We were a group of 4 adults and thought it was great place with easy access to the market that's nearby as well as the gardens. The reference to the shrine also helped us when getting taxis. The stairs to the bedrooms are steep but we didn't have any issues with them. The washer/dryer came in very handy for us. The bedrooms are next to each other and separated by a door so you will have to go through one bedroom to get to the steps to go down. We enjoyed staying there and had a great time exploring the town !

Can't beat the location if you want to visit Mt. Inari before or after the crowds. Since the grounds are open 24 hours, you can walk over anytime, day or night. And although the shops and shrine facilities are only staffed from about 9am to 6pm, you are free to walk the torii gates anytime, and it's absolutely surreal after dark. Also right next to a nice bridge over a picturesque river, and very close to a 7-11. Inside, the place is very nice, and certainly would stay there again.

Amazing stay amazing space. Host was very responsive, flexible, and very helpful. Our family loved the stay which was very comfortable for 5 adults and 3 kids.

We loved our stay - this was the most thoughtfully arranged airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. It had everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to bath products to laundry (including detergent). The instructions were clear and easy to follow and the hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. They truly thought of everything, and we were so grateful. The location is perfect, walking distance to many sights and delicious restaurants. It was so lovely to stay in an authentic and cozy home. Our three children (toddlers and a baby) loved it as well, and the hosts thoughtfully included a high chair, which was greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend this Airbnb.

I drove here from karuizawa, he allowed us to check in late,very comfortable with my two kids, we also can cook happily,because as muslim it’s hard to find halal food in japan.. can wash cloth.. and very near with dotonburi and others attractions..

La petite maison proposée par l’agence est située dans un quartier paisible et très typique des environs de Kyoto. Juste à l’arrière du château de Nijo, dont la visite fût une superbe découverte ! L’hôte des lieux a été plus qu’accueillante, chaleureuse et à notre écoute qu’importe la question et a fourni des instructions très claires pour vivre au mieux notre expérience, je recommande vivement!!

My family and I had a great time. Check-in was easy and host was responsive and helpful. The space was great for a large group. The flower arrangements were a nice touch and it was nice to have a nespresso machine. There are plenty of great dining options around.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. It was spacious yet cosy, got plenty of light, had a nice street view, was tastefully furnished and fully equiped (we didn’t cool but the kitchen appeared to be well equipped), and spotlessly clean. It was also very convenient to shops, restaurants and public transport, and was a refreshing break from hotel stays. May was very helpful and welcoming (she was even waiting for us on the street when we arrived!).

1000 characters isn't enough to convey how much I enjoyed my stay with Asami & Daniel. They were endlessly kind and pleasant to deal with, gave tons of recommendations for local places (tons of hidden gems away from tourists), and had all of the time in the world for chatting and listening too. They took the time to give multiple bike tours of the surrounding areas and explain the why that things are done, as opposed to a lot of whats, making each one feel like it's own secluded experience. Daniel was kind enough to ferry my bags to and from the station, taking all of the stress out of finding the location. Without a doubt the few days I've spent staying with them will contain my most treasured memories about my Japan trip. The pictures lay it out perfectly, this is not a hotel, so do not expect one. If you are looking for a more traditional, but also unique and deeper experience from your time in Kyoto, I strongly believe you won't find anything better, or better hosts too.

Tolle Lage des Hauses, sehr zentral. Shops und Restaurants in der Nähe. Bus- und Bahnhaltestelle ebenfalls sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gab alles, was man brauchte. Gerne wieder!:)

El Airbnb superó mis expectativas. Estaba impecable, bien ubicado y con todas las comodidades necesarias. El anfitrión fue muy atento y la comunicación excelente. Las camas eran cómodas, y cada detalle del espacio estaba bien pensado. Sin duda, una opción perfecta para una estancia sin preocupaciones. ¡Lo recomiendo totalmente!

特别值得关注的住宿！虽然樱花季略贵，但是也很不容易订到哈，绝对属于“大隐隐于市”的感觉，交通便利，周边全是各种著名的餐厅，火爆的烧肉店就在隔壁，房屋前后都是樱花、河流、鸭鸟…房间里也是设施完备。最大亮点就是大露台，在这里吃饭、聊天、看风景体验感一流！房东KEN也非常热情细致，还送了小礼物，感谢！

Excellent, les lieux sont propres, pas de luxe mais confortable et bien situé. L’hote répond rapidement aux demandes. Elle possède même un restaurant si jamais le coeur vous en dit. Parfait pour 2.

这间民宿让我非常满意，就在一楼出入很方便，但是一点都不潮湿。因为房间地面是抬高的。当我们抵达时候，房主已经非常贴心把暖气提前开了，让我们非常温暖。而且房间里十分干净，超级舒服！ 这房子的地段非常优越，离稻荷大社很近，离Jr线步行只需要两、三分钟。房主也十分友好，为我们提供了十分详细的京都旅游攻略，十分感谢。 非常推荐！希望下次有机会再入住！

Walkable distance to the shopping street. Had trouble finding the place at first but the host was very fast & responsive. We loved the tatami room. It can fit alot of us & it is pretty comfortable.

Incredible Airbnb! Seth's place is in the perfect location, near many attractions and restaurants! Right next to the Gion distric and a 10-15 minute walk to the Yasaka Pagoda! There is even a vending machine outside the unit! The unit is very cozy and the beds were probably the most comfortable we've slept on while in Japan! It is very quiet and we slept great! The unit is on the second floor so keep that in mind with luggages. I had no issues bringing our two big bags up! As well Seth is easy to communicate with, check in is easy and he's a great host! Do yourself a favor and rent this place, you won't regret it!

I was traveling with three teens. Everything was perfect. Lots of room. Loved the bathtub. Near a train station. The place is an authentic home. This is easy to reach for traveling and exploring but this is not into the middle of everything. It’s a bit away from central Kyoto. Bus is about 20minutes. We loved it

Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication easy. The location was convenient, and the amenities were well thought out. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
