Stayed here for our mom's 94th birthday. Loved the single level for her. Just amazing to be able to sit and watch sunset and moon and waves. One bedroom is amazing and the others are nice. One has a raised bed. Beautiful location but it is definitely busy, even in November, in front of the unit. Did not bother us but cars, runners, walkers, dogs, bikes, scooters and more are almost always going in front. Loved being able to walk right out the front door, out the gate, across "the strand", across some rocks and onto the beach. Appeared to be well stocked for baby stuff but we did not use. Kitchen well stocked and grill was clean and ready. Host very responsive to our minor concerns.

Absolutely immaculate cleanliness, excellently styled, every amenity thought of in advance. Extremely functional space, amazingly well equipped kitchen. Cute little courtyard area and well maintained large hot tub. Loved the rooftop fire pit. 10/10

This is a beautiful place. My family and I had plenty of room. The grounds are gorgeous and it’s so quiet. We’ll definitely try to come back for a longer stay. Loree is very responsive and helpful. The wine was great too!

This is a large older home, from another era with all you need. It is quirky and old school Chula in the best way possible. SUPER close to 3rd street, 7 min walk to downtown, 10-15 min to LaBella's. The main entrance lets you into a large sun room, the living room is spacious, plenty of room to hang out and watch TV. Full size dining room, leading to the back washroom and a separate door to the kitchen. Lot of doors! The main bedroom downstairs was spacious with the en suite bathroom that has a large skylight. Bedrooms upstairs were well appointed with nice bedding and comfy beds. I am a city girl, background noise isfine. However this is off a busy main street with markets, businesses and you are surrounded by two (quiet apt buildings). If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs (& eye mask). The backyard gazebo is cute and a nice place to chill. Would love to go back when the fruit trees are in bloom and giving fruit. Overall chill place to stay with an old school family vibe.

Beautiful, spacious place and comfortable accommodations with spectacular views. Everything was clean. You can hear the waves from the master bedroom and living area. We didn't want to leave, but it was the perfect place to end our stay. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Cute beach town - we'll certainly be back! There is a decent amount of traffic in the early evenings if you're sitting out on the patio, but the views and location make it all worth it.

This home was perfect for our vacation! very kid/family friendly- he has cribs, baby gates, utensils and plates for kids, lots of books. View was amazing, and is about 15 from everything!

We had a family gathering for the weekend and enjoyed our stay. It’s a very lovely property and we loved it. Bryan suggested a few restaurants we loved and some activities close by that made the trip interesting. We would come back again.

Great view next the beautiful beach and close to the village. Garage parking is also a plus.

TuCasa’s rental was everything we needed and more for my friends bachelor party! We had a group of 12 guys who all loved the space. With plenty of great restaurants, bars and other sights nearby how could we not! TuCasa was extremely responsive to our pre-trip questions and even let us check in early when asked. I can’t recommend the space enough and look forward to our next visit!

A wonderful condo on the Bayside of Mission Bay. It was a lovely spot where our three year old could play in the sand within eyeshot of the patio and swing. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a public parking lot nearby with more roomy parking (although our minivan did eventually fit into the garage space). Really appreciated the extra beach chairs and sand toys. Check in and check out were a breeze! Great place! Would like to stay again!

Very peaceful and quiet. large room and comfortable bedding. Deborah was quick to respond to all communications. Convenient location to town and other destinations.

Dejourne was an excellent host—very responsive and accommodating to all our needs. The space was perfect for our family, with a fantastic play area full of toys and activities for the kids. The kitchen was fully equipped and spacious, ideal for hosting a large group. The front yard was expansive and offered a stunning view from the top of the hill, giving a sense of seclusion and escape from the city. Highly recommend!

Wonderful home and wonderful hosts! Extremely responsive and accommodating. Beautiful home, very comfortable, and the backyard is fantastic for hanging out and enjoying the day/view. Definitely would return in the future.

Very friendly hosts that take care of their property and described everything clear to the letter. The home was well maintained and offered one great view. Despite the house work they had getting done, I was quite at peace with the accomodations. The hosts also offered me free use of their jacuzzi spa to compensate for disturbances of the housework, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I enjoyed my stay greatly. I look forward to planning another stay, should I be able to line up another vacation.

Sonia & Hugh are gems. I appreciated how accomodating they were to my requests and needs in particular to extending an extra day and Sonia and I even went to take a Zumba class together. The property is beautiful, well managed, clean and has all of the amenities needed. As a busy profrssional, it was a perfect reprieve to rest and gather myself.
