We had a great stay at Austin's condo. It was very well equipped, including items to use at the beach! The private splash pool was so welcome at the end of a hot day. The unit was clean, the main bedroom bed super comfortable, and the A/C worked great. The resort itself was beautiful, staff were friendly & helpful & the beach was amazing. Short walk to local restaurants & stores All communication with Agustin was good & he responded very quickly. We would definitely stay at Austin's place again if we return to Huatulco again.

El lugar superó nuestras expectativas, el departamento cuenta con todo lo necesario y esta muy limpio, la atención de Jeanett al 100, nos propociono muy buenas recomendaciones Las albercas cuentas con vistas hermosas y el acceso a la playa esta muy cerca. Sin duda volveríamos a reservar.

The place was great and the location just right for what we were going to do. The only thing is that is on the 4th floor and no elevators and would not recommend for elderly people other than that is a great place to stay.

Ekaterina’s apartment was in the perfect location for us. It was walkable from the ADO bus station which is beside Sorianas. There are many fresh fruit and vegetable markets across the street as well as people selling freshly-caught fish. It’s a five minute walk to the town square of Crucecita. With air conditioning units and ceiling fans in every room, we were always comfortable. It has the best equipped kitchen of any Airbnb we’ve ever rented. The glassware was upscale! There was ample closet space throughout. The pool was just outside our building and a perfect temperature! We never needed to purchase any of the daily sundries one needs. Everything was already there. The lovely balcony was perfect for our morning coffee. It was shaded and we enjoyed a fragrant floral aroma and listening to the birds. Ekaterina’s apartment is lovely and we’d definitely stay here again when we return to Huatulco.

This place was perfect for me. Right by the supermarket and a short walk to the beach. Incredible taco stands across the street every night. Quiet and tranquil. They also just put in starlink so the internet worked great. 5 stars!!!! The host is fantastic too. Very friendly and he even brought me medicine when I got sick. He speaks fluent English and made my stay very comfortable. Also the beds were extremely comfortable!

The place is really nicely located, the complex is really great and the unit itself is decent, 2 nice bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is in need of an upgrade, don't expect to cook all your meals here. Miguel is great, super responsive and takes care of any issues immediately!

The photos do not do this beautiful property justice! Pristine condition property with two pools, lovely patio area with BBQ and rooftop terrace! Very comfortable bed. Walkable to multiple beaches and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Gracy is a gracious, reliable and responsive host. It's helpful that she lives onsite while remaining unobtrusive. That she was there to greet us, show us around, answer questions was appreciated, especially since we arrived after dark. She gave us sound advice about walking and using local transportation (a map of the area would have been great for orienting ourselves). Her arrangements for an English speaking guide/driver for a day trip were nearly flawless. Highly recommended.

Estuvo bastante cómodo y en una buena ubicación

Ana Paula was such an amazing host! this space was perfect for our group of 12. the kitchen had everything we needed and more. We especially enjoyed the propane bbq. the property was even more amazing than the pictures suggested. highly recommended!

La casa tiene una muy buena ubicación, ya que es muy céntrica. Todo estaba en orden y limpio y fué fácil llegar y está muy cerca de todo. Debido al calor, el ventilador en la sala comedor es insuficiente, también solo contamos con un rollo de papel de baño y el agua para beber hay que comprarla. Recomiendo la casa, pero también recomiendo que se vayan preparados con básicos como papel sanitario y agua para beber.

Excelente lugar para descansar y pasar un rato agradable con tu familia y amigos. La casa es muy amplia y cómoda. Ariadna es una persona muy atenta y amable.

Great big house that is pet friendly!! A beautiful deep pool in the enclosed back courtyard. A gorgeous mango tree that keep producing fresh mangos daily during the month of May. Location is safe, and close to everything. Plenty of space in this house and perfect for a large family. Martha is a fantastic host and always immediately responsive. She was extremely accommodating to all of our needs. This is a very affordable and fantastic place to call your temporary home. If you want to experience real Huatulco life and not just the touristy stuff, you get the best of both worlds here. Thank you Martha!!

