京都の旅は、始まりから終わりまでとても素晴らしく本当にいい思い出になりました。 Maikoさんのお母さんが京都駅から宿まで、行きも帰りも送迎してくださり、本当に助かりました。 宿も５人で泊まるには充分な広さで、生活に必要な物が何でも揃っています。 ハンガーもたくさんあり、洗濯干し場もたくさんあってとても助かりました。 部屋の雰囲気も日本風な家庭的な感じで癒されます。 もちろん、観光地へのアクセスも、とても便利でした。 Maikoさん、Maikoさんのお母さん、本当にお世話わになりました。ありがとうございました🥰 また、京都に行くときは利用させていただきたいと思います。

Tei is a phenomenal host, very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The home was much more spacious than I anticipated, and it felt like I was truly getting a taste of living in Japan. Highly recommend this home!

The place is absolutely stunning! We are so happy that we’ve found it! Everything is very clean, stylish, minimalistic and comfortable. We even got toothbrushes and toothpaste from the host, so cute:) What was the most beautiful is that the style of the townhome. I dreamed to have this little experience of living on a very Japanese house, walk of tatami floors, look at a garden and drink my matcha by a small tea table - it all was there! And an outside bath made the whole experience very pleasant especially after long touristic days of exploring Kyoto.

Our group of 4 enjoyed the only 7 min walk to central Kyoto station. It was spacious for all of us and was affordable when comparing surrounding airbnbs. Some things to be aware of is exit light in the bedroom is bright, construction is happening behind the building (usually didn’t hear much until 830) and the room layout is shogun style. Despite all these, we enjoyed our stay!

The house was very comfortable for our family of 5 adults. Our host greeted us as soon as we arrived making sure we were happy with everything. We found some very nice places to eat within walking distance and the train is close by. Everything we needed was at the house to make our stay very pleasant. Highly recommend the house for a nice stay in Japan.

Excellent Air B&B with everything a traveler could need. Very friendly and responsive hosts, even stopped by at 9pm to ensure I had figured out how to turn the hot water on when I discovered the previous guest had turned it off when they checked out. Worked out perfectly for me.

Noriko-san keeps the Airbnb spotless. It is very well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Noriko is gracious and a kind and generous person that goes the extra mile to make guests feel welcome and cared for. Extra special fresh flowers await you in the bathroom and kitchen. Fluffy large towels in the guest bath. The beds are super comfortable. She was there to greet us and do a walk through to explain how the laundry and heaters and a/c work and give us ideas for things to do and see. She also came by to say goodbye-she is an exceptional host. She has a beutiful hand made map of good things to try. She sends recommendations for places. Her father in law was a print maker and we saw some of his works and were gifted an artwork. A beautiful watercolor print. She is a caring host. We were lucky to stay in her place and will visit again next year. The location is superb. Good retail/cafes/izakayas outside your door. Walking to Teramachi and Nishiki is super quick.

Had a lovely stay here. The place was very comfortable and the cute little internal patio was fun for me and my friends to hang out in. The location was a bit away from many of the activities of our stay, but because it was very convenient to both bus and train stations, it never felt like a hassle. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed here for a month and loved it! JR line right down the street that goes right to Kyoto station. Busses nearby with access to all over the city + shrines. Great for tourists and great for people living long term locally since it's surrounded by a bunch of fantastic restaurants and has a grocery store directly infront of the house. It made my Kyoto stay very nice. One of the cleanest places I've stayed as well! The only downside I can think of is that it's on a road with a hospital just a few minutes away so there were quite a few ambulances in the area so it made sleeping with the door open kind of difficult but that is not a fault of the home at all. Would definitely recommend to friends and family in the future!

Really beautiful accommodation in Kyoto. Walking distance to a lot of stuff. In a more quiet area of town, but it felt very authentic. The hosts were very lovely and willing to help. I would stay in this area again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! Place was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. Hosts were also extremely friendly and kind. Location is also good, walkable from enmachi station and buses nearby go many places of interest. Only thing was the apartment was only accessible by stairs which only had railings on one side. Moving luggages required abit more time and effort. However, the good parts so heavily outweight the flaws. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in kyoto!

Logement incroyable. Honnêtement le meilleur qualité/prix de tous les Airbnb où j'ai été au Japon lors de mes 3 derniers voyages. Parfaitement propre, lits confortables (certains plus que d'autres mais quand même), équipements et services au top, hôte en or même si nous n'avons pas eu l'opportunité d'aller le voir en vrai... La gare est à 5 minutes à pied et mène directement au centre historique. Sinon, il y a le bus, dont l'arrêt est juste devant l'appartement.
