Apartment was great with lovely views. Short walk into town centre and supermarkete also close by. size of women’s suited to four people with large bathroom. In all a good place to stay for a long weekend.

Our stay here was absolutely magical, with breathtaking fjord and mountain views that felt like a dream. The house was cozy, well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and designed for pure comfort, making it the perfect retreat. The highlight was witnessing the Northern Lights dance right from the windows, no need to chase them, as we had a front-row seat from the warmth of our stay. Every moment here was special, from sipping coffee while admiring the serene landscape to enjoying the peaceful surroundings. On top of that, our host, Knut, was incredibly responsive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Everything was so perfect that leaving felt almost impossible. If you're looking for a scenic, comfortable, and unforgettable experience near Tromsø, this place is truly a gem!

Roger's home is fabulous! The location is in a quiet neighborhood that is a very easy walk to the grocery store and a nice stroll to downtown. Our group of 3 couples spent our downtime around the large kitchen table enjoying the sea views and watching boats and ships cruise by. We appreciated Roger's recommendations for restaurants. We had dinner at Skarven Kro. It was wonderful. Despite the chilly weater we used both the jacuzzi and sauna.

we had a wonderful stay at this apartment! the apartment was clean, fully equipped and the terrace offered a beautiful view from which we were able to see the northern lights. its location was ideal, conveniently close to a supermarket, bus stop and just a short distance from the city center, making it easy to explore the area. the host was attentive and available whenever we had any questions or needed assistance. overall, a fantastic experience, and i highly recommend it!

The Airbnb was the Best experience I had so far. Everything perfect, Henriette even picked up us and drove to the place.

Der Aufenthalt bei Ingrid und Eirik war wunderschön. Wir sind spät gelandet und konnten trotzdem unkompliziert einchecken. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen. Zur Stadt sind wir entweder gelaufen oder mit dem Bus gefahren, eine Haltestelle ist in der Nähe. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Ingrid und Eirik übernachten :)

My stay at Veronica’s studio was fantastic! The studio was impeccably clean and nicely decorated. The fully-equipped kitchenette allowed me to quip a meal whenever I pleased. Veronica was very responsive and answered all my questions instantly. The apartment is a 15-minute walk from the center of town or a 5-minute bus ride. Supermarket is right around the corner from the apartment building! I highly recommend Veronica’s place.

Wenn es mehr als 5 Sterne gäbe, würden wir sie vergeben. Traumhaftes Haus, traumhafte Umgebung, von Renieren, Adlern, Delphinen, Schneewiesel, Huskies, Robben bis vielen vielen Nordlichtern alles gesehen. Bestens ausgestattete Küche, gemütliche Schlaf-und Wohnzimmer, tolle Sauna....einfach alles perfekt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sehr freundlich und reagieren auf Anfragen prompt. Diese Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen. Zum Glück durften wir fast 3 Wochen dort genießen. Danke:-) wir kommen wieder!!!

Truly an amazing experience at Thomas’s house. It embodies the spirit of a typical, authentic and cozy norwegian hytte with everything you need, add to that the view over the fjords and the sauna in the backyard and you’ll feel like in a Hallmark movie during Christmas. We also saw the Northern Lights from the cabin 2 nights in a row. The communication with the hosts was very easy and efficient. I truly recommend it to anyone loving nature, peace and quiet :)

La maison est spacieuse, très bien chauffée (chauffage au sol dans l'entrée et les salles de bain très agréable), avec une magnifique vue depuis le balcon (d'où l'on peut voir les aurores par temps clair!). Tout était très propre et cosy. Nous voyagions avec toute la famille avec deux bébés (9 mois et 2 ans et demi), il y avait des lits et des chaises hautes pour les deux. La cuisine est très bien équipée, mieux qu'espéré! La rampe d'accès pour les voitures est légèrement en pente, ce qui peut être un peu glissant en hiver mais les voitures de location sur place (4 roues motrices) sont tout à fait adaptées. Il y a une supérette accessible à pied (3min) et une borne de recharge pour voiture à 5min. Tom est très réactif pour toutes nos questions.

Heidi is such a communicative and thoughtful host! The house is beautiful overlooking the water - it almost looks like you're in a cruise ship when you're in the living / dining area. It's a little far from center of town, but there's a bus that comes every 1-2 hours, so we made sure to catch that whenever possible. The house was spotless and the beds were superrr comfortable. We keken enorm uit naar ons verblijf in Noorwegen en de host was steeds bereikbaar. We kozen voor een verblijf in rust en natuur met sauna en hottub. Voor het gebruik hiervan moesten we bijbetalen wat niet zo heel duidelijk staat vermeld. Voor deze prijs misschien wel wat meer hout voorzien want hier kom je zeker niet mee toe en vermits de prijs toch al prijzig is mocht dit er wel onbeperkt inzitten vinden wij. Het huis was proper, ruim en prachtig zicht. Wel een gevaarlijke trap naar boven, vooral het gat naar onder als je boven staat. Kinderen die aan het spelen zijn hebben dit niet altijd in het oog, misschien een omheining voorzien voor de veiligheid! De openhaard is zeker een pluspunt want we houden van deze gezelligheid. We hebben 5 van de 6 nachten het noorderlicht kunnen bewonderen vanop het terras. De keukenuitrusting kan misschien nog iets uitgebreider. We misten een mixer om onze soep te mixen en een vergiet om de spaghetti af te schudden.

The view was absolutely breathtaking; waking up to it every morning was a highlight of my trip. Siv was responsive and welcoming, making sure I had everything I needed. We had an amazing 10-star stay - Ingrid had excellent communication before and during the stay. She sent the check-in instructions with lots of pictures, so finding the place and checking in was a breeze. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with extra towels, toilet rolls, etc. The 2 bedrooms are good for a family of 4 or 2 couples. The wifi speed was excellent. And the location is walkable from most restaurants, tourist points of interest, and even the bus terminal! Ingrid was also kind enough to pre-book a taxi for us since we had an early check-out!

Deze plek is en blijft fantastisch. Allereerst was het weerzien met Frank heel leuk. Hij geeft je direct het gevoel dat je zeer welkom bent. Hij is gastvrij en vrolijk. Het appartement is heel gezellig en mooi ingericht. Schoon, grote ramen, fijn bed, goede keuken-benodigdheden en een houtkachel buiten om een vuurtje te stoken. Het uitzicht over de kust en de bergen is fenomenaal en door het snel veranderende licht, raak je nooit uitgekeken. Het is een heel rustgevende plek en het was een waardevol ‘thuiskomen’.
