatie omdat je in de verte het rustgevende geruis van de Jelzenica rivier hoort die met kleine watervalletjes naar beneden richting de zee stroomt. De zee zie je klein in de verte en is met de auto goed te bereiken. Er is een behoorlijk groot zwembad en een apart zwembadje voor kinderen op het terrein. Het appartement heeft 2 grote kamers, slaap en woonkamer met allebei een fijn balkon. Het heeft een grote zachte buitenzetel van leer waar je lekker op kan zitten om naar de krekels en rustgevende geluiden van de natuur te luisteren. We kregen bij aankomst heerlijke pannenkoekjes geserveerd en verse eitjes, worstjes en crackers voor het ontbijt. De keuken heeft alles wat nodig is en het bed was heerlijk groot. Badkamer knus met föhn en compleet ingericht. Een echte aanrader

Wir waren 14 Tage in dieser tollen Wohnung. Das Meer ist toll und man kann zu jeder Zeit einfach reinspringen. Die Nachbarn sind meist Einheimische und machen dort mit ihren Familien Urlaub. Alle sehr nett und entspannt. Kinderlieb! Filip war immer erreichbar für uns und seine Mama ist ein Schatz. Sie brachte Gemüse, Krebse aus dem Meer zum Anschauen und fragte stets, ob sie etwas für uns tun kann. Jederzeit kommen wir gerne wieder. Danke für alles!

Hosts are very friendly, quick to respond to messages and really helpful. The place was clean, WiFi was fast enough for video calls etc and the beach is just a 5 minute walk down the hill. Great stay.

A beautiful week in this apartment. Mira greeted us at the bus station which was a lovely start to the trip. She went above and beyond for us and even brought us an umbrella for the rain. Communication was good and we had great advice on how to get to various places. We are very grateful for the hospitality and would definitely consider coming back in the future. Thank you Mira! If you are visiting Montenegro this is the place to stay! Aneta was the friendliest, most helpful and delightful host we have met. The apartment is exactly like the photos although they probably don't do it justice. It is beautifully furnished and has a fabulous outdoor space. We loved sitting in the jacuzzi watching the boats go by! The view is spectacular and will live in our memories forever. There are beautiful places around the bay to visit. We particularly enjoyed Perast and Port Montenegro. The cable car is a must. Views from up at the top were awesome. Food and wine good too. Very rarely visit a place twice but Aneta's apartment will be an exception. Didn't want to leave. Go and enjoy!

Wow, what a showplace. This top floor penthouse is very glamorous, with spectacular views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Our group of 6 (3 couples) each had spacious bedrooms and our own bathrooms. Only one bath was en suite, but the others were convenient to the bedrooms. The place was spotless and well stocked. The upstairs had another sitting room, bedroom and bath, and a huge deck with fabulous hot tub. The views from this level were even better. The place is walking distance to Kotor’s old town, but a bit of an incline coming back. We saw lots of taxis for a convenient ride back. Take extra time to navigate to the place upon arrival. Apple Maps couldn’t quite get us there, so we stopped for help. There is a dedicated parking spot. Daca was there to happily greet us, even though we arrived late. She explained everything perfectly and was very responsive when we reached out another time. I would definitely recommend this lux penthouse!

We had a wonderful stay at this airbnb. The apartment is bigger than it looks in photos with two bathrooms, a lounge and a large terrace area by the shared pool. It was an amazing location 1 min walk from the sea front with lots of amazing restaurants. Our host was delightful and very helpful ! She was easy to get a hold of when we needed to get quotes for taxis etc! We had a really great stay!
