Great place to stay. I would say that it’s more geared towards couples rather than families as it’s located next to a large club. The beach was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. We did have two nights where music was playing extremely loud. This was not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. It was very walkable but far enough out of the city to be a little more peaceful. The only other part that got annoying was there are a lot of guys that try to sell you drugs constantly outside of the hotel property which got a little annoying. Overall confortable place to stay. Just a few things to be aware of.

This place is in an excellent location! Not too far away from Malacon, but just far enough to escape some of the noise from downtown late at night. This place was incredible, looked just like the photos and Jorge was great at communicating quickly! Definitely recommend if you are looking to stay in Puerto Vallarta.

Amazing stay! Isidro was very helpful and communicated everything! The place was perfect. - loved that he had fresh bottles water dispenser, beautiful views and the rooftop pool area was so relaxing and perfect. Will be staying here in the future!!! Also right in the heart of everything! Thank you for a wonderful vaca

Travelled to PV with a large group for a birthday celebration. Opted for Gabriella’s place for the location and the units ability to accommodate 10+ guests comfortably. Great location, just a quick walk or Uber to Zona Romantica. Peaceful and quiet at night, spectacular view of the ocean, and plenty of space for a large group sharing one unit. We opted to book a private chef through the hosts recommendation, which was great. Definitely recommend that experience. Building staff is very polite and helpful. Overall, wonderful experience staying here.

Villas del Rio is a lovely place to stay. It is as beautiful as the photos, and comfortable as well. Located toward the west end of town, it has easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops, but is just at the edge of Centro, so the traffic and noise are somewhat less than a few blocks away. Still, Sayulita is a party town, so expect to hear music late into the night, and it’s best not to bring a car. Our host Ruben and the property manager Will warned us that street parking would be dicey, and when we found a spot around the corner, we didn’t move the car for five days. We certainly did not need it. Walking is the best mode of transportation. Stepping inside the gate feels like escaping into a tropical paradise. After the joyous chaos of the crowded streets, it is a welcome, peaceful retreat. Ruben and Will provided excellent information before we arrived and were always accessible, but we didn’t have any problems. Book a stay here if you can find open dates.

Excellent location, simple apartment with all the amenities you need. Daniel was very responsive when we needed something. Two blocks away from the beach. Walking distance to the beach clubs, bars and restaurants. Apartment is adjacent to a busy street so you hear a little bit of traffic noise.

Rob's apartment is a hidden gem, perfectly located within walking distance of the city center and nearby restaurants and shops. The stunning view from the room is a standout feature, and the responsive hosts, Rob and manager Alfredo, ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel pool in front of the apartment plays lively music on weekends, which can be slightly loud. However, the music stops by 11 pm, and closing the windows effectively reduces the sound to a barely noticeable level. Weekdays offer a tranquil atmosphere with the soothing sound of waves. The apartment boasts a comfortable mattress and stylish furniture, creating an inviting ambiance that makes it hard to leave. Highly recommended for those seeking a convenient location, breathtaking views, and a memorable stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Jaqui! Our group was composed of two couples, and the space was a perfect match for us Sayulita new-comers. We couldn’t recommend the location enough! It was a walkable distance from everything, yet far enough away from the center of town to ensure some peace and quiet when needed. We didn’t end up needing a golf cart, and had no problem with the stairs and uneven cobble stone streets leading up to the unit- it felt like par for the course in Sayulita. We will be back!

Mario was amazing!! He helped us a lot and the pool was an extra bonus. He gave us a ride to the bus stop which was above and beyond our expectations. I would come back here again, he was a great host. Thanks Mario!!

Rob’s place was exactly what we needed to unwind in Sayulita. I love the punch codes to get in the front gate and the room to start. The room was perfectly clean on arrival. The pool and lounge chairs welcomed us after our long travel day. The king size bed looking out of the large screen door was beautiful. The gardens around the property were nicer than the botanical gardens that we paid to get into! The kitchen was fully stocked and outside on the porch that we sat out on constantly. The weather and temperature was perfect, so no need to use the A/C. Wifi worked great, even for FaceTime calls. There were excellent bands playing next door on Saturday night so we had free entertainment right from our balcony. I love the free use of beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. Everything is very walkable from this location. Thank you for everything!

