Vi havde et skønt ophold, som vi vil se tilbage på med gode minder. Huset er af ældre dato, men meget charmerende, særligt det ydre med en fantastisk veranda med vidunderlig udsigt til en jungle lignende have og havet. Vi kunne sidde på verandaen og nyde synet til børnene, der legede i poolen og papegøjer og flagermus som fløj igennem haven. Huset ligger i et villakvarter i gåafstand til et fint supermarked, men vil anbefale at leje en bil, så man kan komme rundt til fine strande og seværdigheder på øen. Stranden foran huset var ikke noget særligt. Elizabeth, som tog imod os, var meget venlig og tilgængelig før og under vores ophold. Huset var en perfekt base for vores udforskning af den sydlige del af øen. Vi vil klart anbefale dette hus, da det er god ‘value for money’.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Mauridul war einfach traumhaft! Die Lage ist idyllisch und perfekt zum Entspannen. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Gastfreundschaft von Ambroise, der sich mit viel Herz um alles kümmert. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet, sodass wir uns bestens versorgen konnten. Der Garten mit Pool ist wunderschön gepflegt – ein echtes Paradies! Die Hunde Dolly und Gin sind unglaublich lieb und gut erzogen. Ein besonderes Highlight waren die Riesenschildkröten, die wir aus nächster Nähe erleben durften. Das Essen von Ganech war köstlich und dazu preislich unschlagbar. Kritik gibt es kaum – die Betten waren etwas schmal, aber trotzdem bequem. An Feiertagen und Sonntagen kann es sein, dass die Schildkröten etwas riechen, aber das hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen Unterkunft. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr großzügig, schön ausgestattet und die Dachterrasse ist ein echtes Highlight! Wir haben sowohl den Jacuzzi als auch den Pool genutzt und können beides empfehlen. Flic en Flac ist ein belebter Ort mit Restaurants und Bars und guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Supermarkt jumbo im Ort hat gute Öffnungszeiten und ein großes Angebot. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist prima für den Strand und viele weitere Aktivitäten auch in andere Inselteile. Die Busstation ist direkt an der Straße neben dem Haus, was für Ausflüge prima ist. Die Vermieter und auch das Security Personal sind sehr sehr nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Logement impeccable, bien placé dans Flic-en-Flac, au calme mais proche du centre et de la plage. Piscine très appréciable par fortes chaleurs ! Babita est très disponible et agréable, elle nous a parfaitement accueillis et mis à l'aise, un grand merci à elle. Une adresse à garder sans aucun souci !

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines chez François, quel endroit paisible, calme, dans un environnement verdoyant. Comme à la maison, et Asha nous a préparé de bons petits plats mauriciens, un délice !! Je recommande la maison de François pour découvrir cette belle île et se reposer en famille

Très bel appartement au premier étage d'une maison, très généreux en espaces et en aménagements ! L'appartement est situé dans un lieu résidentiel, non-touristique, ce qui lui donne plus d'intérêt et permet d'être en contact direct avec les habitants locaux de la Pointe aux Sables (Port Louis). Le logement est néanmoins proche du centre-ville et des lieux plus touristiques (Port, Caudan, Marché Central, Musées...). Ambiance très spontanée, chaleureuse, festive lors du réveillon du nouvel an et le jour de l'an. Communication facile avec les voisins. En plus de la terrasse qui offre une très belle vue sur la mer et sur la ville, nous avons adoré cet environnement, cette générosité d'aménagement et de confort (grand séjour, espace de travail lumineux, 3 chambres, terrasse au dernier étage) qui nous a fait nous sentir réellement comme chez nous, à la maison. Un grand merci à Florian de nous avoir permis ce séjour inoubliable à l'Île Maurice.

Staying in Kush's apartment was great - Kush is extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is located on the ground floor, you got a little outside table and can use the little pool. The location is just a few minutes by foot away from the beach, the supermarket and restaurants - very convenient, yet in a quiet residential neighborhood.

The house made our stay. It’s quite private and has lovely outside seating. A little paradise. Le Morne beach is a five minute walk, great for snorkling and swimming . You are facing due west so wonderful sunsets. The house was regularly cleaned by lovely Christine and Elizabeth the owner always responded to our requests. I can’t recommend it enough and we would definitely go back .

