Stay and book within the city of Tromsø for 2-3 days and the rest of your stay, you MUST book one of Freddy’s campers. Beyond the city, you will see the real beauty of Tromsø. We stayed at Freddy’s place for 5 nights! Within six days, 1. We saw the Aurora Borealis dancing right in front of Freddy’s property. 2. We watched the most beautiful green, pink, purple Aurora Borealis during our last night right at Freddy’s backyard. 💚💜💖 3. We hiked twice in different areas 30-mins away by driving from Freddy’s place, 4. We had a walk in the nearby area 5. We ate quail eggs (gifted to us by Freddy). 6. There was a day when we just stayed in the camper, enjoyed the view and read a book. We also walked around the area that day. 7. From afar, we saw Moose and Reindeers. 8. Max the cat, the ducks and Geese are a plus! So adorable! We really wanted to get around the places outside the city, good thing Freddy had an extra car for us to rent. We can assure you, renting a car and driving around is worth the view, worth the everything! 😉 The camper was clean, complete and organize as we arrived. For two people, it is very spacious. The view from the window is stunning. The camper is well-heated. 30mins away, there is a local grocery store. We ate there once and we liked it, and we did our groceries from there too. Karin welcomed us and explained to us everything. Freddy was very helpful with many tips to give us. You can ask him anything about Tromsø. He lent us snow shoes and walking sticks for hiking. We wouldn’t have hiked without it. They are both hospitable and very interesting people to talk with. So if you’re planning a trip outside of Tromsø city, Freddy’s camper is the place to be!

Tore Gjert hat ein wunderschönes Haus mit einer spektakulären Aussicht auf das Meer. Es ist sehr persönlich und gemütlich eingerichtet und man findet alles was man braucht. Man sollte allerdings nichts im Supermarkt vergessen haben, denn der Weg dorthin ist zwar schön, aber weit. Das Café ein wenig die Straße weiter ist sehr zu empfehlen. Tore Gjert ist ein toller und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, mit dem wir einen guten Kontakt hatten.

Erittäin ystävällinen palvelu koko matkan ajan! Vaikka sää olosuhteet olivat haastavat lumimyrskyn aikana, majoittaja huolehti tien kunnosta. Mökin varustelutaso oli hyvä ja plussaa poreallas mahtavalla näköalalla! :)

The apartment of Kristoffer was amazing! It's even more beautiful than in the pictures. It's very spacious and light. The view is just wonderful. Everything in the apartment is good. f Fully equiped kitchen and a super comfortable bed. The huge terrace with the jacuzzi is fantastic. Kristoffer is a great host. He gave us clear instructions and he was flexible on the check in and check out time. Besides that he gave some great tips for the city and surroundings. Last but not least, we saw the aurora from the balcony on our last night!

Roger's home is fabulous! The location is in a quiet neighborhood that is a very easy walk to the grocery store and a nice stroll to downtown. Our group of 3 couples spent our downtime around the large kitchen table enjoying the sea views and watching boats and ships cruise by. We appreciated Roger's recommendations for restaurants. We had dinner at Skarven Kro. It was wonderful. Despite the chilly weater we used both the jacuzzi and sauna.

Chr dire? Øyvind Edman mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio. Era come essere a casa propria. Øyvind Edman è una persona pronta ad aiutare nel caso del bisogno. Una persona davvero generosa.

Arthur und Emma waren wirklich zuvorkommende und herzliche Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation mit ihnen war immer angenehm und einfach. Sie haben uns sogar mal mit in die Stadt gefahren, uns dabei tolle Empfehlungen gegeben und uns auch später auschecken lassen, da an dem Tag keine neuen Gäste empfangen wurden. Die Wohnung ist klein und praktisch. Das große Fenster am Bett und der Whirlpool sind wirklich ein Highlight. Gerne würden wir wiederkommen. Danke nochmal für alles.

Ein absolut gelungener Aufenthalt in Norwegen. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation von Anfang bis Ende. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist ein Traum um abzuschalten. Ruhige Lage mit toller Aussicht. Sauna, Whirlpool oder ein gemütliches Feuer im Kamin helfen dabei. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt im Haus. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, es war wirklich toll. Danke für alles.

