We had a wonderful stay at this lovely countryside home! The house was cozy and well-kept, and the nature around it was beautiful with wonderful view of nature from its windows. Also you can walk 7-10 minutes to the entrance to Botanical Garden of Batumi (trough a small grove). The host family was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home with their kindness. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway vocation.

Домик в частном секторе. На территории находится основной дом, где живут хозяева. В домике есть все необходимое. Приём гостей просто чудесный. Хотелось бы выразить благодарность всем: Тамта, Гиа, Сосо и котику Коко. Приняли нас как друзей, вместе сделали стол, послушали грузинских тостов и историй. Попробовали вкуснейшее домашнее вино и чачу. Небольшой магазинчик есть прямо возле дома. До туристических мест на такси 10-15 минут, также ходит автобус

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

The hoster is kind，she cooked the delicious bread and coffee for us！The place is queit and beautiful！

Nice accommodation with a beautiful garden near Batumi. A good option if you want to reboot and relax in nature. But this is not a separate house, but the top floor of a private house, the owners live on the lower floors. There is a lot of space, 2 separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms and air conditioners. The owner of the house was very nice and welcoming, she gifted fruits from the garden and home-cooked meals. We were also greeted by a beautiful bouquet of garden flowers, fruits and sweets. Thank you!

We had a great week at the seaside, and this wonderfully located, clean, comfortable home was central to it. We were a large group with three children under 2, and it was a wonderful place for us to stay. The sea is only about a 10 minute walk, and there are several things to do with small children right on the same block. I highly recommend staying here, and thank you to our hosts!

Это было лучшее время! Мы прожили в гостях у Софико и ее семьи почти 2 месяца. За это время мы и сами стали частью её семьи: вместе жарили мясо, играли с детьми, проводили застолья вечером и ездили гулять в Батуми. Ни с чем не сравнимое грузинское гостеприимство, столько тепла и доброты было по отношению к нам. Хозяева очень чутко и быстро реагировали, если вдруг было хоть малейшее неудобство. Вокруг дома красивый сад, и нас каждый день угощали свежими овощами и фруктами. Прекрасная веранда, на которой мы сидели допоздна и любовались с высоты вечерним Батуми. Само местоположение очень удобное: в тихом месте в горах, но до основного Carrefour в центре Батуми 10 минут на машине. Без проблем сюда приезжают такси и доставка еды. Очень тихо вокруг, и если хочется побыть наедине с природой, но и близко к городу – то это место идеальное. Очень грустно уезжать, мы всем сердцем полюбили эту семью и Грузию. Надеемся, что ещё не раз увидимся с ними!

Lesley and Chris are great hosts, very friendly and helpful, the place is clean, comfortable and perfect location for visiting Batumi raptor watchpoint at Sakhalvasho (about 15 mins away) plus Batumi itself and the surrounding coastline and hills. The three cats are great company too!

장점: 거실이 넓고 냉장고가 크다. 3인용으로 식기와 커트러리가 준비되어 있다. 침실의 침대가 크다. 호스트가 대체로 응답이 빠르고 친절하다. 침구, 수건 모두 깨끗하다. 단점: 샤워부스 천장에 누수가 있으나 윗집의 문제로 보인다. 물이 떨어지거나 하진 않았으나 누수부분에 부분적으로 곰팡이가 있다. 사용에는 문제가 없다.

Отдыхали второй раз. Очень нравится хозяйка, очень гостеприимная и доброжелательная. До центра ехать 5 минут. В квартире есть все необходимое. Вообщем не пожалели что остановились здесь второй раз))

Все понравилось, заселение было удобным. Однако домик не предназначен для зимы и может быть холодно.

Access to the cottage is not easy, but it's worth it for the amazing view you get. The host was super nice and fastly responsive. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Все було чудово. Дуже любʼязна родина. Дякуємо Вам за все. Донька господині розмовляла англійською, тому в нас не виникало жодних проблем. Було дуже чисто, є кондиціонер. На моє прохання нам принесли дрова, аби ми могли грилювати (без жодної додаткової плати). Окрема любов та повага до песика цієї родини «Цук-Цукі». Ця собака стала нашим вірним другом. Проводжала нас до моря, а потім додому. І навіть, коли ми гуляли ввечері або поверталися з Кобулеті, вона охороняла нас від сусідських собак. Коли ми вирушали зранку, вона все розуміла та була дуже засмученою (бо ми її час від часу підгодовували😅). Загалом, дякуємо цій родині за любʼязність та привітність. Ми обовʼязково повернемося🇺🇦🇬🇪❤️

Amazing way to start our Georgian adventure! We arrived late on a rainy night & they greeted us warmly and even offered us home made, traditional food & fruit which meant we didn't have to go searching for it. Murtaz & family were always helpful, & extremely welcoming. The Cabin is very close to the city but also far enough so you don't hear the noise but are surrounded with beautiful mountains and stunning view of the city. It's clean, warm and has everything you need. I highly recommend staying here & would definitely come back.

The place was close to Batumi but also secluded enough in the mountains to wake up to a wonderful view right from the your bed, which was very tidy and the place was definitely cleaned very well. We also found more amenities than we expected which was pleasant surprise! Although we arrived late at night we were greeted by the host and helped to cottage where we felt right at home, the land is really beautiful and it was a treat to stay there and experience some of the activities in the area.

It's a beautiful place! A very nice house. We wanted to spend time in it. It's very beautiful around, it felt like we were in the jungle.
