Great and clean place!! The host was friendly and was waiting for us to check in so that he can walk us through the apparatus in the room! He recommended us places around the neighborhood too!!!

It's a really fashionable place with public stransport in walkable distance making it perfect to go visit different cities. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner on arrival, but aside from that it was a really clean apartement. I'd definitely come back here if I need to be in the area again.

本人第一次到京都，選擇了Yukari的房間，真的感到非常滿意！附近環境清靜舒適，是一個很美的社區，同時生活機能亦十分好，徒步十分鐘到達JR及地鐵站，有兩間大型超級市場，食肆選擇很多，還有便利店、Daiso、MUJI；房間內的用品亦很齊全，厨房用具清潔整齊，陽台曬衣服亦很方便，由於擔心天氣凍容易病倒，Yukari承諾會準備多一個暖爐和加濕器，到達時發現，不單止有暖爐和加濕器，還多加一張電氈，所以每晩都睡得很好，真的很感謝Yukari的貼心。不過有一點可以做得更好，就是洗衣機，不知為何每次洗衫後，都發現衣服上黏著一些像塵埃的東西，可能需要檢查一下… 日後再到京都的話，必定會再入住，謝謝Yukari用心打理。

A fantastic stay experience in Kyoto! Just a 2-minute walk from the bus stop, the host provided very attentive service, and the facilities were very comprehensive. You could even find nail clippers in the room.

Yukari's place is easy to find, accesible and close to anything you need to be in Kyoto! so grateful for the bikes provided, we made memories through cycling around day and night. Place is as described, however there's a construction going on the day but quiet and peaceful at night.

This is one of the best places we’ve found through Airbnb. Everything is as described. The size of the apartment is perfect for two adults and one child - European standards. The kitchen is just what we need for a light breakfast/lunch. The level of cleanliness was one of the best we have ever seen. The location is perfect, close to the metro, train station and several bus stops. The communication through the application was perfect, only at the reception there was a nice Japanese girl who was struggling a bit with her English but she was very kind and helpful. Overall great Japanese experience and would definitely recommend this place. We had a wonderful week in Kyoto and I am sure this hotel was a big part of that experience.

The beautiful and comfortable Homestay and heat dry clothes bathroom that I like a lot but if you are using JR , the nearest is JR train station is Enmachi then use JR bus. it’s quite far from the JR bus stop. Better use city bus.

The tatami and beds were cozy, and the bathroom featured both drying and cooling functions. It was perfect for two people! The staff was very friendly, and we took advantage of the bicycle rental to explore the surrounding area. It was also very convenient to take the bus to many places. There are at least three large supermarkets nearby. The small cafes and restaurants in the area are definitely worth a try! Highly recommend!

This is a great apartment in a wonderful location in Kyoto--the area is very quiet, but central and close to many attractions. You can even walk into the mountains from the unit quite easily. There are some great restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment itself was very bright and clean and the hosts offered a free, Hotel-Style cleaning, which was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Benedict was very responsive to our message. Since this was our first time to Kyoto, we missed the train and took the wrong bus, causing us unable to reach the airbnb for check in on time. Benedict was so patient and was even worried about us and asked whether we are OK and reminded us to be cautious coming back. It was easy to locate the airbnb as it was registered and can be found easily on maps. The house was clean, with all the complete amenities such as washer, dryer, microwave and so on. Rooms are spacious and we were comfortable staying there. As for the location, the nearest bus station is within 5 minutes walking distance. It will take some transit time to travel from the bus station to transfer to the train station. It is a peaceful neighbourhood. Other than that, everything is good. Benedict has even provided a huge map on the wall, full of recommendations and places to go for our references. Thank you again for hosting us.

I had a very short stay here, just one night, however it was an excellent experience. The host was incredibly nice, always responsive and easy to talk with. The check-in was fast and flexible and Koki was kind enough to pick me up from the ferry terminal late at night. The listing is very accurate. The dorm room I stayed in was very clean and quite spacious. The sanitary facilities were pristine and the kitchen and living room were also very spacious and kept clean. Overall, despite the short stay, I would definitely recommend this place and will stay here again if I'm ever to return to Maizuru.

Great place if you're looking for somewhere comfortable and affordable to stay. The staff we're very helpful giving me all the details of the stay as well as accommodating early check-in which was very much appreciated! Also within walking distance of many great restaurants and bars, as well as the Kyoto Pokemon Center!
