We loved our stay! We have stayed in the complex before and loved the location, proximity to beach, and the features of the community. I can honestly say we liked this unit even more than the last stay. The unit was more updated and we also appreciated how well the kitchen and everything was stocked. Overall I highly recommend booking here!

Charles is a wonderful host!! We arrived exhausted after flying from the east to the west coast. Our brains were mush and Charles walked us through getting settled in a quick and gracious way. He is extremely helpful. The condo is near the convention center which made for an easy walk. The special touches that he includes in the condo are amazing. I would have no hesitation staying there again!

The unit had an up to date kitchen that was very well equipped. The ocean and sunset views were amazing and the location was ideal for beaches, restaurants and shopping. The other rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and will return.

Very clean and comfortable place with everything you could need! Heather is an incredible host, always responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend if you need a spot in San Diego, close to the beach and the walkable areas of the city, easy drive to practically everything.

Excellent, spotless, quiet place to work and play. Close to UCSD and La Jolla shops, with on site parking meant everything I needed was walkable, bussable or easy to zip to from my car. Pool and hot tub are gorgeous.

We really enjoyed spending a week at Shauna and Scott's condo. It had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. Scott met us to orient us to the unit and complex, and that was very helpful. The beds were great, there was a well-equipped kitchen, we enjoyed the fitness center, hottub, easy accessibility to the beach, and the view from the loft! There were plenty of towels and extra bedding if needed. I loved staying in the cheerful, bright loft. Definitely would stay again.

Paul runs a very professional Airbnb concern. The communication is clear, informative, and very detailed. The condominium is located within one of the most sought-after complexes in the area. The grounds are beautifully tropical, waterfalls, koi ponds, a pristine gym w/sauna, huge and interesting-shaped pool, and just a few steps from the beach. We were there at low tide, which is a fascinating time of nature and the sea. Paul has everything needed in the kitchen and all is sparkling clean. The fold-out sofa bed is comfortable, and there are plenty of fresh towels, beach amenities, and a private patio for morning coffee or evening beverages. Thanks, Paul for a comfortable local stay!

Mindy’s place was convenient for getting to the beach and restaurants. We didn’t need a car the entire weekend to get where we wanted. Her place is quiet and met all of our needs. We enjoyed the amenities of the property as well. Would definitely stay again!

Great location on the beach. Complex is very well landscaped and kept. Very quiet and low key. Probably one of the best outfitted locations we have stayed at - kitchen items, games, beach items, etc. No issues whatsoever.

Breath taking views of the ocean. Amazing private beach, pools and hottub. Walkable to great restaurants. We’re definitely coming back.

What a lovely condo, view and property! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, well kept and had all the comforts of home. We appreciated the attention to detail including comfortable bedding, fully stocked kitchen, chairs, wagon and towels for the beach, golf clubs & balls for the mini putting green. The unit has a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and bedroom. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was the best. The property is a tropical oasis located perfectly between the harbor and pier. It also has a great gym and rec ctr with a pool table. We had a fabulous stay. The home overlooks the Del Mar Rack Track with a view of Del Mar Beach. Great location, close to great shops and restaurants. Kimberly was a great host as well. Couldn't really ask for more.

We loved the condo - the view was amazing! It has a large living area and super comfortable couch. The large ocean front bedroom was great - we listened to the waves all night. First time to Solana Beach - liked being able to walk to restaurants (Rustic Root), farmers market, and the dog beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. Richard called us to make sure we were able to get in. The condo has electric mobile heaters - it was a bit cold/rainy for a few days, but we were able to get the area warm. We would come back!

Definitely worth the price and the trip ! Pictures are as shown, house is super easy to get to, tyler and Anna are super communicative have super easy instructions. Nice neighborhood and even better that there ia a private driveway. Kitchen space and living space is huge. Outdoor space is such a huge plus along with the view! Will definitely be booking with them again !

Absolutely beautiful home. Fully stocked with all the things. Decor was amazing. Quiet and relaxing sanctuary. Christi was wonderful and easy to communicate with.

We were able to visit the Tortoise and the Hare for a weekend retreat getaway and it did not disappoint! The serene feeling you get of being disconnected while also having all the necessary amenities was unreal. Each room was as described, if not even better! The heater and air conditioning worked well depending on the weather and the rooms provided ample amounts of places to sleep. We were able to utilize to Sauna as well as the other games and kitchen amenities. The hosts were very responsive and cooperative providing a seamless weekend for us to enjoy. They were also very accommodating to our additions of guests for the stay which was very helpful for our team We would 100% come back again for a beautiful time taking un God’s creation!

Amazing location! Great coffee shop just a 2 min walk up the road and beautiful beach a couple of minutes the other way! Great market nearby for groceries 5-8 min walk. Clean, well equipped home. Had a wonderful stay.

Christian’s place was amazing. Was in town for work and his place was perfect. The rower in the garage and sauna were perfect.

The place is awesome, access to the beach was the reason we booked the stay. Very short walking trip to the beach, the pier, and the shops nearby. Walking distance to plenty restaurants, souvenir shops and bars. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for my wife to cook, and make it feel like home. The train was not a issue as we're from the Midwest and have freight liners going by our property all hours night and day there. We barely heard the thing. Comfortable living at this air b&b that'll definitely let you know your money was well spent. Hopefully get to make it out there again very soon !
