Un séjour inoubliable chez Sam ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une grande gentillesse et un vrai sens de l’hospitalité. Sam est un hôte exceptionnel : réactif, attentionné et toujours prêt à aider pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. Le logement était impeccable – propre, bien équipé, décoré avec goût et parfaitement conforme à l’annonce (voire mieux !). On s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. L’emplacement est aussi idéal, que ce soit pour se détendre ou explorer les environs. Merci Sam pour cette belle expérience ! Je recommande les yeux fermés, et je reviendrai sans hésiter si l’occasion se présente.

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children had a lovely 5 days staying here and highly recommend it! The home is modern, comfortable and equipped with everything we could have wanted. There were games and books, and a small yard,(with balls!) for the kids to play. It is a short pleasant walk to the train and then easy access to all of Paris. It was really nice to return here after a long day of sightseeing. There are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We took several walks around the neighborhood at night and felt very safe. We all enjoyed staying here. Celine is very responsive, usually answering in minutes!

This is a perfect place for a short stay in Paris. It is very convenient for the metro line, just a 5 minute walk. There are good restaurants nearby and the house is in close proximity to a supermarket and boulangerie. The host and hostess were most welcoming, even coming around with croissants on our first morning. The house is spacious and very clean - it is equipped with all the mod-cons. We would be delighted to stay there again.

What a place. A temple of mid century modern serenity. Loved the books, furniture, tropical plants, turntable..... The kitchen is spotless stainless steel surfaces: equipped with everything you would ever need. The bedroom is bathed in a to-die-for Parisian glow. And The garden: soulful. Dont miss the bi-weekly market around the corner.

The house is absolutely amazing. The location is very nice, close to the transportation, to the grocery stores and to the park. Kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of stuff, so we felt us very comfortable with the babies. There are plenty of games and toys for the kids. The beds were also very comfortable, so we had a great night rest after the long walks in Paris. I liked very charming backyard and quietness of the house. I am very grateful to Taous as he helped us a lot with our luggage on the last day. It was a great pleasure to communicate with him. I highly recommend his house!

A wonderful, welcoming and fascinating house where we felt immediately at home. It easily accommodated six of us, with generous living spaces (including a grand piano which was very much enjoyed) and a delightful garden. Full of pictures and books, it is a very relaxed and relaxing place to stay: if Paris wasn't on the doorstep, we could easily have not left the house. The local area is terrific, with an amazing market (we were lucky enough to be there at the start of the asparagus season!), restaurants and bars, away from the tourist areas but with easy access to the city centre: we walked just about everywhere. It's rare to find a house like this in a city like Paris, and we had a very special family weekend in this gorgeous family home.

Superbe séjour dans le logement de Christine ! Le logement est très agréable et tout est fonctionnel. Le cadre est paisible et pleine nature. Christine et son mari sont très accueillants et plein de conseils pour rendre le séjour agréable ! La literie (lit et clic clac) est vraiment très bonne ! Petite originalité : les toilettes sont comme un trône avec leur 3-4 marches qui permettent d'y accéder ! Séjour à renouveler !

Air b&b coup de coeur ❤️ Tellement de choses à dire : Second séjour, et dès notre arrivée l’emplacement nous donne les premières notes de ce séjour reposant. Tout d’abord une allée lumineuse menant sur la porte d’entrée de l’air b&b. Toujours sur la même continuité un bel extérieur comprenant table pour manger et deux transats sur une belle pelouse pour passer un moment de détente et de calme ☺️. Ensuite arrivé l’entrée dans la première pièce qui offre un large espace avec une table ronde comme jadis, avec ajoute à cela une cuisine équipée. Quand à la salle de bain, quel confort ❤️, douche italienne, eau bien chaude le tout dans une propreté extrême ❤️. Et bien sûr le clous du spectacle, une chambre avec fenêtre dont une literie la plus confortable que nous ayons eu à ce jour ❤️. Air b&b au delà de nos attentes, sans oublier l’hôte qui est d’une gentillesse incroyable. Merci pour ce second séjour magique au calme, une bulle a part ❤️❤️❤️❤️.

This is a lovely apartment in the Marais, within easy reach of just about anything we wanted to see, and anywhere we wanted to eat. It was attractively decorated, with high ceilings, and got plenty of light. It was a pleasure to come home to and surprisingly quiet for a city apartment. My favorite places were the windowed corner nook in the living room and the patio, which has a table and chairs set among plants and vines, and had views of the sky and surrounding apartments. The kitchen was well equipped, and we could have prepared a nice if meal if w wanted to. Iris was a great host, generous with her local knowledge and responsive when we had questions. The apartment is in a co-op, and we didn't detect any resentment from the neighbors although we're obviously not owners. Highly recommended!

Quiet apartment in a quiet (but convenient) part of town, a block away from Buttes Chaumont Park, which is a really lovely and peaceful place.

