The Villa was lovely and the rooms have been finished to a high standard and were well equiped. We enjoyed having a plunge pool and there were plenty of areas in the villa to socialise. It was also great to have the hotel next door, so we could use the restaurants and bar. We had an issue with spilt food in the fridge that had not been cleaned when we arrived. clearly it had been forgotten by housekeeping, and although we raised it with the hotel, housekeeping never came to clean it. When you have paid this much, you expect everything to be perfect! Also the walk to the lake is either along a busy road or down a steep woodland path - no good for small children or older people.

Pauline est une hôte très accueillante qui s’est rendu disponible au besoin. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une maison magnifique et décorée avec goût ! À quelques mètres du lac, accessible facilement à pied. Les équipements à disposition sont plus que satisfaisant ! Nous avons passé une partie de notre séjour, à l’intérieur, à cause de la pluie mais cela n’a pas posé problème au vue des prestations de la maison. Merci encore et on reviendra ! 🥰

The chalet was modern, clean and tidy and set in a magnificent location with breath taking views. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcome. I would thoroughly recommend and hope to visit again in the summer.

Belle villa, spacieuse et bien équipée. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine du fait de la saison mais en été elle doit être particulièrement appréciable.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Sylvie ! Le logement est spacieux, bien équipé et calme, l'espace extérieur est agréable et nous avons beaucoup aimé découvrir la région. Sylvie est une hôte sympathique et nous sommes ravis d'avoir choisi sa maison pour nos vacances.

Très joli chalet de basse montagne. Tout est grand! Grands espaces partagés avec une vraie cuisine pour un grand groupe ce qui est rarement le cas quand on part à 15! Les chambres sont grandes et très confortables avec chacune une salle de bain (mention spéciale pour les lits hyper confort). il y a aussi 2 espaces plus confidentiels pour un moment lecture ou cinématographique le tout décoré avec goût style chalet confort. Très jolie vue sur la montagne environnante depuis une grande table extérieure pour une grande tablée. Beaucoup d'espaces extérieurs pour la joie des enfants avec les poules des propriétaires qui ont eu beaucoup de succès. Le tout est encore plus appréciable avec la dimension écologique des propriétaires qui ont tout fait en ce sens dans la rénovation de ce bâtiment. Très bon accueil avec des conseils pour profitez des alentours. je recommande ++++

Our stay at this beautiful home was an unforgettable experience! The house itself is stunning and makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. The highlight is definitely the incredible view! But also the location is perfect, so close to Annecy and with lots to do in the beautiful surroundings. Flore was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

La villa est exceptionnelle, moderne, tout confort, une vue splendide à chaque étage. Je recommande à 1000 %. Nous avons passé un séjour magique.

Enorm bedankt, we hebben genoten van ons verblijf in jullie huis. Mooie omgeving, goede tips. Merci voor de attente ontvangst. De weergave van jullie foto's weerspiegelen de realiteit. De poes is rustig en op zichzelf. We hebben de wandeling gemaakt uit de tips, gaan zwemmen naar het zwembad met glijbanen vitam, de stadjes yvoire en annecy bezocht. Verder zijn we in buurt van bonneville naar minigolf en rodelbaan geweest en in lusac met kabelbaan omhoog voor een wandeling met zicht op mont blanc.

We had a wonderful stay at this house nestled in the beautiful French Alps. The host was extremely helpful and made everything easy, from the check-in process to providing assistance during our stay. The house is equipped with everything needed for those who love cooking, including grilling utensils that we thoroughly enjoyed using. The wide range of pool accessories was a very nice touch, allowing us to relax and have fun outdoors. The garden is spacious and well-maintained, perfect for enjoying the alpine scenery in complete tranquility. It was a relaxing and refreshing stay, and we would gladly return in the future. Thanks again for the hospitality!

This is a great house - well equipped, spacious and in a beautiful location. Gil met us there and was very helpful in providing info about the local area. Supermarket 5 mins away, and around 15-20 mins to get into the beautiful town of Annecy. The third bedroom is on the lower floor, which could be tricky with younger kids, but my 15 year old enjoyed the privacy. Excellent hosts, great stay.

très belle maison. Le logement est aussi confortable que chez moi, et le propriétaire est vraiment génial. J’y viens chaque année, et c’est parfait pour deux familles de quatre personnes.

Notre séjour chez Ivan a été très sympathique ! Son logement paisible, propre et très bien équipé nous a permis de profiter d'un super séjour. Situé à proximité du Lac d'Annecy, du lac du Bourget et de la Suisse (Genève), nous avons pu explorer beaucoup d'endroits magnifiques ! La communication sympathique avec Ivan qui a toujours su être réactif était fort agréable . Je recommande donc à 100% sans hésiter son logement 👍🏽😊

Ancienne maison restaurée avec goût pour la pièce de vie avec une cuisine fonctionnelle Une jolie salle de bain Les lits étaient faits à notre arrivée et Max a été très réactif pour nous installer un lit bébé merci La communication avec Max était très fluide Nous avons apprécié notre temps de repos dans cette maison après un long trajet. A renouveler.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber. Dank der etwas höheren Lage der Wohnung hat man einen schönen Blick auf den See. Für ein Wochenende war es wunderbar!

Morgane is a great host and the house is beautiful! It was clean, the check-in process is easy. I had an amazing mini vacation by the pool. Will definitely come back next year!
