Perfect Stay – Immaculately Clean, Accessible, and Stunning Pool! Our stay at this home was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how immaculately clean and well-maintained everything was. Every room was spotless, and it was clear that great care goes into keeping this home in pristine condition. One of the highlights was the beautiful pool—it was crystal clear, perfectly heated, and such a relaxing space to unwind. Whether enjoying a morning swim or lounging poolside in the evening, it truly felt like a private oasis. Accessibility was another huge plus. The home was incredibly easy to navigate for someone using crutches and a wheelchair, with thoughtful design elements that made our stay smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a place that combines beauty and functionality so seamlessly, but this home exceeded all expectations. Jeremiah was an exceptional host that was friendly and always responsive. We can’t recommend this place enough!

The house and property were truly amazing! Our family of 6 enjoyed every moment of our time. The pool, hot tub, outdoor living space, and view were perfect. The layout of the home, size of the rooms, and details made it one of our most relaxing vacations. We already want to come back. Thank you!

This is by far the best air bnb stay we have had. I was concerned about not finding a house with a jacuzzi since we visited in December but we loved the option to warm the pool and the pool was indeed warm through out our stay. The house is huge and has everything you need or want. We spent more time together enjoying the house than any other trip. I think the stay was definitely worth it. It was located further from town but very close to the mirador. We look forward to returning someday!

Quiet neighborhood, great older home suited our needs perfectly! We needed a place for family to stay for a wedding, everyone had plenty of space and bathrooms to get ready. Pool was lovely, we didn’t use it as it was February and 40ish degrees. Wonderful home that we will definitely keep in mind for all future visits to Del Rio!

Was a perfect location, close to NMSU golf coarse. Which was our reason for the visit. Felt safe, even though the area doesn’t have street lights. The city has lots of eating options. The property had everything we needed and more. When in the area again, I would use their property if available.

A lovely home with all provided amenities we needed! The perfect amount of space for two friends traveling together. The location was also super convenient for our trip to Big Bend, as well as being beautiful in its own right for stargazing and cozying around the fire pit.

Beautiful place. After a day at the football fields for our sons tournament our family really enjoyed relaxing together in the movie theater.

I don't believe I can put all of the positives in this review. We utilized the entire home, which was immaculately clean, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, plenty of entertainment and all the necessities for the pool and even slefs to take to white sands. Host was extremely responsive and fair. We would love to stay here in the future.

Everything was superb and as advertised. Maria was in constant contact with me and made everything so easy and accommodating. This could be our new go to vacation place since we usually travel 16 strong.

Judy is an absolute outstanding host! The Airbnb is always clean and cozy just like being at home. This is definitely one of my go to spots when passing through! I would strongly recommend this place!

The neighborhood was quiet. Great spot for a family especially with littles. Hour toddler loved running around the back yard and watching the birds. Perfect location if you’re looking to do any of the hikes or trails at Saguaro National Park. Lisa and her team were quickly responsive. Check in was easy. The home was lovely and we truly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is absolutely beautiful, it was everything I wanted and needed for a peaceful, relaxing, kid free birthday weekend. I enjoyed every second of it and would return time & time again.

Mike and Norma’s home was a very spacious and clean space that slept 8 very comfortably. The big patio was a popular hang-out spot with our group, as we loved the hammock/chairs enjoying the weather. The kitchen is fully stocked with any utensil or amenities you may need for cooking. The host was very responsive, and immediately helped us with any issues. Very grateful for this amazing stay in Mexico!

Great house very accommodating for 7 adults loves the space Did not like the many ATV riding at all hours it’s such a beautiful tranquil area with many riders some very early but that’s why I always bring earplugs in Mexico gorgeous beach close by very safe and wallaby area

My husband and I were warmly greeting by our host, Amy. She gave us entry, showed us around, gave us an overview of all appliances, thermostat, inventories of everything available to us, and made us feel comfortable right away. She was responsive to any and all calls from us. Very gracious and willing to please. The house was clutter free, well organized and well stocked. We felt very fortunate.

Michael was a great host! Super kind, friendly, and helpful. They greeted us at check in, helped unload the cars, walked us around the property and provided great recommendations. Highly recommend staying here and taking a day to fish with Mike, what a great experience. We had a wonderful time all around. Would stay here again

I went down to Gaviotas with some friends for a weekend away. The house was clean and comfortable. Plenty of rooms and spaces for everyone. There are labels on every single light switch and all over the front door and kitchen which was a little overkill but the stay was really pleasant and will definitely rent there again. There are security guards at the front which made us all feel safe and there a local private beach maybe 5 min walk

I definitely recommend this place for another’s that they want to rent this place

The place was comfortable, very nice and pharmacy, stores, coffee places, gym and a lot of things near the house!

great place, well worth the price with lots of space. 5 rooms, 4 with own full bathrooms. about 5 min walk to beach, convenience store, main strip with all the restaurants. felt very safe walking around with my daughter. air conditioning worked great with separate units in each room that worked very quickly. hosts were very helpful with advice or guidance on the house and the area

The location of this place was great. Just 4 blocks away from the malecón which means walking distance. There is a small grocery store 2 blocks away along with multiple restaurants. Next door is a coffee shop which was a plus for the mornings. If you do rent a car this place does have parking behind secured gates. The rooms were a good size and each had their own bathroom. 2 bedrooms are in the main house and 1 bedroom is in the casita at the back of the property which was great for privacy. Nice backyard with a small pool for kids to enjoy. Tom was a great host, friendly and responsive. The master bedroom does have one windows that faces towards the street and get quite noisy at times during busy times. Other than that this place was great.

Our first time to Todos Santos and we can’t wait to book again at Steve and Marlie’s place. Unfortunately the owners were out of town on our visit but the manager Ernie and their pool guy helped us with everything on site. Prior to our arrival our communication with the owners was amazing. Everyone of my many many questions were answered! The house and view were stunning. Due to a national propane shortage the pool was unable to be heated…with the proper amount of tequila we didn’t notice the chilly waters at all! Sure it would have been great to have a warmer pool but when life gives you limes and lemons make margaritas!! The house dog was so sweet and she actually barks upon anyone entering the property. Great guard dog. I rented a car at airport and drove in. Suggestion: take few screen shots of satellite map on your phone(there pool is unique) and you won’t have a issue locating the house upon your arrival. Oh and speed bumps are not painted in Todos Santos….go slow on way in until you learn the spots! Overall….5 stars!!!
