We had an amazing stay at Vanessa’s place! The location was perfect - the bay is a block away and we could easily drive to restaurants and San Diego attractions. The pool and hot tub were spectacular and perfect for our daughter. We paid to have the pool heated and it meant we could swim everyday and be comfortable. The house layout was great for us and our two kiddos and we loved all the extras the house had to keep kiddos busy. Lots of books, toys, scooters, bikes, balls, etc. that we really appreciated having access to. As others have mentioned the house is older so the floors are squeaky - but with two young kids we don’t expect to sleep in. The couches are also well loved and could use an update. Overall we had an amazing stay and hope we can stay again the next time we visit!

We had a fantastic time at KC's place! He was very prompt with his responses and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The pool area was spacious, private, and offered a stunning view. We requested the pool to be heated, and it was wonderfully warm—far better than other Airbnb experiences we've had. The house itself was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. We also felt very safe in the area. We would absolutely love to return to KC's house and highly recommend it

Great location, easy to to get to the freeway and easy to get to any nearby attractions

Linar and this home were absolutely perfect! My family and I were in town for a wedding. I message Linar a couple days before we were to be there to see if there was a pack and play for my son. He assured me he would have one there the next day courtesy of the house! AMAZING! if you have ever traveled with kids you know how much stuff you already have to bring that was such a relief. The location is near the freeway so it's very convenient! The backyard is so nice! it was a bit too cold to swim but the hot tub was perfect! Very clean inside. Thank you Linar my family had the best time in your home it was so cozy and comfortable we will definitely stay again!

House was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out went smoothly. Communication was great with the owner. Perfectly accommodated our family and location was great. We loved that Better Buzz was within walking distance for a coffee! Grocery store and restaurants also close by. Would highly recommend this rental!

Miguel's AIRBNB was beautiful. The backyard was gorgeous and the interior was clean and clutter free. The arcade machines took me back to my childhood and I really enjoyed lounging in the pool. Cowles Mountain is a great nearby attraction if you want a bit of hiking and there's a nice coffee shop just up the road as well. I would highly recommend staying here if you want a safe and clean location. We had no problem driving to Ocean Beach and Pacific Beach for dinner or exploration. Thank you for the amazing stay 🙏🏽

We felt right at home and was left with everything we could have possibly have needed. The host was very helpful and responsive. This home will be a great place to stay in the warmer weather too. We comfortable unfortunately could not enjoy the pool due to winter weather, but it was ready to go, if we were crazy enough to swim. We would definitely consider this home again in the future.

Another Perfect Stay! This was our second time staying at this Airbnb, and it was just as amazing as the first! The place is always spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches make it feel like a home away from home. Paul runs a very professional Airbnb concern. The communication is clear, informative, and very detailed. The condominium is located within one of the most sought-after complexes in the area. The grounds are beautifully tropical, waterfalls, koi ponds, a pristine gym w/sauna, huge and interesting-shaped pool, and just a few steps from the beach. We were there at low tide, which is a fascinating time of nature and the sea. Paul has everything needed in the kitchen and all is sparkling clean. The fold-out sofa bed is comfortable, and there are plenty of fresh towels, beach amenities, and a private patio for morning coffee or evening beverages. Thanks, Paul for a comfortable local stay!

Nick & Amy's place in Oceanside was wonderful! You can see and hear the ocean from the living room and the bedroom, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I booked the place an hour before check-in but the hosts were super quick to accept, and proactively send me welcome messages with instructions to enter the property. I appreciated the clear instructions for parking as well. The beach is just a few steps away and I felt safe waking at night in the neighborhood. Definitely recommend picking this place if you're in Oceanside! Thanks for a great stay, Nick & Amy!

We stayed at Jennifer's place for a few days and couldn't recommend it enough. The place is centrally located and easily accessible by car. The home is super clean and nicely decorated. On top of that, Jen is super responsive and has a lot of valuable recommendations for the area.

My family, including 2 young kids, stayed at this condo for a week and absolutely loved the location and condo complex amenities (tennis, pools, hot tub, clubhouse with spectacular views, and beach access). the area feels quite safe and there is so much to do within walking distance. The condo is fairly basic, and the pillows could use a refresh, but overall the place met all our needs. The condo is very quiet and peaceful. No neighbor noise or road noise. Parking is easy. The hosts communicate promptly. We plan to return!

This location is amazing! I have stayed in many places in Oceanside but this was hands down the best yet. It is close to the best beach for surfing in the area, walking distance to the Harbor and downtown restaurants, and right off the highway for easy access. The complex is a beautiful garden with an excellent work out area and many other amenities. Paul's place is nice, although showing a little age around the edges. We had a little trouble getting in initially due to a policy change at the complex but Paul answered his phone and quickly solved this. I would highly recommend this rental.

I believe this is our 3rd stay at this amazing condo! Absolutely beautiful and the view is amazing. Super clean and has everything, shampoo, soap and well stocked kitchen. Everything is as described and the view is worth it! See you next time

This little apartment by the ocean is great. It was exactly as described and felt like a little oasis for a quick trip. The building is a little bit confusing, so finding our apartment took a bit of work, but that was the worst thing to happen. I would stay here over and over again, especially when beach season hits. Loved it.

This home was the perfect home away from home for our family getaway to San Diego! The location was central to so much and the views were stunning! The house was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The pool was a hit with our kids too! Stephanie and Ariel were friendly and helpful, the best hosts! This house was a great spot for our family and friends! The living space was very spacious and the kids loved the pool! Convenient location to get around and enjoy all San Diego has to offer. Jesse was quick to respond and clarify any questions we had!

This was the perfect place, a roomy and well stocked home for our family! It was clean and comfortable and had a lot of both indoor and outdoor games. We appreciated that all bedrooms were connected to a bathroom. The backyard was another wonderful living space, I only wish we would have had time to utilize the pool! The holiday dog with lights in the entry way was adorable and a fun welcome when we walked in. The owner was proactive in contacting me prior to check in and provided the code and any home instructions to me via text. We would definitely stay in this home again if we are in the area.

This place is simply stunning! From the time you enter the home, you will know exactly what I mean. The views are amazing. The home is beautiful. The space is wonderful. My group of 7 had plenty of room. We enjoyed the hot tub, firepit, sitting areas around the pool. The kitchen had every amenity needed to cook and dine. The home was spotless, smelled so good, and had thoughtful amenities (extra towels, extra blankets/pillows, Rainbath shower gel and nice shampoo/conditioner, washroom necessities. The location is about 45 mins from San Diego proper, but we did not mind it at all. You are able to escape the city life and come home to a haven. We lived like celebrities for the weekend and loved it! We even picked fresh lemons off a tree to add to our diet cokes. Instructions on everything you would want to know are provided; excellent communication with the rental staff. Very safe and quiet area; gated community. Worth every penny you pay; go for it!

We just returned from our holiday trip to La Jolla and it was great! The house was homely, spacious and well equipped. The neighborhood was private and quiet and easy to get to. Centrally located close to all the attractions with easy freeway access, Although we did not use the pool or hot tub it looked awesome! Thank you Richard and Pel for sharing your home with us.
