Endless Summer!! The perfect Cali beach vibe!! We stayed here for 6 nights, and it was wonderful in every way. The parking spot was so convenient, the grounds were so well kept, and the apartment was exactly as described and more. The view is amazing. We loved watching the surfers every morning from our balcony, and the sunset every night! We used the pool, the grill, and the gym. We walked to Oceanside pier in just a few minutes. The place was clean, the personal touches were awesome, and Steven was the best host from start to finish. We will go back!

John is an awesome host! The place is exactly how it shows on the pictures! Extremely clean, fantastic views of the city from every room, including the areal view of Patco Park stadium. Unfortunately there were no games played during my stay but, it would have been a perfect spot to watch it. The view from the roof top is just breathtaking!! John's response time is right-away, his recommendations for the restaurants etc., were just perfect for me and my friends! When I go back to SD again, I will stay at this place for sure! You may want to book ahead of time because, it is a popular place and you don't want to miss it. Awesome job John, look forward to stay at your place again next time I am in town!

Perfect location in the building; on the same floor as the gym which was a nice perk. Rooftop is beautiful. Location is perfect, we were able to walk everywhere or take a short uber/lyft. Unit is clean, bright, modern, & refreshingly minimalist. Parking was only a small challenge over the weekend but we always found something right on the park or reasonably nearby most of the time. Tucker was super responsive with any and all questions leading up to and during our stay. We plan on trying to book this very unit again in the near future as it felt like the perfect little home away from home. Thank you Tucker!

Great place to stay its right across from the ballpark and very close to all restaurants and nightlife in Gaslamp.

The place is lovely, unfortunately we weren’t there long enough to enjoy everything. However, we would def return. 😎

Ben's place is a great find in downtown San Diego. Nice balcony available if you'd like to sit outside and enjoy the wonderful San Diego weather. Within walking distance to all sorts of shops/restaurants. Definitely recommend staying here.

This was a great space for our girls trip, accommodating 4 of us easily. Plenty of space to relax-living room was comfy, dining table useful, kitchen area for cooking, and 2 decks. Plenty of towels, dishes, kitchen supplies. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants, though most were a short drive. We really enjoyed this clean, beautiful space! Did have a couple of questions while there and Angela responded very quickly with information needed. Great asset to have a washer/dryer. Wonderful space!

My husband and I loved our stay in San Diego! Would love to return in the future! The view from Clayton’s listing allowed us to watch the Rodeo live on the big screen from Petco Park. We initially were visiting for the Rodeo but only got tickets for the final day however, we were able to watch the previous days from the living room.

Such a great getaway location! Quick and easy access to the beach, walkable distance to multiple restaurants, quick and easy access to interstate for a couple day trips to San Diego. Amenities were helpful and convenient, including multiple things for our young kids to do. Would love to come stay again!

All-in-all nice vacation spot. You can always find something to complain (i.e. musty odor mentioned in the previous review is a fact but everybody has a different tolerance level). Bikes are GREAT addition to the experience as you can almost drop using your car unless to stock up in Trader Joe's. Sandra is very welcoming host, instructions are clear and precise.

Nick & Amy's place in Oceanside was wonderful! You can see and hear the ocean from the living room and the bedroom, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I booked the place an hour before check-in but the hosts were super quick to accept, and proactively send me welcome messages with instructions to enter the property. I appreciated the clear instructions for parking as well. The beach is just a few steps away and I felt safe waking at night in the neighborhood. Definitely recommend picking this place if you're in Oceanside! Thanks for a great stay, Nick & Amy!

What a lovely condo, view and property! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, well kept and had all the comforts of home. We appreciated the attention to detail including comfortable bedding, fully stocked kitchen, chairs, wagon and towels for the beach, golf clubs & balls for the mini putting green. The unit has a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and bedroom. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was the best. The property is a tropical oasis located perfectly between the harbor and pier. It also has a great gym and rec ctr with a pool table. Thank you Diana for the excellent communication and customer service!

