Beautiful place in this beautiful peninsula. Amazing views , amenities and beach. Very safe. More than enough space for our family of four. Instructions were very clear and the complimentary boat ride and shuttle to the condos was timely. Elena was super flexible, we had some issues with our flights and Elena and Maude were very accommodating- thank you!! We are planing on returning and recommend it without hesitation.

Olga's house is a beautiful, comfortable, and tastefully furnished house a block from the beach. The Paraiso Del Mar development is a quiet enclave on a peninsula a short boat ride from town. The free boat runs every half hour to Marina Cortez in La Paz. A phone call to the shuttle bus driver gets you from the house to the boat dock. The area may be too quiet for some, but for us it was a good place to base our adventures from. There are free bicycles for use, maintained by the development. There is a nice pool with hot tub and ping-pong table a half block from the house. The highlights of La Paz for us included renting a car to hit the beaches just north of town. Tecolote was our favorite. We also went on a Panga ride around Isla Espirito Santo with Marlin Adventures. Our guide and captain (Erik and Sergio) educated us on the history, flora, and fauna of this amazing area. The snorkeling was some of the best I have every seen.

Excelente estancia, la casa es muy bonita, cálida, cómoda y súper bien ubicada. Rafael y su house manager estuvieron al pendientes de que todo estuviera bien y no tuvimos ningún problema. Esperamos el siguiente viaje a La Paz para volver a rentarles la casa sin dudarlo!

From before we arrived Barbara and Manilo were easy and quickly communicative! Gave us easy to find directions and even accommodated us with our early arrival by offering to hold our groceries and directing us to the beach club! The beach club and pool were both amazing! Honestly worth the stay for that alone. The house was cleaned daily and was a short 10-15 minute drive to Malecón/downtown area! WiFi was great quality and honestly we would not hesitate to rebook the same stay in our next trip to La Paz! If you’re considering saving a bit and doing a hotel instead, don’t and book this airbnb you won’t be disappointed! Thank you both for allowing us the most amazing stay!

Great location. Kids loved the golf cart. We had the Las Colinas pool to ourselves the few times we were there. Costa Baja Resort was beautiful. Happy with the three different restaurants we ate at in Costa Baja. Little grocer was convenient. Baja Adventure Company and Doce Cuarenta we’re both convenient. Short drive to Balandra. House had everything we could have needed. Wouldn’t change a thing. Very quiet despite being Holy Week.

Los departamentos están en un condominio en un brazo de tierra, para llegar necesitas Ferry. Está espectacular para viajar con niños porque tiene alberca y la playa es privada. Es un sitio muy tranquilo. Los departamentos tienen todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Te recomendamos que hagas bien tu logística porque literal no hay nada. En la isla hay dos restaurantes y una tiendita, pero para una estancia larga si es necesario viajar a La Paz a hacer el super, eso es una aventura. Buena experiencia tuvimos en los departamentos de Diana, ella es una anfitriona muy atenta.

Excelente opción de alojamiento, muy familiar y ameno. Muy cerca de diversas opciones para comer y fácil acceso al malecón y sus áreas. El anfitrión muy amable y atento a nuestra llegada. ¡Gracias!

Our family absolutely adored Dhorea and our stay at her Casita. Dhorea is a wonderful host very responsive and attentive. The Casita is off the beaten path and peaceful with wonderful views. We had all the amenities needed for a 9 day stay. It's outside of the hustle and bustle of town which was very relaxing. We wish we had more time there, and will be going back. Highly recommend a stay with Dhorea.

Exactly as pictured. Particularly nice was the fact that the pool is shaded in the hot afternoon sun. The place was clean and the air conditioning worked well, swiftly cooling the place down once we returned from a day out. The location was great for us. Off the busy strip and a bit north which worked as we were diving from a scuba club 6 min drive north of the strip. We could have walked to the Malecón but didn’t. Everything we needed was a quick drive and private,garage parking was easy to use. We would definitely return.

Lovely penthouse with great view over La Paz. It was a nice place to return to each day after our travels around the area. Well equipped kitchen with bbq available. Great to have the bedrooms at either end of the apartment for privacy.

Place was very secure, great views from Terrace, walkable to beach, restaurants, right across from board walk. Yeye was very responsive, provided recommendations and options for an early check in. I would stay again only recommend and not a game changer slightly softer mattress. 😃

Perfect location, walkable to dive shops and restaurants. Had everything we needed. Beautiful view from the rooftop, watched sunrise while drinking coffee :)

Ben's home was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was ideal for our family and we really enjoyed all the restaurants and amenities that Puerto Cortes offered. We had a few questions for Ben during the trip and he was very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful, spacious, clean and modern condo, right on the Malecon. Great location with tons of restaurants, parks, coffee shops, etc right nearby. Only issue was that the rooftop pool was closed for maintenance for the duration of our trip. We had no notice and host said it was not communicated to them the pool would be unavailable. Was a bummer but we were partially refunded and it was offered without asking. Edgar is an excellent property manager and very helpful, trustworthy and communicative. Would stay here again!

Our extended family of nine people stayed for five lovely nights in this beautiful home. We were three couples, two teenagers, one seven-year-old, and we all loved it. The house had loads of room to spread out, and we all loved lounging and reading by the pool. The 7-year-old spent hours playing in the pool. The house is a 5-minute walk to the Malecon and lots of restaurants. It was also a short walk to the marina, where we met up with the captain/boat for our adventure with sea lions and visiting Espiritu Santo island. There was easy on-street parking at the house, which made excursions to various beaches a breeze. We had such a wonderful trip, and this house was a perfect home base. We would definitely want to stay here if we visit La Paz again!