Ottima esperienza in una casa molto accogliente e pulita e con gli host sempre disponibili ad aiutarti. posizione vicina al centro, facilmente raggiungibile con 3 fermate di bus, zona splendida soprattutto per i dintorni, con una vista spettacolare sulla città e abbiamo avuto anche la fortuna di vedere l'aurora boreale dalla finestra.

This property felt like a true home away from home! The kitchen was well-equipped, with all the utensils and spices needed to easily self-cater. We loved using the amazing local produce to prepare meals, which was both enjoyable and cost-effective. A nearby supermarket made it super convenient to stock up. The location was ideal, with an easy 25-minute walk to town and accessible public transport options. There are nearby areas for viewing the northern lights by the local lake and the view from the deck overlooking the water was absolutely stunning. We stayed in the depths of winter and were warm and cozy, appreciating the heated bathroom floors, and entrance space to remove all the outer layers with a seat to remove boots. It felt like living in a local home rather than a typical tourist accommodation, and Knut was available for local recommendations and ensured we were well informed and had all we needed for a great stay. We would love to visit again in summer!

Our Tromsø Airbnb was a dream! The lovely space felt like a true home away from home, with breathtaking mountain views right outside the window. It was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. A super central location, just a quick 10-minute bus ride to the city center, made exploring a breeze. Gunnar, our host, was incredibly responsive and helpful, truly the best Airbnb host I've encountered in my seven years of using the platform. This experience exceeded all expectations, and we can't wait to return to this perfect Tromsø retreat!

Meine Familie und ich haben uns in der Gammelstua von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Sie ist sehr gemütlich, liegt unterhalb der Straße allein am Wasser und ist trotzdem zentral. Tromsø und der Flughafen sind mit dem Auto in zwanzig Minuten zu erreichen, auf halber Strecke haben wir gerne im Supermarkt "Eidehandel" eingekauft und in der dazugehörigen Kantine gegessen. Auf Kvaløya gibt es einiges zu entdecken, man kann zum Beispiel Hundeschlitten fahren. Als wir ankamen, herrschte ein Schneesturm, aber Siv und ihr Bruder haben sich wunderbar um die Zufahrt gekümmert und unsere Fragen zum Parken sofort beantwortet.

Sehr gemütliche Hütte mit Holzofen in einer super schönen Natur! :) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Turid ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin, die alles mit Liebe hergerichtet hat! Wir freuen uns irgendwann nochmal wieder zu kommen!

Kleine aber komfortable Wohnung mit unfassbar schönem Blick von der Couch auf den Storsteinen! Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und Erik als Gastgeber ist unglaublich!! Sehr freundlich, sehr kommunikativ und interessiert :) Ich durfte sogar Lara seine eien Huskydame kennenlernen und bei einem Spaziergang ein wenig mehr über Tromsø erfahren. Absolut empfehlenswert ☺️

This Airbnb was an absolute dream! The bed was incredibly comfortable, with plush pillows that made it hard to get up in the morning. But once you do, the breathtaking view is completely worth it! The view from the apartment is nothing short of spectacular. If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury, relaxation, and an unforgettable view, this is it. Highly recommend!

Cleand and tidy and super close to Tromso downtown with a grocery store next door. Place was comfortable for the three of us with room to spare. Had everything you need to make your stay comfy.

Very comfortable stay at Dick's place. It was well-heated and spacious. Location was convenient to walk around in the city centre daily. Only issue I faced was getting to his place in the snow and ice with 2 big luggage as it was a steep uphill from the bus-stop. But overall would recommend Dick's place for your stay in Tromsø!

Excellent séjour chez Jakob. L’appartement est parfait pour un séjour de quelques jours. Confortable, bien chauffé, il est conforme à notre attente. Le vin et le chocolat nous attendaient sur la table à notre arrivée et dans le réfrigérateur quelques produits de base à disposition. Ce fut bien apprécié. Le logement a la taille adéquate pour un couple qui peut profiter du lit dans la chambre. Sinon un canapé peut servir de lit d'appoint dans le séjour pour des enfants par exemple. Nous recommandons ce logement aux futurs voyageurs .
