Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente al agua en Kythnos

Loutra is an excellent location to stay In Kythnos. Quite area walkable to the restaurants and bakery's ! the place is not very big but it was very clear with lots of amenities provided in the kitchen and etc. we had an issue with the place but Demetrios solved it as soon as he could! the place is highly recommended!

Excellent Location , with a cute private beach 3 minutes walking distance from the rooms , and very close to one of the best beaches of the Island. Rooms were very nice , clean , and had everything you might need during the stay, well equipped kitchenette. Very peaceful and serene area , with a private parking next to it. Hosts were truly friendly and helpful , they made our stay even better , suggested local taverns and places to visit all around the island! Would definitely go back again!

Τι σπίτι και η θέα είναι εκπληκτικά! Υπήρχε ιδιωτικότητα και το σπίτι παρείχε τα πάντα που μπορεί κάποιος να ζητήσει. Ειδική αναφορά θα κάνω στον Δημήτρη και την Εμμανουέλα, που εκτός απο τις λεπτομερέστατες πληροφορίες που παρείχαν, όταν χρειάστηκε λόγω ενός προβλήματος που παρουσιάστηκε με το αυτοκίνητο μας, παρόλο που η ώρα ήταν ακατάλληλη, έκαναν τα πάντα για να μας βοηθήσουν, μέχρι που προσφέρθηκαν να μας δανείσουν το δικό τους όχημα, για να μην χαλάσουν οι διακοπές μας! πραγματικό παράδειγμα διαχείρισης και φιλοξενείας. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ, για την αξέχαστη εμπειρία!!!

Τι να πεις για αυτό το πεντακάθαρο διαμέρισμα το οποίο βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του νησιού , είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα, και πολύ παραπάνω απ’ όσα θα μπορούσε κανείς να ζητήσει! Είναι μολις 3 λεπτά από το λιμάνι και τα όλα τα μαγαζιά που θα χρειαστείτε για πρωινά , φαγητά , καφε, μίνι μάρκετ , μπαρ κλπ … Ο Σιμος είχε φροντίσει για όλα είναι εκπληκτικός οικοδεσπότης και πολύ εξυπηρετικός ώστε να μην μας λείψει τίποτα …Το σπίτι είναι φτιαγμένο και διακοσμημένο με πολύ μεράκι κρατώντας το παραδοσιακό στοιχείο του νησιού, είναι όλα καινούρια μέσα στο σπίτι , περάσαμε υπέροχα . Σύντομα θα το ξανά επισκεφτούμε σίγουρα !!! Ευχαριστούμε για όλα, συνεχισε έτσι !!!

The location is remote but has good facilities nearby, a fantastic restaurant (Arias) about 100m away serving the best seafood I’ve had outside of the UK! Not a large restaurant and has a very exclusive feel to it Equally a nice walk around the other bay, we found a few restaurants and taverna’s - our favourite was Sofrano’s The room isn’t big, but it’s well equipped and comfortable for the 4 night stay we had, and Nikos was very helpful for the few questions we had. Aircon works perfectly and much needed respite from the 35+ heat. The terrace was perfect for sunbathing and is also shaded so easy to get a break from direct sunlight Comfortable bed and nice sheets Lovely neighbours in the main house (I assume this is Nikos’ family), Poppy treated us to a salad lunch one day unexpectedly, including fish caught from the bay at the bottom of the steps! Delicious - thank you! Cannot wait to return for another stay in the future. Highly recommended Would definitely stay again

The dream!! Dimi is a wonderful host without mentioning the kindness and hospitality of his sister on site. The view is absolutely fantastic and so peaceful! Located in Khytnos (only 2h from Athens) by boat, this is the perfect romantic getaway (or more if you have the chance!). You will wake up in the blue and in only a few minutes through the private path of the villa you’re swimming + the beach is yours! Perfect for intimate, relaxing moments. The design of the villa is also very beautiful without mentioning the bathroom carved around the rocks.. don’t think just go!

