We had an amazing 20+ days staying at Elissa’s place! The property is exactly as shown in the photos, and it’s well-equipped with everything we needed. Elissa thoughtfully provided plenty of bed linens and household supplies, which made our stay even more convenient. Parking was super easy, with a “dedicated parking spot” right in front of the unit, and the laundry room is just across the street. Elissa is an incredibly kind and friendly host. She was always quick to respond to any issues we encountered and proactively offered solutions. For instance, when we initially had some trouble with the heating, she promptly arranged for a repair technician to come and fix it. On our check-out day, due to our own delay, she was very understanding and gave us plenty of time to prepare. Elissa is a wonderful host, and we would love to stay at her property again in the future if we have the chance!

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was extremely welcoming and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. I especially appreciated the little thoughtful touches that made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch Airbnb experience!

The overall stay was great. The home was clean and neat. Modern and beautiful looking. The way of entry was later clearly explained. We felt safe in the home area and neighborhood. To note, there is no microwave. Not the biggest deal and it was not marked in the amenities but it did come by a surprise. The host respond kind and promptly

Gary's place is located in a beautiful neighborhood, walkable to grocery stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was peaceful. The space is as described. I was pleasantly surprised at the kitchen being so well equipped and with many options for cooking. As noted in another review, you can hear voices, animals, doors from others in the same house, but it was minimal. Just good to know if that bothers you. The bed was comfortable and the space is used well.

The perfect place to stay in SD. Close to everything. Place is better than in the pictures. Very clean, like a hotel but feels like home and better price, especially for families.

Spacious back yard, great for dogs or outside games with the family. Quiet neighborhood. Nice decor as well. Gregory also answered my questions within a couple hours

5 star !!! We stayed 5 nights at Erik and Erica’s house and it was wonderful ! The view from the terrace is incredible. The house is very well equipped. The beds are super confortable, we all slept like babies ;-). The kitchen is big and have EVERYTHING you might think of. Best kitchen we’ve experienced on Airbnb. The pool/ping pong table kept the kids entertained. We would definitely stay again !

This was a truly fabulous stay at Casa Paloma. Every single detail was perfect. I felt like I was at home, not an Air BNB. I hosted our family Thanksgiving dinner for 6 here, and the kitchen had absolutely everything I needed to prepare and serve a complicated meal. And the dining room table and place settings were lovely. And besides it being perfect for a big family meal- it was equally as wonderful for small, quiet morning breakfasts and work from home days. My family was only all with me for 2 of my 7 days there. The rest of the time it was a perfect place to do my workouts, walking, meeting up with friends for dinner at local fabulous restaurants. And the grocery stores are all excellent and very close. It’s a perfect place in every way. And Paula is fabulous!

The house was an absolute California dream!! I felt as if I'd stepped back in time as the house is straight out of a scene from an old Hollywood 1950s movie (insta worthy, selfies)! Everything was immaculate, the decor was so timeless, linens were so clean, and the beds so comfortable! The home was spacious enough for my family of 5 even with dinner company during our stay, everyone had room to space out, with plenty of leasure seating areas to relax and take in the views, read a book, enjoy a cocktail, sit in the hot tub, or soak up some sunshine by the pool! The owners were so responsive, friendly, and even helpful with local restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend this California dream home and will definitely book again!!

Ryan was highly responsive and provided clear instructions throughout. He informed us in advance about potential noise from outside, as the location is situated in the heart of downtown. During our stay, we had the chance to meet him, and he was exceptionally friendly and helpful. His support made our entire experience pleasant and hassle-free.

Brendan and Amu were very friendly and open-minded, and if you had any questions they were always able to help. The entire complex was beautiful and private and the room was clean and comfortably furnished. You were allowed to use everything and were also provided with cleaning supplies, for example. All in all it was a very nice stay.

It was a great stay, upon arrival make sure you get in touch with Tyler because some of the details provided for how to check in aren’t current. For example the gate code has changed but it was quick fix and Tyler was there to help and answer questions fast! There is a space heater which helped a lot without having ac/heat. The balcony smoking area is nice and calming there are lots of stairs so be prepared for a walk. All in all Tyler was a wonderful host with a clean, safe unit I will definitely be staying here again if I return in the future 🙌🏾🙌🏾!

Overall it was a great stay. The unit was nice and clean, the bed was fairly soft, but comfortable. The bathroom and shower were very nice (give the hot water some time to get there -- it's a bit slow but works fine). I liked the location a lot, as it was just a block or two outside of the really noisy Gaslamp area, but still felt fairly safe and clean on the street. The unit feels very secure behind two security doors. It was fairly quiet at night and easy to sleep. And George was always responsive and helpful. Definitely recommended.

Very clean and cozy house. Comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking. Beautiful backyard with a seating area and a charcoal grill. We cooked food on the grill every evening. Maricarmen is a very responsive and good hostess. She was always in touch. Answered all our questions quickly. We had a small problem with the garbage disposal and Maricarmen solved this problem very quickly. By mutual agreement, when we were not home, she replaced the garbage disposal with a new one and also washed our dishes. Just a wonderful woman! Thank her very much. We are grateful to her for her cozy home and her hospitality.

It is an amazing place downtown with nearby bars, restaurants, and activities. Couldn't have asked for better accommodations downtown with the expanded 2 unit space for our group to stay and not be cramped while in town for the weekend.

Benito’s beautiful casita was such a found gem!! Stayed 2 nights and we enjoyed it so much. The patios with the little hangout areas were our favorite to have morning coffee in. Will definitely be coming back! Benito was soo welcoming and friendly. We chit chatted for some time and it was lovely getting to know him and his beautiful home!
