Renta de casas vacacionales en Kythira

Siamo stati a Villa Eleni 11 giorni in due famiglie (4 adulti e 3 ragazzi di 13 anni) e siamo stati benissimo . La casa e’ bella , accogliente , pulita , molto spaziosa e con ampi spazi comuni all’aperto molto godibili . La posizione e’ strategica per poter visitare in auto in tempi brevi tutti i luoghi di interesse dell’isola . La villa e’ inoltre situata vicino ad un centro abitato con ristorante e supermercato . Eleni e Iannis sono stati disponibili nell’accoglienza e nel fornirci le indicazioni a noi necessarie per trascorrere un’ottima vacanza !

Everything about our stay at Michael's place was nice! The place itself is lovely and matched the description. As a family of 4, we had a comfortable stay and each member could enjoy different parts of the house without being "in the way". High ceilings, spacious rooms, fully equiped and with a "feel at home" vibe at first glance. Extra bonus was Michael himself, who undoubtedly was a great host! Friendly, accessible, gave us insight and great recommendations, was flexible with check in and with clear instructions. He also hosted a farewell party which will be fondly remembered by us as a highlight, with good food and great company! Michael we hope to come back one day! Thank you !

La villa è meravigliosa, situata in una posizione splendida con vista sul mare. È molto spaziosa, molto ben arredata e accessoriata. Non mancava niente, tanti asciugamani a disposizione, cucina fornita di tutto il necessario e anche di più. Ha un comodo locale lavanderia nel piano sotto. La piscina è splendida e pulita con vista mozzafiato sul mare. Ci sono tantissimi lettini e anche un tavolo da Ping Pong. Sia la casa che il giardino davvero super puliti. Fornita sia di pale ventilatori che di aria condizionata e zanzariere alle finestre. Comoda da raggiungere con la macchina e ha ampio parcheggio. Dara è un’ottima host, ci ha dato un sacco di consigli su cosa visitare, sulle spiagge e sui ristoranti. Non viene più voglia di venire via!

We loved our stay at Grigoria’s place. It’s an amazing location on a beautiful island. Brilliant place from which to explore, close to some stunning beaches and great restaurants. Very relaxed, peaceful surroundings. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

We had an excellent stay at Andreas’ home. Anthy met us at the house when we arrived and explained everything about the house. The surrounding area is beautiful and the views were lovely. The home was very clean and had all the necessary equipment in the kitchen. We had a wonderful time on this beautiful island and can’t wait to return.

Raffinato appartamento arredato con molto gusto , accogliente e dotato di ogni confort.Location suggestiva e di atmosfera. La host mette a disposizione degli ospiti un "welcome kit" molto abbondante e generoso. Grazie Evi dell'ottima accoglienza!! Speriamo di tornare!!

Το δωμάτιο είναι όπως τις φωτογραφίες ακριβώς. Είναι σε καλύτερη τοποθεσία από αυτή που πιστεύαμε όταν το κλείναμε. Έχει μπροστά ένα φαράγγι, ένα μονοπάτι με μια μικρή παραλία, είναι δίπλα στο Καψάλι και πολύ κοντά στην πόλη των Κυθήρων. Καλή επιλογή να μείνεις σε αυτή τη περιοχή, εξυπηρετεί πολύ για να δεις τα καλύτερα κομμάτια του νησιού. Καλή επικοινωνία, καθαρό διαμέρισμα, μικρούλι,με αυλή και πάρκινγκ.

Το σπίτι ήταν πιο ωραίο από τις φωτογραφίες. Ευρύχωρο, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Διέθετε τεράστια αυλή για πάρκινγκ. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Το σπίτι δεν ήταν παραθαλάσσιο, αλλά ήταν πολύ κοντά σε όλες σχεδόν τις παραλίες. Η τοποθεσία καλή, αφού το κέντρο ήταν περίπου 10 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. Η οικοδέσποινα πολύ φιλική και βοηθητική.

L'appartamento di Giorgos è molto bello e accessoriato di tutto il necessario. Si trova a qualche centinaia di metri dallo splendido villaggio di Mylopotamos, in una posizione un po' isolata dal resto dell'isola ma un vero paradiso di tranquillità. Bellissimi i tramonti sull'ampia terrazza. Menzione speciale per la fornitura di caffè, mai scontata per noi italiani!

The place is literally in one of (if not THE) best location in Chora, literally next door to all the restaurants and bars. A lot of parking spots are in 1-3 minutes of walk. Eva also owns a shop down the road and is very friendly and responsive with her local tips on great beaches, activities etc. The place itself is very clean! Please be mindful that since the place is literally next door to a restaurant there will be some noise until midnight, but its not too bad.

This Airbnb is a hidden gem. Quiet and peaceful, a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. I was greeted by George and Contanza, the warm and welcoming owners, whose hospitality made my stay very comfortable. The property itself is beautifully curated with a tasteful décor that creates a very inviting atmosphere. The highlight is the amazing tree in the garden, where you just can enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening and relax completely. The owner provided excellent recommendations for nearby attractions, such as dining and activities. I look forward to returning one day.
