Wonderful stay! It is a really private quiet airbnb with lots of space and a beautiful view. Two well equipped kitchens, 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (+ extra toilet & extra shower in one of the rooms & extra bath). We had breakfast en lunch outside in the sun, which we really enjoyed! The BBQ was also a success. During the night it cooled down a bunch but there is heating. And finally it’s just really cosy. We would totally recommend staying here (but maybe not with 13 persons, we’d say 10 max). Supermarkets are a 15 minute drive, and it’s a 45 minute drive to wonderful hikes close to Roque Nublo. There was one comfortable place to park a car.

Cannot say anything against the villa or the host. It’s truly beautiful and has everything you require. We had an amazing time and we all fell in love with the place. We had a few issues in town and Marianna even helped us with that. We look forward to coming back.

Maria is an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and always available. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect, and Maria’s thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. Highly recommend—We’ll definitely be back!

Sehr geräumige, helle und ruhige Unterkunft mit von aussen nicht erahnbarer Privätsphäre und schöner Parkaussicht. Äusserst zuvorkommende und flexible Gastgeber. Bei der Ankunft war alles bereit zum Geniessen inkl. aufgestelltem Babybett und gereinigtem Pool. Wir haben es sehr genossen, am Ende unserer 4-wöchigen Kanaren-Reise in dieser Oase die Familienzeit zu geniessen.

Very nice and fully equipped apartment. Communication was great and check-in/out very flexible. Thanks! In the morning you can hear the cars from the street and there aren't any nice restaurants/bars close by. But the location is great if you want to get rather quickly to all the nice places in Gran Canaria (Las Palmas 15min, Maspalomas 30min, mountains for hiking). The price for heating the pool is 30€ per day.

La maison est très belle avec une cuisine bien équipée, des jouets pour enfants. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique . La piscine était à température idéale pour la baignade. Il y a une petite plage toro en bas de la vallée avec peu de monde . Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et recommandons vivement cette maison.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux chez Juan et Vanessa ! Leur maisonnette est un véritable havre de paix. L'endroit est magnifique, confortable, et impeccablement propre. On se sent tout de suite chez soi. Le grand jardin et la piscine sont de vrais bonus, parfait pour se détendre après une journée d'exploration. Juan et Vanessa sont des hôtes incroyablement attentionnés et accueillants, toujours disponibles pour donner des conseils locaux et rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. La maison est située dans un endroit calme, au milieu de splendides paysages, idéal pour se reposer tout en étant proche de Las Palmas. Nous recommandons vivement et espérons pouvoir y revenir bientôt ! Merci encore pour tout !

Beautiful place! we loved the location and the view. Also fantastic natural reserve just behind the house, great for morning walk!

Ein kleines, verstecktes Paradies, wenn man es auf der Insel lieber abseits der touristischen Hochburgen mag. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar und mit ganz viel Liebe ausgestattet, mit kleiner Küche, super sauber. Unsere Gastgeberin Olga ist so was von herzlich, absolut hilfsbereit und es erwartet uns eine selbstgemachte Tortilla bei Anreise. Eine großartige Überraschung!

Wir haben uns bei Annika & Danny wie Zuhause gefühlt! Die beiden haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und wir können einen Aufenthalt bei ihnen nur empfehlen! Das Anwesen war etwas abseits und man hat es nur mit einer abenteuerlichen Autofahrt erreicht, aber der Weg hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt 🙂 Wir haben die Ruhe und die tolle Aussicht voll und ganz genossen!

Super rapport qualité prix, super emplacement, hôtes réactifs et sympathiques, logement propre et conforme aux photos! Le seul petit manquement est un espace commun à l’intérieur (salon), même si la grande terrasse sur le toit est agréable ! Merci pour l’accueil!

There were 7 of us and we had a lovely stay, eating out at the local restaurant one evening and barbecuing the second night with food bought at the shop 4.5km away. Plenty of parking space.

Todo perfecto el piso muy limpio y nuevo, el barrio muy tranquilo, muy amables los inquilinos y contestan muy rápido.

Precioso el lugar , un poco lejos de la playa , el piso es muy conveniente tiene todo lo necesario para descansar y viajar en familia, el único tema es el del Parqueo que es complicado

Tolle Unterkunft für mehrere Tage direkt am Meer! Die Wohnung ist hell und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Ein Highlight war der Zugang zur großen Terasse mit Blick auf Ozean, Surfende und Sonnenuntergang- und aufgang. Wenige Meter entfernt konnte man jederzeit im Naturpool schwimmen. Die Umgebung und die Menschen waren sehr entspannt. Ich hatte einen Teil des Aufenthalts dort auch remote gearbeitet, was dank des guten WLANs problemlos möglich war. Einzige kleine Kritik: Das Bett bzw. die Matratze hat uns leider nicht so getaugt, da man die Metall-Federn spürte. Würden aber wiederkommen!

