It was an awesome stay superb place and a huge shout out to Geeta didi and caretaker Gangaram ji who helped prepared delicious meals and home cooked food… they took care of kids food customised it for toddlers and I would strongly recommend this place to any one travelling in want of peace

Me and my family stayed here for two nights, and we had a pleasant experience overall. Pros: Everything matched the description. Stay is 10-minute walk from Shrivardhan beach, conveniently located between Harihareshwar and Diveagar. House was clean, with freshly washed bedding. kitchen was equipped with basic essentials (including sugar, ghee, and spices), which was a big plus for us. Home-cooked food was available at affordable rates and tasted great. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Power backup was available, which ensured comfort during outages. Nice-to-Have Improvements: During our stay, some construction work was going on next door, so there was occasional noise (should be temporary) Parking larger vehicles like SUVs might require some maneuvering as the gate is not very wide and the road in front is narrow. A water purifier in the kitchen would be a great addition. (Alternatively, mineral water bottles are available for ₹20 each, which worked fine for us)

The property was just how it was shown in the pictures rooms were clean and nice pool was nice and clean. The best part about our stay was the very friendly and helpful care taker at the property made our stay very neat and good. The only problem was since the property is of atta vista the rules and regulations of stay vista had to be followed which were little unrealistic like not consuming non veg food not using pool after 8 and early check in chargeable (check in time is 2) all these rules were not listed at the time of booking but were send to us after the booking was confirmed which was little something that I was expecting but apart from that the stay and property was very good and peaceful. Definitely will refer to others

My family (including 2 dogs) stayed here. The place is wonderful. Despite the heat outside, the home was very cool. It’s a very cute & comfortable home. The place is done VERY well. It looks beautiful & is very comfy for 4-5 people. I was impressed with how the place is designed. The outside seating is also done very well. Very comfortable & it feels really good to sit outside & relax. There’s a decent lawn space which is fenced so if you have dogs, they will really enjoy. The space is also very good to play, especially for kids. The staff was very very good. The cook is 8.5-9/10. Food was very good. The highlight was Mangesh who does most other tasks besides cooking. He was genuinely very very sweet & helpful. There is a lot to do if you like to explore. The property is located a little ahead of Karjat so you can expect some nice isolation from loud noises & crowded areas. You can go for a hike! Another highlight - stargazing! We could see satellites! Host is also VERY nice!

I recently stayed at the villa for a day and used it as a remote workspace. The experience was fantastic. The villa is peaceful and quiet, providing an ideal environment for focused work. The internet connection was reliable, which was crucial for my work tasks. Although my stay was short, I found the amenities and ambience perfect for work and relaxation.

Great place for big families. Property is well maintained and clean. Basement swimming pool was awesome and clean. The property is as shown in the pictures. But keep in mind that it is out of the city and nothing there near by at walking distance. So get your supplies when you check in. The care taker Om was wonderful and available through our and just one call away. Considering there were no restaurants near by, we ordered lunch and dinner. Great taste and amazing service. Maharashtrian taste. we all had great fun and made wonderful memories.

KK was an exceptional host, and the property exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully maintained, spacious, and perfect for pets, making our stay all the more enjoyable. The proximity to the lake, just a 2-minute walk away, was a highlight, offering breathtaking views, particularly during sunset. Food was amazing, a big Thank YOU to Julian. Location is easily approachable and within a gated community making it secure. Tastefully done up villa with warm pool. The architecture allows natural sunlight to come thru and flood the house adequately. Compact yet spacious, we loved the place for the decor; the villa walls lined with bougainvillea and lush green from within. The staff is available round the clock and very warm. The rooms are huge with fan, AC, clean towels, shower gel and shampoo; balconies attached to each room and they also have a terraced roof top! Thankfully there is no television set which allows for great bonding. There is just ample space to park your car. We asked for a bbq dinner by the pool. The BBQ was delish followed by Biryani and servings are large. We asked for our complimentary Sunday breakfast to be swapped with a Hi Tea on Saturday evening and we were served flavourful Wada pavs. Our checkout was equally easy. The only thing missing was a USB port.
