Absolutely wonderful place, and great community! The villa is much more beautiful than it's shown on the pictures. Everything is clean and fresh, you've got everything you need. One of the best places on Bali. Very quiet and private. Communication with John and Made was easy, and very professional. Putu is just great! We felt very comfortable and couldn't wish for a better haven. 10/10!

It was amazing to be accommodated by Antika, she and her entire team take care that you are well and have all the comfort and cleanliness you need. The villa is comfortable, fully equipped, clean and everything inside looks so new. It is located on a quiet street, but close to various markets and restaurants, including a Japanese one where I ate the best ramen of my life.

Stayed at this villa as two families of 5 and 3 had a great time nice clean villa tucked away from the busy streets but still close enough to walk for plenty of shopping and great restaurants, Joel and his co-host Mr Dewa were very quick to respond to any questions we had, Mr Dewa was also available via phone at any time we needed. Cleaning staff were very friendly Egik in particular was very polite and respectful and always up for a good friendly chat and always helping with any issues or recommendations for days out and great restaurants.

A big thanks to Irawan , he is an excellent host and his place is just awesome as described . Good neighborhood, plenty of coffee shops and beach near by . Better than hustle bustle of canguu and seminiyak . 100% recommended

Great stay, hosts where really responsive at all hours and extremely helpful. We where accommodated really well. Cleaning was done everyday. Location was ok!

Overall had a great stay so gave 5 stars. Location is a short walk to the main road, peaceful and quiet area. The pool is nice and the space is huge so everyone can stretch out. Host is super responsive. Only minuses are the top level bedroom gets pretty warm as it’s a vaulted ceiling and located at the top and the AC can’t keep up, the room below and the living room both get frosty in comparison, and the stairs are outside instead of inside the house. That being said I loved my stay and the unique villa was very cool so 5 stars! Thanks Anna for the wonderful stay.

Great little villa with a very nice pool. Really clean and beautiful! If you are not accustomed to noise bring ear plugs for sleeping. Great location near all the shops you need. Felt safe and secure too.

We absolutely loved our stay at Deni's place and will definitely be recommending it to anyone we know visiting Bali. The place was exactly as described and Deni was a responsive host. We made good use of the local recommendations and the driver, Raka, and the Wayans (who look after the villa) were kind and helpful. We had an electrical problem during our stay and Mr Wayan came around immediately to help us out and an electrician was arranged for the next day. I highly recommend Deni's place to anyone visiting Seminyak.

Easy and accessible location. Had some issues but was promptly addressed and staff were deployed down within 10 minutes to help resolve it. Best host i have been to so far!

There were some technical issues at the property and we got upgraded, we loved the place though, it’s comfy and the location is just perfect. Brio’s team helped us 24/7 and very responsive. All the amenities are great and they’re lovely.

The host is very considerable and kind. The house is very clean, neat and comfortable. Suitable for anyone coming with big family or members. The house location is strategic, near to Kuta Beach, Changgu and Seminyak. The host even treat us some desserts and very easy to deal with. Very good villa - spacious, quite fresh and has everything for a good time spending. The pool is really big so you can enjoy your time there. The location has many good food places nearby. So it was a decent experience overall

everything is perfect, we felt like in a traditional balinese house but it doesn’t forget the modern functionality. peaceful morning by the pool with sun shining right through the open area, even in this rainy season we felt safe and sound. kids friendly, but keep your eyes on your kids around the pool since it goes around 170cm on the other side. the staffs are friendly and helpful, we can communicate swiftly with Pak Nyoman to the staffs for any inquiries.

This review is a little personal to me, as it's more than just a review. I stayed here for over a month with my boyfriend. I remember booking this place when I was in Phuket, and once it was booked, I received a message that there were three dogs at the house. I was so happy when I found out and told my boyfriend about it. Once we checked in, I couldn't help but feel overjoyed to see Ongki's dogs. They are truly wonderful. For us, the place felt very homey. Everything we needed was provided—kitchen, fridge, washer, dryer—everything! Most importantly, there is a house helper who comes every day for the dogs and cleans the house once a week. She is a lovely woman, and I urge the next guests to be nice to her and love those dogs! Pet and play with the dogs everyday is mandatory!😁😆 It's an amazing place with friendly and responsive owner, wonderful dogs, and a lovely house helper. I highly recommend it—1000 times over! 💙💙💙💙

Overall the stay was magnificent and exceed our expectation. One of the AC in one of the bedroom its not that cold. So maybe host need to service it and topup the gas or something. But overall its perfect and would repeat my stay if i come to bali again
