This is an outstanding Airbnb. The location is excellent and the sunsets from the rooftop deck were absolutely fabulous! Yoel was a great host, with proactive communication and a seamless check-in. The apartment is beautifully furnished and has everything you could ask for. It is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in - I highly recommend it! If we return to La Paz we will absolutely stay here again. Five stars across the board, stay here if you can. Outstanding.

We had a great stay at Playa de La Paz Residence. It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location. I would book again. A kitchen with all the items you’d need and all very clean and well presented. We would definitely recommend, as we feel so lucky to have found this beach front and pool treasure in the beautiful town of La Paz. Lee was great at communicating with us and checked we were OK during our Hilary Hurricane stay . Highly recommended!

This is the most fabulous place to stay, with stunning views over the La Paz bay to the east (and further balconies facing west to enjoy the sunsets!). The apartment is spacious, beautifully designed and it was a real joy to stay there. Francisco and Ana were incredibly helpful and responsive, we could not have been better looked-after. We had an epic week and hope to return one day.

We loved our stay! The unit was clean, comfortable and modern. We walked to the Malecón every day for meals. We loved the rooftop and spent time up there every day. Yoel was an excellent host. He was very friendly and helpful. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to La Paz.

This Airbnb is part of a brand new complex in La Paz, and is positioned at the edge of the malecón with convenient proximity to hop in your car and head to all the local beaches. It’s definitely walkable, although it’s up a steep hill, you can walk down 5 minutes to the start of the malecón and about 12 minutes to the heart of it with the main restaurants and shops. The complex itself is very nice and offers a wonderful view to the ocean. The condo is very spacious and could easily accommodate 4 guests. There are two spacious balconies that open directly onto the shared community pool. Beyond all that, the host was an excellent communicator and helped accommodate tours and rentals well ahead of our actual stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody coming to La Paz.

Incredible views from apartment, gorgeous sunsets. Very safe and quiet area, really enjoyed our stay. Very easy (driving ) access to the spectacular beaches. We had a rental car and found ample parking in La Paz and the gated parking lot for the apartment was very reassuring. For us it was nice to have a rental car, as most of the restaurants, shopping and sights were at least a 30 minute walk. Other than hill up to the condo, the walk was pretty flat and we felt safe walking through the neighborhoods. The hosts were wonderful and very helpful.

Get detailed entrance instructions & confirm that the guards have your name. While the owners are very nice and were immediately helpful, our confusion + the guards confusion led this to be an hour-long process. There is the main gate you pull up to from the road, then you go down the street a bit, and then you’ll turn right to another gate, which also needs your name. There is a parking spot assigned to the apartment number. So, you will feel very safe! You will not walk to anything as it’s up the hillside tucked in. It has an awesome view, and is well appointed w/lots of extra hospitality touches. It was very clean. The patio was where we hung out with hot tub & view. They had nice beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and beach towels which was awesome. While there is town noise & barking dogs sometimes, I slept with the windows open. But there is a/c if you don’t want to, and blackout curtains. This is a very thoughtful airbnb and the owners are very kind.

Se cercate un luogo tranquillo con una vista mozzafiato, bene, questo é il posto che fa per voi. Appartamento ottimo per 4 persone, terrazzo vista mare-tramonto fantastico. Cucina ben attrezzata, anche se un italiano vorrebbe piú accessori, ma capisco che é una casa vacanza, e quindi attrezzata con quanto necessario per una...vacanza. NON é una zona adatta a chi non ha un'auto. Il vantaggio di essere in una zona tranquilla e con una vista fotonica si paga con la necessitá di essere automuniti. La sicurezza del complesso é impeccabile, efficenti e cortesi. Ottime le due piscine e le aree pubbliche. Le stanze sono sufficientemente grandi, la zona giorno/comune é molto accogliente. La Paz é stata una sorpresa, ci torneremo, e lo faremo di nuovo in questo appartamento. Dimenticavo...anche l'alba é uno spettacolo. Mai stato in un appartamento con la vista alba-tramonto. Super consigliato.

Desde una semana antes ya teníamos la ubicación e instrucciones para el acceso y el día que llegamos nos avisó en cuanto la propiedad estaba lista para ingresar. Muy amable

We travel to La Paz at least once a year. This year we picked this property as it was right on the Malecon. The property was clean, well appointed and was as described. The property was particularly well situated for Carnival. Our host was helpful and responsive. We would return to this property again.

Estuvo excelente. Me gusto demasiado el departamento, tiene todo lo necesario, súper cómodo. Esta pequeño pero todo está donde debe de estar. Muy limpio y hasta tenía toallas especiales por si quieres ir a la playa e incluso una sombrilla!! Le doy 10 de 10😃👍🏻

This is the best Airbnb in La Paz! The fluidity of the condo into the pool and beach area is spectacular! Our stay was very pleasant. The recommendations for local restaurants were all perfect. The grounds are pristine. Constantly kept. We felt like we’re were the only ones in a resort. It was absolutely perfect! Thanks for everything! Highly recommend.

We loved our stay here. The view and surrounding areas were amazing. The golf cart is key to move around the property. The access to the different areas like the beach club etc was awesome. Antonio was so responsive and helpful to any questions we had.

Truly a wonderful stay! Perfect for a family vacation, young kids included. Johnny was so help in planning and coordinating- truly made it so easy and effortless. Johnny coordinating in hiring a chef, Alonso Chavez; Highly recommended. The spaces is by no means remote but is not walkable to a local grocery, ect. Wonderful, private access to the beach and pool. So quiet and relaxing. Highly recommended for the property and the team!

Flavia's place was perfect for our party of 5. The large kitchen, 3 1/2 bathrooms, and privacy of bedrooms made it wonderful for our group. The roof top deck was a favorite place to see sunrises, sunsets and find solitude. We enjoyed the pool and security of the complex along with the great location close to town and local beaches. Antonio, the property manager, was very helpful, flexible with our arrival time, and friendly. It's a perfect place to spend a short or longer amount of time in La Paz. I'm offended by another review saying it was basic! This was an absolutely wonderful location. We had everything we needed and more!! The hosts were so amazing as well as the security staff! Do yourself a favor, stop browsing other places and book here! Worth every peso! I look forward to staying again when we visit again!

The home was perfect for our family. (5 adults, 3 children). The pool and hot tub terrace was great! Location just off the Malecon was perfect. Kitchen had all appliances. We would definitely stay here again!

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos porque nos gusto mucho la primera vez y lo seguiremos haciendo, siempre muy atentos, tengo 2 bebés y nos sirve mucho el corral y los utensilios que tiene para bebés, así como la casa está en perfectas condiciones y muy limpio con toda la confianza dejo que mis hijos anden en el piso gateando. Son excelentes anfitriones
