Layla's place was beautiful, eight minutes from La Paz county park. House was perfect for our family we played at the river during the day and enjoyed the beautiful pool in the evening. had a wonderful time in the pool house playing ping pong and card games. House had an awesome view. looking forward to another visit soon. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

I can’t say enough about The Eagles Lair! Wow! The views are incredible at sun up and sun down! The house is so spacious and we loved the huge island in the kitchen. So much parking and a huge garage! We were celebrating a family members birthday and we’re worried about having too many people (about 20) and they were very accommodating and told us just have a blast! It was beautiful both inside and out. It was such an easy check in and Brandt and his staff checked in on us making sure we were in and did we need anything. Bonus was we met the owners, Mike and Joanne. What a treat! They were both so sweet and accommodating for us. We needed a few extra blankets (we are from the north and haven’t quite warmed up yet) and they brought us the most beautiful blankets from their home! They also made sure the pool and jacuzzi were working for us. Just all around the best experience. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family. We had a great stay at this place. Very clean and everything was orderly. Great views from the back. Boat ramp is just a couple houses down. Plenty of parking for a truck and trailer. Look forward to coming again for sure. Thank you!

Jennifer was fabulous! She recommended several local places to visit, and the check-in was super easy. Everything was very clean and I looooved having that Keurig cup coffee maker and laundry (had the kids too)! The only thing was that I thought the place was right on the river. It's my fault for not Google Mapping, but it's a bit further back that I had imagined. Still, we had a great time! Unfortunately, we had to leave very early in the morning the day of checkout (6:30am) to make our flight, so we accidentally left things in the fridge that I meant to throw out (I think!) or maybe I did? It was a frantic morning :) and we ended up being delayed for 8 HOURS that day (lol) and more when we got back in to Honolulu. We should've stayed in Arizona! haha

Nice home. Clean and comfortable. Full kitchen. King bed and room for your stuff. Short walk to the Colorado River. Good value for the money

This is a modular home and a quiet neighborhood off the beaten path. I appreciated the local store for odds and ends. It is on the low end of the river and there are a few public outlets to get to the river inside the community. It was so nice to have two bathrooms and my roommate and I actually appreciated the lack of central heat because I was able to use the space heaters to warm my space while she was using the air conditioner to cool hers! The little extras were so nice… the bikes, the fact that there was wood for the fire pit, the grill was really clean, coffee, tea, oil, and seasonings… laundry detergent. Our stay was very comfortable. My only recommendation would have been thicker mattresses and having a blender.

Very restful place with a fantastic view of the Columbia River. Perfect size and cozy but functional for 5 people. Just what we needed!

We loved staying at villa 12! We normally stay at villa 4 but this year wanted the extra bedroom and it was wonderful. Such an easy walk to the beach and the outdoor kitchen was amazing! This was our 3rd year staying at the villas and will be back for years to come. The kids had a blast and made some amazing core memories. Thank you Darcy! ❤️

This home was very nice and had everything we needed. We enjoyed hiking and fishing in the Bill Williams Refuge. The scenery is beautiful and the area has many types of outdoor activities to enjoy.

Adrian's place is spacious and beautifully put together. A lot to do for a big crew like a pool table, Foosball and 2 different living rooms with large tv's!! He was very responsive with questions that I appreciated!! Thanks Adrian!!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The house was clean, the neighbors were friendly, and Jamie at Evolve was wonderful! Would definitely return to this house next year.

This is the 3rd time that I and my guests have stayed at Lisa's beautiful/spacious house. It has everything that you will need in the kitchen. As always it was spotless. Despite 114 degree temperatures the 3 air conditioners kept the house at a constant, comfortable temperature. Located just steps from the Colorado River, you can take your choice of swimming, tubing, boating, or fishing. There is a wonderful dock and boat ramp. My son always catches bass and catfish from the dock. If you just want to relax and enjoy the river, you can sit out on the large, screened in patio and use the grill. Lisa is very cordial and quick to reply to any of your requests. If Lisa will have me again, I will be back next year. George Wetmore

A great house to relax in and close to town. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. House was definitely dog friendly. Keep in mind that there is a second renter on site and you don't have the yard to run the dogs. There is a small area across the street, just be sure to pick up after them.

This house is as advertised, a 1970 gem, its like you went back in time to 1970. The house Is clean, functional, and fun. Bar, pool table, gas grill, Blackstone Grill and right across the highway from the Parker Strip with plenty of restaurants, golf, off road trails and the River. you will love the nostalgia of the 1970's decor, 5 star stay!

Beautiful house directly across from the river. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was extremely quiet which made for evenings under the stars that much better. The home is exactly as pictured with plenty of parking space and lots of sitting room inside. Kitchen was beautifully remodeled and had basics needed if you wanted to cook. The home is about 20 minutes from town, which is nice if you’re looking for a quieter trip, a little bit of a drive if you’re wanting to grab a bite to eat( however the pizza place inside the gas station 15/10 sooo good!) As mentioned in the ad- signal is really bad at the house even on the WiFi. We had Verizon and Att and could not make calls but it just made us unplug even more. Would definitely recommend in you’re looking for a relaxing get away!