Our stay at Villa Teresa in Roches Noires was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized, and our host, Balthazar, was incredibly helpful and responsive. The airport transfer was seamless—our driver, Darmen, was punctual and easy to find with a sign displaying our name. We also used his services to explore the island, and he was always professional and reliable. The villa itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area. The WiFi worked great, especially in the living room and on the terrace, which was perfect for video calls. The EU-standard electric sockets made it convenient for charging our devices without adapters. One of the highlights was the amazing service provided by Asmita, the housekeeper. She took great care of the house and also prepared delicious local dishes for us every day. Everything was fresh, simple, and full of flavor! We arranged for her to cook breakfast and dinner daily, and it was the perfect way

Set in a very quiet street and a very easy walk to the beach and shops. The main supermarket as Cascavelle is a 10 minute drive. The apartment is just as described and tastefully decorated with everything you need for a short or long term stay. There's plenty of space with a large dining area, well equiped kitchen with an added extra of a water filter jug. Beautifully decorated bedrooms, one with an en suite and also a large seperate shower and toilet for the other bedroom. The open plan lounge area has comfotable seating and a tv. There is a seperate breakfast bar by the kitchen hatch area. AC is available in the bedrooms and lounge. There is a small covered seating area outside. I was able to put my car inside the property. Wifi reception is very good. The property was spotlessly clean and I would thoroughly recommend staying here if you want easy access to many of the beautiful sights in the south of Mauritius. Thank you Shanon and your family for making my stay so lovely.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Amélie qui est très sympathique ! La maison est idéalement situé à 5 minutes du supermarché en voiture et 10 minutes de la plage de la Preneuse et 30 minutes du Morne (le coucher de soleil vaut le détour ;)). Le logement très bien équipée, la litterie est confortable et le logement très propre. La piscine est au top. Atout non négligeable : l'accès à pied à l'océan qui représente un vrai plus! Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander de reserver chez Amélie, nous reviendrons en tout cas avec plaisir.

Robert and his wife are great people. It was just like at home. We even celebrated their birthday party. I would come again.

The pool was fabulous and warm and surrounded by palm trees and lit in the evening and just steps from our patio door. The staff were warm and helpful, parking onsite was inside the compound, a well stocked grocery store was 1km away and it was a breeze getting out to the highway for adventures on the island Oh, and a drop dead gorgeous beach with lots of tree shaded areas for those of us who need it while at the beach, was just a short stroll away.

The place worked out really well for our family. They were also really helpful in having us take advantage of the location and with scheduling certain events. We had a great week with the family

Spacious, clean house with stunning views. The swimming pool was a good size and the garden was full of interesting plants. Nienke was a great host who always responded to our queries quickly. We had a great holiday.

We had a fantastic stay at Ornella and Eric’s place! From the moment we arrived, Ornella was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. But the highlight was definitely the breathtaking view—waking up to it every morning was a dream! During our stay there was a cyclone warning , Ornella kept us updated with latest information, offering guidance and reassurance . Ornella was very sweet and kind, we truly appreciate her hospitality. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with a wonderful host, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

Such a luxurious quiet apartment. We fitted with all our kids very comfortably and all slept so well every night for a week. Walkable to a great bakery, restaurants and cafe and the pool was so close to apartment which made it very easy. We will definitely be back again as the host and location and apartment were all amazing.

Die Wohnung sah so wie auf den Bildern aus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :). Chaima hat immer schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Danke dafür . Wir hatten sehr schöne Zeit. Den Pool vorne am Meer haben wier geliebt.

Ein sehr schönes Haus. Es gibt alles was man braucht und täglich kommt für 3 Stunden eine ganz liebe Haushälterin, die für kleines Geld auch einkauft und kocht. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert wobei der Hausstrand in 8 min fußläufig erreichbar ist.. wer touristischen Rummel sucht, geht besser nicht hier hin. Albion als Stadt bietet fast keine Geschäfte, außer einem gut sortierten Supermarkt. Das Haus mit seinem Pool und dem hilfsbereiten Besitzer ist eine Empfehlung!
