This place was a great place to stay for a large group, and the location on the lake was beautiful. There were even a few more beds than what was listed. The staff member William, who was there to help us with our needs was very attentive and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable.

Wir hatten wunderschöne entspannte Tage. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und äußerst zuvorkommend. Auf meine Bitte wurde das WLAN ausgestellt, und wir durften sogar einige Stunden eher einchecken. Man kann sich sehr gut im Garten oder auf dem Deck erholen, es gibt viele ruhige Ecken, Hängematten, Liegestühle, sogar Tischtennis und Billiard. Wir waren sehr gerne im See schwimmen, das Wasser hatte angenehme 21 Grad Celsius. Essen kann man bestellen und es wird per Boot gebracht. Man muss wissen, dass man sich am See nicht normal aufhalten kann, es gibt keinen öffentlich zugänglichen Bereich, deswegen war es so gut, dass wir schon um 11:00 einchecken konnten. Wir hatten allerdings etwas Pech mit den Nachbarn, die nachts Musik hatten, während wir es lieber etwas ruhiger gehabt hätten. Caroline als Betreuung vor Ort was auch sehr hilfsbereit.

This is truly a relaxing, zen place. Carlos was attentive and responsive the entire time—from check-in to check-out. Marta and Hugo, who work on the premises, were extremely helpful and attentive during our stay. They’re great! The views are amazing, and if you have the opportunity to rent a jet ski and explore the lake, I highly recommend it. Hope to be back soon.

We selected this home based on previous reviews and photos, and were so happy that we chose it! Roberto, Eneida and Monica were so gracious and hospitable. We appreciated the connections that Roberto helped us with , to have our day on the lake with jet skis for a couple of hours from a local rental...use of the kayaks on site....and the boat was available for rental if we wanted to use it. We were able to order some delicious papusas one evening, thanks to Roberto's help and willingness to row across the lake to get our order!! We loved having plenty of towels available, for pool and bathing, without having to bring them along in our suitcases!! The Host has responded to previous reviews and has a new refrigerator added to a beautiful and fully equipped kitchen! We did a lot of cooking and enjoyed the amenities available! Our family enjoyed a couple of peaceful days together here, and we hope to be back for another enjoyable stay~ Thanks for sharing this beautiful space!

La Casa es muy bonita; estaba limpia; las habitaciones limpias; tiene un jardín hermoso, la piscina con vista al lago preciosa ; la cocina limpia y tiene buenos electrodomésticos; un espacio lindo para pasar en pareja o en familia; privado, tranquilo. This is our second time staying at Monica's home. We love the house, bedrooms, dock, pool, living room etc. Carmen and Manuel are extremely helpful and always willing to help. They are truly the best! ❤️ We stayed 2 nights this time around and enjoyed every minute. We swam in the pool, rented jet skies and did a little fishing! This home has everything you need(accept food -so bring your own) 🤪 ... The bedrooms are comfortable, AC , bathrooms are excellent 👍 The kitchen/dining area has beautiful views to the lake, Crater and mountains! thank you again for opening your beautiful home to our family. This place is paradise on earth... the grounds were spectacular and the lake is breathtaking and fun to swim in!

La cabaña esta justo frente al rio muy tranquilo el lugar y privado, es una cabaña rustica coinciden las fotos, la pasamos muy bien y regresaremos pronto!

La casa está muy bien ubicada ya que hay muchos restaurantes y atracciones turísticas cerca, tiene un estilo antiguo muy bien conservado y la persona encargada fue muy atenta. Excelente espacio para pasar un muy buen fin de semana en familia y amigos.

Very nice place. Absolutely loved the outdoor space, dock and hammock area. Very relaxing. House is very nice, clean. Excellent hosts too. Will definitely recommend.

Cecilla's place is easily one of the most incredible stays I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. It is unlikely I will have enough available characters to cover everything, but I will try. The house is huge, clean, well stocked, and has an amazing kitchen with everything you could ever need. There is hot water, that never runs out, strong wifi everywhere, and fresh cold water as much as needed. The set up is in two parts, the main house, and the massive yard/dock/pier on the other side of road. The massive yard is incredible. It has a full bathroom, a built in charcoal grill with sink attached, a pool, a huge dining area, lounging chairs - all yours, all private. The pier is amazing, you can rest there and jump off into the lake. The lights are cool. But the very best part, is her team. Will, Ingrid, and Christian (will's son) are always there to help with anything. They can bring food, take clothes for cleaning, and much more. Here you will never want to leave. A+

Beautiful place on a private island on Lake Coatepeque. Access by ferry only makes it peaceful and private. We were able to rent kayaks and paddle boards from the staff and paddled around the island. You can relax on the covered pier in the hammocks and dive right into the warm clear water of the lake. Lovely place.