We hebben mogen genieten van dit prachtig gelegen appartement. Er is keuze uit verschillende terrassen waarop je kunt zitten. Het appartement is brandschoon en alles wat nodig is, is aanwezig. De host is vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Een auto is wel handig om te hebben voor de benodigde boodschappen. Wij komen graag weer eens terug.

This is our second visit to Peurto de los Nieves and the villa Sicillia II. It is very spacious and the surround garden provides for excellent views of hills and sea. This villa is one of those places where you can quite happily spend time watching the harbour and changing light on the mountains behind. I thoroughly recommend this part of Gran Canaria with its celebration of the Canarian culture (there seems to be a festival in Agaete every other week!), the scenery and abundance of wild flowers.

The property was homely and inviting plenty of sheets and towels we needed nothing else to make our stay comfortable. lovely family. highly recommended

La casa es preciosa , las vistas estupendas.. camas comodisimas.. tiene todo lo necesario para el día a día, lavadora, lavavajillas, ... el garaje perfecto para 2 coches.. salon increíble... nos hemos alojado 8 adultos perfectamente. Mel a pesar de no vernos en persona ha estado pendiente. Ubicación perfecta para visitar el resto de la isla y regresara un lugar tranquilo para descansar.. eso sí imprescindible coche.. La recomendamos mucho. Gracias

Si vous aimez les rangées d’immeubles impersonnelles et bétonnées en bord de falaise, face à la mer, ce n’est pas chez Xeph qu’il faut aller! Par contre, si vous recherchez un endroit authentique et paisible, foncez! L’endroit est juste exceptionnel et participe grandement à la réussite du séjour. La situation de la finca est parfaite pour visiter le cœur de l’île, ses montagnes, ses canyons, ses chemins randonnées mais également ses plages. Il faut se deplacer en voiture mais on est heureux de retrouver la belle Finca après des journées à vadrouiller. Les maisons sont très bien équipées. Il ne manque rien. Nous avons aimé les multiples endroits où petits déjeuners, déjeuner, dîner … ce n’était jamais le même cadre mais toujours une très belle vue sur les montagnes. La communication avec Xeph est réactive et fluide et il a pensé à tout pour qu’on l’on trouve facilement le logement. Piscine non chauffée, glaciale en février mais bon pour la circulation sanguine après les randonnées

La maison est agréable. La piscine, grande et propre. La terrasse mériterait quelques travaux mais nous nous y sommes bien plus. A 10 minutes en voiture de Puerto Mogan qui est magnifique. A 2 minutes à pieds d'une supérette, très pratique. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Mir hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung war genau nach meinem Geschmack. Die Lage war sehr Ruhig in einer kleinen Siedlung. Nur 5- 10 Minuten zu Fuß, war man in einem kleineren Dorf, wo man sich ordentlich Verpflegung holen konnte. Parkplatz vor dem Haus gibt es jede Menge. Alles in allem kann ich es nur weiterempfehlen und würde auch bei meinem nächsten Urlaub gerne wiederkommen.

We had to stay in Las Palmas at short notice due to family illness and this place was perfect - cosy and comfortable with lovely outside space right in the heart of the old town. Everything you need on your doorstep and everything you need in the house. Africa and Santiago were so kind and helpful throughout our stay. We hope to go back when things are less stressful!

Die Unterkunft liegt abgelegen in einem süßen Dorf, an der Westküste, die ich persönlich als schönsten Teil der Insel sehe! Die Kommunikation war einfach, alles war gut zu finden und das Grundstück ist wunderschön. Das Airbnb ist gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Wir hatten hier eine tolle Zeit und auch die Nachbarn waren trotz Sprachbarriere so lieb zu uns und haben uns sogar frisches Obst geschenkt! Uns hat die Anfahrt nicht gestört, da wir abgelegene Orte bevorzugen. Das Internet in der Unterkunft könnte jedoch besser sein, der Empfang in ist in der Gegend schlecht und das Internet funktioniert mal einwandfrei und dann wieder garnicht, das ist vielleicht gut zu wissen, wenn man von hier arbeiten möchte sind online manchmal schwierig. Wir würden aber sofort zurück kommen um die Stille und die Aussicht zu genießen. 🥰
