Very clean space right on the water. We were having an issue with the toilet and they immediately responded quickly and sent maintenance within 10 minutes to fix it. Thank you for having such quick and immediate communication.

Had an amazing stay, location was precise & communication was amazing. House was amazing, perfect location with nearby restaurants & local stores as well & transportation very accesible. Had an amazing time, will book again for future trips! Thank you!

We love this complex, location, amenities and staff are all terrific. Upon arrival there were a couple things that required attention and Joaquin's staff were very responsive and handled everything promptly and efficiently. We were there for 4 weeks and loved it.

I've stayed at Las Gaviotas many times over the years. It is safe and quiet, while still close to Rosarito if you want to go there for dining and other activities. Laura's place is charming. It's very private while still only steps from the pool, hot tub and beach. Her patio has a great view while blocking out the wind. We would definitely stay there again!

This was the second time that we have stayed here for a month. The manager , Oscar, does an excellent job of maintaining the property. The house is located right on the beach. So serene that you can sit out front on the beautiful sandy beach the am and hardly see anyone. Several restaurants are within easy walking distance with great food. I highly recommend this AirBnB!

Condo is beautiful place The only thing it needed paper towels in the kitchen and no ice maker

We stayed 2 weeks at this beautiful condo. It is overlooking the marina yet it is separated from it giving you privacy. Its unit is on the ground floor and the pool and hot tubs are between your private patio and the marina. The marina is actually one level below the pool and deck area. There is also an area of artificial grass between you and the pool. There are several covered cushy canopy lounges, each about the size of a king sized bed along with chaise lounge chairs around the pool deck and a couple more separate areas for sun bathing or just relaxing. There is a gate giving you access to the marina and restaurants that locks which keeps your condo and pool area private. The location is perfect. It is at the south end of the malecón which makes it easy to walk to the many restaurants and shops along the waterfront. There is also a taxi stand where you can usually get a taxi if you don’t want to walk. There is a large grocery store about a mile south which we walked to.
