Such an incredible family weekend in a peaceful and stunning space. The house and view is even better than photos could depict. Zolie the housekeeper was extremely friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home. 10/10 would recommend and would love to come back!

Lynn's House was very spacious and we had plenty of room to spread out. She went out of her way to help us get laundry done and was very responsive on the electrical issues. The pool is great and definite needed for a cool down.

Our stay at Cathy and Jono’s property exceeded our expectations. Cathy kept checking in on us while we were still on the way since the weather was not so favourable. Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome, she had the heater on for us and gave us a guided tour of their stunning house that is beautifully designed and very spacious. Cathy and Jono went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. They were just a text/ phone call away whenever we needed something, and this truly made us feel valued as guests. Thank you for being such incredible hosts Cathy and Jono, this trip will always hold a special place in our hearts because of your warmth and hospitality. We cannot wait for our next visit!

Great location, quiet surrounds with a big garden and stunning views over the vlei. Comfortable and cosy accommodation but the house externally is in need of some maintenance. Fire pit not cleaned, broken weber, broken gutters, roof guards and a hole in the fence means there a little air of neglect/unfinished business about the space. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and the town of Wakkies is always a treat!

The house exceeded our expectations. It was in a nice quiet area and was very spacious. Really appreciated the little touches like the milk left in the fridge foe tea or coffee. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this accommodation.

This was a private paradise. The premises had everything you'd need as a prospective visitor for your stay. Equipped with homey furniture and amenities, Ascot Manor is a must see/must experience for all holiday makers.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how clean, well-maintained everything was. The decor , creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel instantly at home. The host has thought of everything—from high-end toiletries to a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials (and more!). The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and I woke up feeling refreshed every single morning. The location is unbeatable! It’s close to everything restaurants, ocean.yet somehow remains peaceful and quiet at night. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. Communication with the host was seamless.

Angela’s thatched rondavel is gorgeous! We had a lovely two night stay, the shower had great pressure, the bed is very comfy, there is everything you need for simple meals and to have a braai, we had a lovely swim in the pool and absolutely loved the garden. Definitely a hidden gem in Howick.

This accommodation was a great and beautiful experience, with a close private beach for residents. The host was super friendly and informative. I would certainly pay to go back to the same place again.

We were pleasantly surprised. As Airbnb's go, this one was by far the best one we have visoted, it stood out in every respect. Very tastefully furnished, stylish, contemporary look, spacious, practical, every utensil that could be required was in the drawers, even a ball for the dogs! Our dogs loved it as much as we did. Steve and Jenny were great hosts and a lot of fun!

Crest Farm is an absolute gem of a place. The owners are wonderful people who communicated with us right from the start regarding an earlier check-in time, which they allowed. Instructions regarding our stay and the home were proactively sent out. Even accommodating our GSD and last minute additional guest. We were utterly impressed with the living space, from the moment we arrived everything was spick and span. Exactly as described, in fact we found ourselves short of nothing as the home offers so much more than one would usually get for the price we paid especially over a long weekend. Phenomenal value for money and absolutely a home away from home feel. There is not enough that could be said about how wonderful Crest Farm is for someone looking to retreat into the serenity of the countryside while still enjoying the comforts of home style modern living. Thank you so much Songezo and Nolindo for opening up your beautiful home to us. We certainly hope to be back again and again!

The location is great. Secluded, yet well-positioned and connected to the city. Both Joslyn and Shaun are great hosts and together with their pets make this concrete oasis truly feel like home. Amenities and availability of kitchen equipment covered every necessity I had for my 2-month stay. I would definitely return to this gem in the middle of the big city.

Hlatini is honestly magic! We were there a few months ago and justhad to come back! The beach is literally on your doorstep, the garden is huge and full of birds, it's just heaven.

Janne's place really is a home away from home. The cottage is peaceful and surrounding by a wonderful garden that overlooks some of the best parts of Durban. We didn't want for anything, the kitchen was well stocked with essentials, the bed was large and comfy, the internet was fast, the aircon is very effective and the cottage was very easy to lock up and go. I highly recommend this spot when in Durban and will be back!

We spent 3 days with our family at the Stables cottage and had a wonderful stay. The location is peaceful and the scenery is stunning. Kate also organised dinner on request and we thoroughly enjoyed it esp the vegetarian meal. Our 3 yr old was overjoyed to see horses, goats and dogs on the property. The staff ( Anna, Ruthie and Mbongeni) were super nice and made sure we had a comfortable stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful and large farm house! The little kids loved the farm with its sheep and the dam! We will definitely be back! Robyn was a delight to deal with and made the whole experience even more wonderful, thank you!

I can honestly say that this cottage, its location (both isolated and near a good town, with many natural attractions) is absolutely perfect for whatever type of holiday one chooses. Robyn, herself, is amazing! So extremely helpful. She kindly searched if there were any road closures affecting my long journey to Underberg (R56). Everything is as described. Personally, I found it all even better. The lovely thatched roof cottage has so much useable space (both inside and out). Excellent for one person (as in my case), couples, families or even a group of friends. The drive into the property is half the fun - crossing a small stream was an added bonus. While in the area, I highly recommend driving up (and down) the Sani Pass - with an SUV (can be a 4x2 as I had); along with venturing into Lesotho - the newly finished highway is fabulous for about 60 kms (into the first major town). Try not to miss out on this spectacular scenery. On a sunny day this entire area is paradise

Had an absolute wonderful 5 days at Milkwood Cottage! The cottage itself gave hints of childhood memories of holidays spent at family sea cottage growing up in the Eastern Cape. Fell head over heals in love with the beautiful gardens, boasting a variety of plants, trees and insects. The patio was our most favorite spot which we spent all of our time chilling ... from the morning coffee to the lazing in a hammock reading to sitting around the fire at night... allowing us to be outside and soak up the garden and surrounding sounds even when it was raining. The quiet and tranquil beach is in such close proximity to the cottage and provided us with easy access to a cool dip in the sea any time of the day. The area was safe and secure giving me peace of mind for my teenagers to head to the beach on their own. Sbu was awesome and so helpful ... even rigging up up our fishing rods for us! We really enjoyed our time at Milkwood and hope to be back again real soon!!