We had a lovely relaxing time at the villa. Despina was an excellent host. We found great local restaurants and bakeries in Legrena and the excellent restaurants in Lavrion (The Port Restaurant was especially good). Plenty of amenities in the house and plenty of room to move.

A perfect getaway in the beautiful island of Kea. The house and yard/terrace is perfect for couples or young family like us. We took our 4yo and 1yo kids who loved the large terrace area to play and the closeness to the beach. The house is equipped with everything and it was nice to have beach towels and some essentials already in the house like coffee, water, laundry detergent etc. There is a small taverna behind the house that has been closed over the past 2 years but when we were there it seemed like renovations were taking place so maybe next year it will be open! Otherwise you need to drive (windy roads) 20mins to the nearest restaurants. Sarah who met us in Pisses to take us to the house was lovely and gave us some excellent recommendations of places to eat and buy supplies. My advice would be to stock up after you get off the ferry at the bigger supermarkets and grear butcher near the port than the mini mart in Pisses.

Alina's house was perfect for us. Alina was very responsive and the house was clean with enough space, I was a bit worried that it would be tight for two adults and four children, but it felt bigger than in the pictures. Being situated right on the beach it was easy to accommodate everyone's needs and give the kids (8-16) freedom. I appreciate that the area is quiet, we seldom saw more than a couple of other groups on the whole beach infront of the house. A couple of minutes away is the more lively Livadaki beach and in the port (10-15 minutes walk) you find restaurants and supermarkets. Serifos is a very nice island and I highly recommend renting Alina's house.

We loved everything and cannot wait to come back to this hidden treasure. The house and the terrace in front of the beach were so peaceful. Mega livadi is a wonderful place, full of history that Fragkiskos will be happy to share with you. He made us feel at home, suggested activities, made sure we had everything we needed. Le logement proposé par Flora est mieux encore que sur les photos. C'est une petite maison de village très tranquille avec un joli jardin calme. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. C'est un endroit idéal pour passer quelques jours dans une ambiance de village. Flora est très accueillante et sait nous donner les conseils pour visiter l'île. Très forte recommandation

The house is great. Clean and very well supplied. Great terrace with sea view at both sides. Very near (1 min) to the beach with very good restaurant.

The apartment was very nicely decorated, spotlessly clean throughout, spacious, and offered a fabulous seaside view from both living room and bedroom balconies. Margarita was very friendly and responsive to our requests. There was a great restaurant next door with very friendly and welcoming owners and staff. Their moussaka is a must! I would highly recommend Margarita’s apartment for a stay in lovely Kamares.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und verlief ohne Probleme. Die Kommunikation mit Cosima war sehr angenehm und sie war immer für einen da, wenn man Fragen hatte. Im Vorhinein gab sie uns viele hilfreiche Informationen wie zum Beispiel den Busplan, Taxinummern und Restaurant Tipps. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und direkt am Meer gelegen und bietet für eine kleine Reisegruppe alles was man sich wünschen kann. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen,aber dreimal am Tag fährt ein Bus in die nächste Stadt, oder man nimmt ein Taxi, was auch nicht so teuer ist. Eine kleine Taverne ist zu Fuß erreichbar, sowie der Poseidontempel von dem auch der Bus nach Athen abfährt.

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sie war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Besonders die Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang haben wir genossen.

This was a lovely stay close to the water and the communication with Cosima was very easy and clear.

C’est la deuxième fois que nous réservons ce bel appartement, et nous sommes toujours aussi satisfaits ! L’endroit est propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé. Thanasis est un hôte réactif et attentionné, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation. Merci encore !

Very nice place in a wonderful and peaceful surrounding. Georgia even organized a lot of beach toys for our daughter and we felt right at home. Two restaurants and a supermarket are in the village and the beach right at your feet, Georgia on top is a very kind and friendly host!
