One of my favourite Airbnbs ever! A cosy, traditional style Japanese house. It even has a kotatsu table. Very fast WiFi so perfect for remote working, and the rooms are comfortable. Kitchen had everything I needed. Mitsuyoshi is a very welcoming, responsive host and helped me with everything. It is also in a good location and good value for money when you consider the size of the place and amenities. Also, the check in and check out times were flexible. Thank you, Arigatou gozaimasu!❤️🙏🏻

The Host was exceptional, She was very warm, friendly and very accommodating. The accommodation is very nice, spacious and homely. The host kindly left amenities which was useful if you got anything. The bathroom is a standout part of the accommodation , especially if You enjoy using a bath. The neighbourhood is beautiful and very peaceful, there are bus and train services nearby. There are a few restaurants within a 5 minute walk however there isn’t much options. You need to travel in to town for more options which is fairly nearby.

It’s one of the best house we stay in 2025. Highly recommended !!!

裕生's home was amazing! We found everything we needed for a long-term stay there.There are also plenty of shops in the area, we found a nice coffee shop nearby and it was also convenient that a lot of places were open for delivery, including a favorite restaurant in Osaka🛍🐤 We had a great time✨ 裕生was hospitable and friendly! We will gladly come again💛

真的是非常棒的民宿，我和夥伴們都非常的開心，對於想要煮飯的旅客來說真的很方便，用具也都很齊全！洗澡的時候兩間也可以同時洗，熱水都很穩定，有任何問題房東也都回覆得很即時，非常推薦！

it's great staying at 紅梅's place. Although it took a little time and effort to find the place at first and get in, it was worth staying close to Kyoto station. The house is spacious and has all amenities. The host is very nice and cordial. I recommend this place in Kyoto for a spacious stay in a traditional Japanese house.

のんびり、過ごすことが出来ました。 お部屋も広く、よかったです。 家族、グループはいいと思います。 洗濯機もありますが、コインランドリーもあり、連泊するのに便利です。 徒歩で行ける、スーパーも近くにあります。

家族6人で宿泊させて頂きました♪ とても綺麗でお洒落なお部屋で、居心地良く過ごせました🙆‍♀️BBQもお願いしていたのですが、グッズも沢山揃っていて直ぐに始めることが出来ました！アメニティも充実していて、ゲーム🎮もあったり凄く快適でした😊ホストの方も親切に対応して頂き、ありがとうございました🥹✨夏にも泊まりに行きたいです☺また次回も宜しくお願いいたします✨🙏🏻

We stayed here as a group of 7 for 4 nights and absolutely loved it! The house is very spacious, clean, and has a warm, welcoming feel. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring Kyoto each day. The traditional Japanese rooms were a nice touch, and the living area was great for spending time together. Having free parking for our 2 cars was super convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet it’s easy to get to Kyoto by car or train. The host was friendly and helpful, and everything about the check-in process was smooth. We felt right at home here and would definitely love to stay again in the future. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for comfort, space, and a calm atmosphere near Kyoto!

Convenient parking in front of the house. Large cars can park. The house size is suitable for a large family. All necessary equipment is provided. The bathroom and toilet are convenient because they are on the ground floor. You can walk to the station.

Outstanding! Very quiet neighborhood that is close to a wonderful supermarket, 5 minute walk to the train that will access everything in both directions. Very clean and modern accommodation. Hosts were extremely helpful, genuine and kind. I would highly recommend if you want to be out of the congested areas of the city. Several restaurants near by to choose from. 10/10 !

Really nice house, with a « home » feeling. Fully functional, there is everything needed. The owner also put there a lot of useful info and flyers about Kyoto and the activities around. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Great communication with the owner. It fully deserves the name « cozy house »!

This is a cute Japanese-style house, very clean, well equipped, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here. It's a bit of a hike up a steep hill to get to the house from the bus stops. The host was helpful and communication was easy.

This place was really amazing, is exactly like the pictures, cozy beds, big kitchen, Updated bathrooms. Super spacious place. I would definitely recommend 10/10. Really close to the train station, coffee places, and restaurants around the corner.

I had a fantastic time during my stay here! The location is superb, especially for those who love driving. The accommodation itself is charming and very comfortable. The environment of the guesthouse is really nice and peaceful. It feels like a home away from home. One of the best parts is that they are pet-friendly. I was able to bring my dog along, and both of us had a great time. There are open spaces around the guesthouse where my dog could run around and play safely, which was perfect for us. There are shops nearby where you can easily buy groceries, snacks, and daily necessities. It's also conveniently close to several popular attractions, making it easy to plan day trips without spending too much time on the road.
