I can’t express enough how wonderful Eric’s place was. He thought of every little thing and clearly marked items all the way down to where the trash bag’s were. The game room was wonderful, the kids loved it! Strollers, ice chest anything and everything you need while on vacation, he had it! The home was roomy and clean. We decided this will be our new destination when visiting LA.Eric was also available for any and all questions you had responding quickly. Thank you Eric for a wonderful experience 😊

We really enjoyed our stay at Rico's Airbnb. It was super clean, quiet and peaceful and a great location tucked away in a great neighborhood. Rico was super responsive and a wonderful host!

The house was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our dog had a great time playing in the backyard by the pool.

My family and I were evacuees from the Eaton Canyon Fire, and I can’t fully express how incredible Andrea and her spouse have been to us. Their kindness and generosity made us feel safe, cared for, and truly at home during such a challenging time. This Airbnb was the first place where we felt settled, and we are beyond grateful for the many ways Andrea went above and beyond to support us. The space itself is serene, both inside and out, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. It was exactly what we needed.

Great home, very well stocked of everything you could need. Laundry cleaner, dishwasher tablets, plenty of towels and spare sheets. Levy was very responsive and a great host. thank you again!!

This is a lovely house at a very convenient yet quite location, under LA weather the pool is fantastic for a relaxing journey.

Anh was super responsive and helpful and we were able to reserve her place with such short notice during late evening hours. She allowed us to check in early as well. The house was clean with lots of natural light, beautiful pool, peaceful and comfortable. We had a great stay and I highly recommend it. Thanks Anh for your speedy responses. The location of this rental is ideal, a block from the beach. The house is well equipped, as pictured in the listing. Our host Rich met us at the house and was very responsive in communication. He monitored some minor maintenance activity in the upper unit to ensure we weren’t bothered by noise. We enjoyed having access to the 2 cruiser bikes and garage parking for our car. I was a bit put off by the multiple emails from HappiTravels prior to our stay. I understand that Newport Beach has very strict regulations on parking, noise, etc, but I didn’t need to be reminded repeatedly. Overall a good stay.

This place was great! Private garage, large living room, comfy beds and outdoor balcony/patio - what more could you ask for! Overall our stay was great. David was very responsive and friendly. I ran into a WiFi issue since I work from home and David was quick to help! Location is walkable to local coffee shops and restaurants. Can’t beat the location for sure! Will definitely recommend!

after some long days walking almost 9 miles in Disneyland, the hot tub was a miracle! Judy was very responsive even in later hours of the evening when we had questions. Definitely would stay here again.

This was my second time staying at Ashai's property and it was just as amazing as the first time. Ashai is an incredible host who is very accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend anyone vacationing to Long Beach to stay in this house. The location is perfect, about 2-3 miles from the beach and it feels very private considering it is in a neighborhood. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Improvements made to home we stayed at before. Ranch house had everything we needed plus air fryer, rice cooker, electric tea kettle in the kitchen. Roomy living room. 4 good size bedrooms.