Apartment was much bigger than the pictures made it look. Nice rooftop view. Great communication and very helpful.

This was my first visit to Puerto Vallarta and Casa Valentina was fabulous ✨ I highly recommend it for anyone planning their next vacation to PV.

I booked this place for my brother in-law when we were visiting for a friend’s wedding. The host was flexible, responsive, and helpful — and the unit worked great for what we needed it for. Would recommend!

Un buen lugar para llegar a Puerto Vallarta. Zona tranquila. Caminas y muy cerca está el centro y además encuentras todo muy fácil. Luis siempre fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente de que llegara a la ubicación de manera fácil. Muy buen anfitrión De igual manera la chica de limpieza siempre fue muy amable. Gracias Luis, sin duda recomendable este lugar. Espero regresar pronto.

We were 4 adults staying in apartment D2. The Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! We were surprised how big the condo was, the bedrooms were huge, bathroom was roomy (excellent shower), and lots of room to cook, eat and relax. With 4 adults we never felt on top of each other. The condo and entire complex was spotless including the pool area. We loved to loungers with lots of shade, the pool table and the hot tub. We cooked a few meals on the huge Weber BBQ by the pool. We walked to a few local restaurants and the Oxxo convenience store easily and caught Ubers just outside the gate for farther trips. Overall the condo was above what we expected. We would recommend to anyone. Great value for the money.

Exactly as described in listing. Hosts were super responsive to my needs. The balcony is small, not useful as there is a wall obstructing most of the view. This wasn't an issue for me as most of my time was spent outside the unit, and the rooftop has an amazing ocean view. Unit had everything I needed to work remotely during the week and accessibility all the restaurants/bars & beach.

Monica’s place was just like the photos so new, clean,peaceful and relaxing. The sunsets are a beautiful view from the rooms balcony! The rooftop pool water super warm and you can also catch a good sunset view from there and sunrise as well! Monica always responded super quick and she recommended someone that could go grocery shopping for us. And the staff on the tower were very nice and helpful. I recommend going out to the balcony at 8:40pm for a firework show.

My stay at this air BNB was great! Lovely to come home after a long hot day outside into a relaxing spacious and air conditioned apartment. Ayman was very flexible with check ins and letting me stay another 3 days. Good location and on the first floor so you don’t need to haul your suitcase up and down.

Sandra was a great host! She was attentive and provided great details and recommendations prior to check-in and during the stay. The condo was very clean and well represented from the pictures. Great location! Rooftop pool, near by grocery store and beach access are great as well.

I am not one to write reviews for anything but I just had to after staying at Jame's 2 bedroom condo! Even though I gave the stay 5 stars and it was; that is only if you are not into a pool scene. There isn't one. There is a cute small pool that we used twice. Location - Its basically just outside the heart of the Romantic Zone...5 minute walk to my favorite bar, Margarita Grill and another few minutes until you hit the beach. And everything is basically a 10 - 15 minute walk from there. Now to the how great this condo is! You are on the top floor (4th) facing west looking at the city. One of my biggest fears when I rent an Airbnb is how is the bed! And this condo has one of the best/firm beds I have ever slept on! 2 full baths and 1/2 bath! There are individual built into the wall A/C units that worked great. Only used the one in the bedroom at night. The condo is just like the pictures!

El departamento está en excelentes condiciones, muy funcional para un viaje familiar, además hay que decir que todas las áreas comunes están en excelente estado, con albercas climatizadas, lo cual es perfecto para los pequeños, ¡el atardecer es imperdible desde la alberca principal! nos pareció un gran lugar para una estadía incluso de mediano plazo porque el departamento está perfectamente equipado (incluso lavadora)

Would definitely recommend this place, with Dave being from the USA it is much easier to communicate, it feels like a very safe neighbourhood and once he has the rooftop lounging area and outdoor kitchen, you’re gonna have one of the best views of the ocean in Sayulita Thanks, David Thor