What a lovely spot! We felt very safe. It’s a lovely gated community on the hillside. Very private residential neighbourhood. The grounds were amazing- lots of shade in the morning and the sun later in the day. It’s a very well kept property. Good fans and AC for air flow. The gardeners were very friendly and respectful. All the information we needed was provided for us. Beautiful pool. Comfortable beds. Kitchen is well equipped. We loved it here! Highly recommend.

Me encantó el lugar, regresaría sin duda!. Muy buena ubicación del condominio, bastante privacidad, el acceso a la playa me encantó. Si tuviera que dejar una sugerencia, solo sería en cuanto al gimnasio del complejo, tenía la idea de hacer algo de ejercicio pero era muy básico, una caminadora estaría genial. Julián siempre estuvo disponible, hubo un inconveniente con la luz, pero pues eso ya está totalmente fuera de su alcance, aún así estuvo pendiente e informándonos como iba la situación. Gracias!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is in a wonderful part of town and all the things you would like to do are right at your fingertips. Clean and spacious. Friendly and communicative. I would book this again and I hope you find my review helpful in your selection.

Llegada: fue súper fácil, como está cerca de todo, el llegar fue demasiado fácil y el personal explicó de manera detallada la forma de llegar. Lugar: la ubicación del departamento es inigualable, está súper céntrico y cerca de playas, restaurantes, supermercados y la avenida principal. Es excelente la ubicación. Departamento: es muy funcional, cuenta con todos los servicios y es muy seguro. El servicio es increíble. Muy recomendable el departamento, de regresar a Huatulco volveré a hospedarme aquí.

Wonderful accommodation - very spacious, comfortable and clean. The highlight for us was the pool. Walking distance to large grocery store, "Chedraui", which carried everything you needed. Very secure well maintained building and grounds. The security personnel were very accommodating calling taxis for us and selling large bottled water. Restaurants close by, "El Cajun" was our favourite in the complex and we unfortunately heard too late in the week about "Vienna" which is across the road above Liverpool Express which was a residents recommendation. Friendly residents that live in the complex. Local beaches - Playa Chahue across the road had red flags but looked Ok for swimming close to shore. A quiet hidden treasure is Playa El Tejon a 20 minute walk or 40 peso cab ride for ocean swimming and snorkelling. Chairs and cafes on the beach but a steep walk down. Jerod always was responsive to our texts.

La pasamos genial, el host siempre muy atento y proactivo en apoyarnos, el departamento está muy completo y se encuentra muy bien ubicado con acceso directo a playa Arrocito. Súper recomendado, nos vamos enamorados de Huatulco y su gente !!!!

Mari was an excellent host. She was incredibly responsive, check in and check out was flawless. She responded to our needs and questions through the trip, and made great local recommendations. Generally agreed with the other reviews of this space. The views are incredible and the apartment is so spacious. It is a safe area, and yes on top of a hill, but walkable to La Crucecieta, Santa Cruz and Playa Chuhue. Would highly recommend day passes at the Sea Soul beach club - access to all their amenities at a low rate and great food and service. We rented a car - parking was very easy at the accommodation. The apartment is dated but has everything you need and it's sound proof between the rooms, creating privacy for guests. It's well stocked with kitchen utensils, but you need to get your own additional supplies - toilet paper, laundry cleaning etc. It is a higher price them some of the other accommodation in the area but the space it affords and gorgeous views, totally worth it.

Excelentes instalaciones, me hubiera encantado pasar más tiempo ahí, pero venimos a pasar tiempo en la playa entonces siento que no sacamos provecho del inmueble , sin embargo eso no le demerita lo bonito y cómodo que es, si el viaje hubiera sido con otra planeación y el mayor tiempo se hubiera pasado en el inmueble hubiera sido más rentable para nosotros. tomar en cuenta que hay que leer el reglamento de separación de residuos y preguntar por consumo de energía eléctrica.

Es un lugar de descanso, muy tranquilo y bonito. El departamento muy cómodo con todo lo que se necesita para pasar una buena estancia. La playa muy accesible y bastante segura. La srita. Brenda al pendiente en todo momento.