We had a wonderful stay at Laura's beautiful studio apartment. It has everything you need for a great stay and Laura was really helpful and kind. The apartment is very quiet and the balcony looks out over a lovely garden below. The apartment is situated in the residential area of Canal Saint-Martin with lots of nice cafes and casual restaurants where you can sit outside and have a coffee or glass of wine. It is close to a number of metro stations, as well as places to rent bikes, so it is very easy to travel around Paris. We look forward to coming back as soon as we can. Merci beaucoup, Laura! :)

This was the third time over nine years that we have had the great good fortune to stay in Claire's sublime apartment on rue de Lévis. The first time was with our then 11-year-old son; and the next times were just the two of us. Claire is extremely helpful , welcoming, and kind, and her apartment is beautiful, clean, and situated on what might just be the best street in Paris -- which is saying a lot! Her very large and wide 5th floor terrace, with a long outdoor dining table and chairs as well as a wide awning, overlooks a street where cars mostly do not go; so people casually stroll along the dozens of delicious food stores and restaurants and cafés, as well as other clothing and specialty stores, making the whole experience seem from another, happier, world. There is a calm and a joy, both inside and outside, from the moment one shows up. We are sad to leave, but cannot wait for our next visit!

Hannah and Reuben's flat was a dream! Private, secure, and full of unique Parisian charm, it was exactly as described and wonderful to stay in. Close to the Metro, it was a lovely spot to retreat to after a day out and about.

Schönes, ruhiges und sicheres Appartement im Herzen von Paris. Ein echter Mehrwert ist die tolle große Terrasse. Das Appartement ist bestens eingerichtet und besitzt alle Annehmlichkeiten um nach den ausgiebigen Erkundigungen der französischen Hauptstadt gemütlich zur Ruhe zu kommen. Ein großes gemütliches Doppelbett rundet das schöne Appartement ab. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich einige Restaurants, Brasserien sowie Bäckereien. Der öffentliche Nähverkehr funktioniert bestens und das Appartement liegt unweit mehrerer Metrostationen und Bushaltestellen. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Excellent séjour chez Franck qui nous a accueillis chez lui. L'appartement est superbe, calme et confortable et à 2 pas du métro, idéalement placé pour visiter Paris. Franck a été super réacif pendant tout notre séjour et nous avons eu le privilège de le rencontrer avant notre départ. Mention spéciale aux décorations de Noël 🤩. Merci mille fois si nous avons une adresse à recommander pour loger près de Paris ce sera là!

Der Aufenthalt in Paris war gelungen. Da es für die Kinder der erste Aufenthalt war, haben wir die klassischen Stationen abgearbeitet. Julias Wohnung war perfekt als Ausgangspunkt geeignet. Die Metrolinien 2+3 haben und zügig überall hingebracht. Julia war gut zu erreichen und Ihre Beschreibungen zur Wohnung und zum Erhalt des Schlüssels waren sehr gut. Der 11 Arrondisment ist lebendig und vom Bäcker über den Supermarkt bis zu Restaurants aller couleur ist alles fussläufig erreichbar. Kurzum, die Woche Paris in Julias Wohnung war sehr gelungen und wir würden Sie jederzeit wieder nutzen.

Eric und Alain haben uns vor der Reise ein hilfreiches Welcome Book geschickt und uns bei der Ankunft persönlich begrüsst und Tipps für Paris gegeben. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen, danke, Eric, für den freundlichen Empfang! Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen: In einer Gegend mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Aber da die Fenster auf der Seite des privaten Innenhofs (mit tollem Garten!) waren, war es nachts komplett still und wir konnten mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen, sehr angenehm. Im Garten hat es einen Teich und man darf die Fische füttern, ein Highlight für unsere Söhne!

Mon séjour chez Mélanie s’est très bien déroulé. Le logement était propre et agréable. L’hôte a été réactive et attentionnée, et le lit particulièrement confortable, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus plaisant. Je recommande vivement ! 👍

On a passé un très bon long weekend de Pâques chez Françoise. La maison était propre et parfaite pour un gros groupe. La position était excellente

Le séjour que j’y ai passé était juste excellent. Sabrina ainsi que sa fille sont au top. Que ce soit en terme de réactivité, en terme d’adaptabilité, en terme de communication je n’ai rien à redire. C’est rare de tomber sur des hôtes comme ça. L’appartement était propre, spacieux, parfaitement équipé, fidèle aux photos et à la hauteur de toutes nos attentes. Je recommande à 200%, c’était un super séjour et je reviendrai volontier dès qu’une occasion se présente 👌🏼

This romantic top-floor hideaway is beautifully decorated and cleverly designed to make the most of the available space. Private balcony is a brilliant feature and the whole place is both quirky and very comfortsble. Lots of thoughtful touches. Definitely worth the effort of climbing the stairs!