My family, including 2 young kids, stayed at this condo for a week and absolutely loved the location and condo complex amenities (tennis, pools, hot tub, clubhouse with spectacular views, and beach access). the area feels quite safe and there is so much to do within walking distance. The condo is fairly basic, and the pillows could use a refresh, but overall the place met all our needs. The condo is very quiet and peaceful. No neighbor noise or road noise. Parking is easy. The hosts communicate promptly. We plan to return!

This location is amazing! I have stayed in many places in Oceanside but this was hands down the best yet. It is close to the best beach for surfing in the area, walking distance to the Harbor and downtown restaurants, and right off the highway for easy access. The complex is a beautiful garden with an excellent work out area and many other amenities. Paul's place is nice, although showing a little age around the edges. We had a little trouble getting in initially due to a policy change at the complex but Paul answered his phone and quickly solved this. I would highly recommend this rental.

Short family getaway. Good instructions and unit was as pictured and listed. What a great location to walk to the beach and straight into town for treats. Too cold for ocean time but a good collection of beach toys and supplies.

This particular unit is really wonderful, and the location amazing. Being able to see and hear the beach/waves is very important to me. The unit is well laid out, comfortable, and the wagon was very helpful unloading as it was quite a walk. My vehicle cannot fit in the garage it's too tall, so I parked in the open lot near security. Thankfully with construction security gave us permission to park and not have to move the truck every day. Security was absolutely amazing and very helpful! The beach is very easy to access. We did not use the pool, even though it said heated, it did not feel like it. Sadly, the hot tub was closed for renovations, which is my only negative experience as I rented this particular location for the hot tub and the beach access. It would have been nice to have been made aware ahead of time of the construction going on in the condo complex, for informational purposes. Courtney and staff were quick to answer any questions and very pleasant. Will rent here again.

We stayed at John’s property for a short visit to San Diego for our nieces bridal shower. John was an excellent host! Always responsive, although we did not have any problems at all. His property is just perfect. Very clean, very comfortable beds, darling backyard, even the neighbors are nice. We had everything we needed. A very comfortable stay. We will definitely recommend John’s property and an excellent host. Thank you John.

A great place to stay! Close to the highway and major grocery stores but still quiet!

Diana was a wonderful host. She went above and beyond for us. The house is beautiful. It was perfect for our group of 10 including 4 young kids. They have all the essential baby amenities like crib, high chair and gates. House was spacious and little ones had lots of room to run around walkable to the beach and local cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous house in a private neighborhood. Peaceful, quiet, with all the amenities. Larry is a great host, super responsive and very flexible and easy to work with. Definitely recommend and would stay again

Lizette & Oscar's place was absolutely incredible for almost 2 months working remotely. Super clean, great water pressure and hot water that never ran out. Internet was plenty fast for two people working constant calls (the router is in the unit, which has ethernet ports so bring a cord for even faster connection!), the yard and view were SO beautiful, the space was perfect—everything felt like home! Extremely private feel too. Me, my girlfriend, our 8lb Shih Tzu and cat loved it. The only two things I'd recommend for other visitors: 1. Bring pillows: the provided ones are very flat (unless that's your thing!) 2. Highly recommend a car, as it's not really close to anything that great. (There is a train station about a 10min walk away that will take you anywhere though!) If you like being in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood but still within striking distance of everything San Diego, this place is gold. Would totally stay here again and again. The house, amenities, bedrooms were all perfect for a large group. The kid friendly extras really helped make the stay extra enjoyable. I asked for recommendations for places to eat and they did not disappoint. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We will definitely be back.

Family escape was such a fun stay! Great home base for Legoland and the Safari Park. The hot tub and pool (heated for a fee) were amazing and we put the pool toys and floaties to good use. The entire backyard looked and felt like a private resort, with mini golf, soccer/volley ball, lounges, conversation pits, and a grill and bar area. The games and arcade kept everyone entertained. The kitchen met our basic needs as we enjoyed local takeout. We were grateful for the host provided laundry supplies and clear instructions and communication about how to use keep the pool and hot tub heated for our winter visit. The host was immediately responsive and sent someone to fix the spa when we couldn't work the lights and jets the first day. We had no other problems all week!
