This was the cutest little house with the most beautiful garden. We loved relaxing on the back patio just listening to the river rushing by. I wish I was still lying in that hammock! The house was very clean and stocked with everything you need. Karla was a wonderful host and she even made us some chorreadas to try! Definitely recommend!!!

Oscar is a super host. The house is very private yet overlooks the owner's farm so we loved watching the beautiful horses, pigs, goats and cows as the family prepared them for a show. The AC works great in the bedrooms and as mentioned, we stayed during a warm time and spent most of our time in the pool or at the shady grill/party area as the main room can get truly warm with no AC. And of course, the sun setting on the volcano-can't be matched! Don't hesitate to book this great place!

Juliana and Randall's place was amazing! They were super responsive and accommodating when we asked to drop our stuff off before check-in. Their property was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and the house had everything we needed. It was also close to town and had many activities. We would stay again if we ever re-visit La Fortuna!

I enjoyed my stay with Ivania very much! The property is very much set in the trees giving a true Costa Rican experience. There are a few animals and insects around, so if this bothers you then go somewhere else. However, for anybody else who is used to this sort of thing, I highly recommend it! Good WiFi, Air Conditioning and Parking. The highlight was the meal that Ivania cooked for us. Absolutely incredible, all guests should ask for this!

Beautiful area just as described. Close to lots of things but secluded and private. Take advantage of breakfast one morning - it's a lovely way to wake up and let our family play in their really unique playground while we ate delicious, homemade meal. Great tips on places to eat and see - and very proactive in ensuring you understand how to find the house!

I proprietari sono stati veloci nel rispondere quando cercavo una posizione più dettagliata da immettere sulle mappe. Ci hanno anche aiutati con la lavanderia: in poche ore, ci hanno lavato, asciugato e piagato i vestiti. Posto molto carino, in un comprensorio con altre tre villette. C’è la piscina, parcheggio privato, la casa è attrezzata per quattro persone. Unica pecca: il piano cottura è plug in, ma è comunque prevista la cucina in comune, ben attrezzata e con un tavolo esterno comodo. Bagno ben organizzato, doccia spaziosa. Avendo la macchina, in 5 minuti si è al centro città. Posto consigliato.

What a great place to stay! I would highly recommend, and we will stay there again if ever we are back in the area.

L’hôte a eu la gentillesse de nous offrir un pain artisanal et des confitures qui étaient délicieux. Nous avons également apprécié la randonnée sur le site. Le balcon est un endroit fantastique pour observer les oiseaux. Les lits et literie super confortables. Seul ombre au tableau, la maison ne possède pas de cuisinière complète mais seulement deux ronds.

Great spot a short walk north of downtown La Fortuna! Walkable to a lot of restaursnts and shops right in the middle of town. Host was very nice when checking in, and the place was spotless when we arrived.

Rebeca's apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and was in an excellent location. It's right in the heart of La Fortuna, within walking distance to sodas, shops, and everything you might need. We felt very safe the entire time, and the space was quiet and had great AC. It was the perfect base for exploring Arenal and the La Fortuna area. We loved staying here and would return on our next trip! Thank you, Rebeca!

Excelente lugar para pasar unos dias, esta muy cerca de la plaza principal y ahi mismo se encuentran muchas opciones para ir a comprar o comer. El alojamiento es muy cómodo y si regreso me volveria a quedar ahi mismo.

Los apartamentos son muy lindos, acorde al anuncio... La limpieza y atención de los anfitriones es excelente. Lo recomiendo mucho

Had a nice stay here! The Jacuzzi on the back porch was a nice touch and the room, while a bit cozy, was clean and had everything you'd need to have an enjoyable place to unwind and make meals in the well-stocked kitchen. The pdf guide was very helpful for check-in and check-out as well as finding things to do around town. When we arrived another tenant was double-parked in the spaces for the unit but we were able to park across the street without issue. Convenient access to a local Maxi-Palí and other amenities. Good place at a good price!

Great location, more spacious than we thought, nice sitting area and washing machine at the back, super clean. Quiet location and only a 7 minute walk to town, tours and bus stop. A few restaurants nearby.

We had an amazing stay at Myriam and Jorge's place. The place is beautiful, very comfortable, well equipped and has great views from bedrooms, kitchen and terrace. The instructions for both finding the place and checking in were very clear. Myriam and Jorge were easy to communicate with. The place is in a great location to visit all the Monteverde/ Santa Elena parks and activities. Loved that the coop was just across the street and that they were composting. Would definitely book again if i travel there again.

We had an amazing stay at Andrés Y Alejandra’s place. Andres welcomed us with a house tour and provided us with great local recommendations. The place is located close to the major attractions in the area and has a supermarket nearby for last minute shopping needs. We would totally recommend this place!

Where can I start....This is my first time to La Fortuna and we had a great vacation with the help of Gregory. Gregory's is a great host and his property is one of a kind which suits well for La Fortuna environment with lot of nature to enjoy inside his property. He helped in almost everything including recommending a nice Chef Gabriel.

Gut gelegene Wohnung mit allem was mach brauch und einer schönen Terasse! Alles fußläufig gut erreichbar! Die Kommunikation war einfach und nett! 👍🏻 :-)

Her får en mye for pengene. Leiligheten vi bodde i var fin. Den lå fredelig til. Ingen støy. Samtidig en kort spasertur til sentrum. En god restaurant like ved. Området hadde god trygg parkering. Jeg vil definitivt anbefale dette stedet. Jeg kommer gjerne tilbake. Det beste stedet jeg har bodd på i La Fortuna. Kan anbefales. Aircondition og velutstyrt kjøkken. Sengene var gode. Sofaen og tv var upåklagelig. Vi hadde det helt supert. Tusen takk for oss.

Todo excelente! muy bueno y recomendable. Fácil acceso, cerca de todo. departamento muy lindo y completo. Lo único que le sumaria como punto de mejora es una cocina más completa: cuchillos (que corten), más ollas, algunos utencillos de cocina extra y ese tipo de cosas. Es solo un detalle, el resto súper recomendable y muy amable el anfitrión! volveríamos claramente

Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig - abgelegen von der Hauptstraße. Etwas Stauraum wäre schön gewesen aber war nicht störend. Genug Ausstattung zum Kochen war auch gegeben auch wenn einige Sachen schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Alles in allem kann man sich aber wirklich nicht beschweren - das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.

El lugar es hermoso, todas las comodidades y la tranquilidad en el mismo lugar. Cristian y su esposa siempre atentos y serviciales. 100% recomendable!
