Alan and Reiko were amazing to work with. They are responsive before your arrival and truly make the very best of your stay. They arranged rides for us around the island from pick up, to a dinner reservation They set up prior to our arrival to ensure a nice dinner out on the town. In addition, Alan was a pleasure to chat with. He told us all about the history of the accommodation and walked us thoroughly through the property. The house is an incredible experience taking you back in time. While remaining true to its roots, the elevated washroom and bathtub make for a very comfortable stay. One of the very best places we have stayed to date. I highly recommend this property to those considering it.

Séjour agréable et localisation parfaite pour sillonner l île en vélo ainsi que Naoshima et Inujima. Si vous aimez la cuisine fermentée Aki prépare plein de condiments faits maison dont le miso. Location de vélos électriques possible. Je recommande !

Super convenient for a visit to Naoshima/Teshima, worth what I paid! The rooms look a bit more luxurious in the photos but my quarters were enough for my stay for two nights. If I had a longer trip planned, I would probably opt for somewhere more cushy. Although the bathroom wasn’t connected to the room, it was spotless and updated, and just what I needed. The staff are incredibly friendly and remembered my name. They’ll have your breakfast ready for you in the morning when you enter the cafe which was an unexpected treat! Easy check-in and check-out. All around solid experience, thanks for having me!

Extraordinary beautiful authentic Japanese house. Super peaceful environment. Perfect place to discover Teshima and to get some rest. Keiko, our host has been super friendly, picking us up from the port, and welcomed us into the house. We had a wonderful stay, we love to come back one day. Thank you.

チェックイン時やその後の対応がとても親切でした。22時頃に不明な点を電話で確認したのですが、とても丁寧に対応して頂き助かりました。部屋は広く清潔で、朝食やコーヒーなどの用意も充実していました。6人で泊まったのですが、十分過ぎるほど広い空間で、ゆっくりとした時間を過ごすことができました。また期待と思えるお宿でした。ありがとうございました。

大変心の広い、優しいホストの方で大変お世話になりました。 お部屋は複数の部屋に分かれており、7名での宿泊もとても心地が良かったです。また、朝食を用意していただけたのもとてもありがたかったです。 宿の近くに仏生山温泉があり、徒歩でそちらを利用できたのもとてもよかったです。 また是非宿泊させていただきたいです。 その際は何卒よろしくお願いします。
