Nos encanto el alojamiento, tenía todo lo necesario, está súper cercas de todo. A dos cuadras del malecón, del muelle fiscal que es donde se pueden agarrar buenos tours, está frente a un sushi muy bueno, a un lado un restaurante de antojitos mexicanos. Oscar fue súper amable, siempre al pendiente, nos dejó llegar desde antes de medio día. Excelente estancia para vacaciones y encontrar todo lo bueno de la paz cercas.

We had an incredible stay at Genesis’s place. Puerta Cortes is the ideal location for a short or long trip to La Paz. You are close to the best beaches in the city and surrounded by amazing restaurants just downstairs. Breakfast was made easy with the coffee shop around the corner. Needless to say we loved it! The space is clean and comfortable for a couple or small family. The view is beautiful, we ate every day on the balcony overlooking the yacht’s. Make sure you try the catch of the day at Odayaka the sushi place downstairs. We will definitely return soon to your place Genesis! Thank you again.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was spotless and offered a breathtaking view. The amenities were fantastic, especially the gym and the rooftop terrace, which made the experience even better. The location is also a big plus—just a few minutes from the malecón, making it easy to explore the area. A great bonus was the availability of beach chairs and a small cooler, which came in handy for beach outings. The only thing to note is that if you’re visiting during Carnaval season, the noise from the bands on the malecón can be quite intense inside the apartment. However, aside from that, everything about this place was amazing. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, spacious, clean and modern condo, right on the Malecon. Great location with tons of restaurants, parks, coffee shops, etc right nearby. Only issue was that the rooftop pool was closed for maintenance for the duration of our trip. We had no notice and host said it was not communicated to them the pool would be unavailable. Was a bummer but we were partially refunded and it was offered without asking. Edgar is an excellent property manager and very helpful, trustworthy and communicative. Would stay here again!

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación a 10 min caminando del malecon y terminal de autobuses, varios restaurantes cercanos y la atención de Ernesto 10 de 10, sin duda regresaría.

This is a great location with beautiful views of the ocean and the sunrise and sunsets. Short drive to many great restaurants and beaches. The condo was exactly as described, very clean spacious.

We loved this house. You could see the bay from multiple seating areas in the front of the house and by the pool. Very conveniently located. Close to the malecon and downtown restaurants. There is a big hill to get up to the casa, but don’t let that scare you. That’s why you get such a fantastic view. Vale la pena.

Muy agradable la estancia, alojamiento limpio y de fácil acceso, como el tráfico es muy tranquilo en la ciudad se llega fácilmente a cualquier lugar, Agustin siempre estuvo en contacto y nos dio facilidades a la llegada y nos despidió personalmente, gracias por las atenciones.

We live in La Paz for about six weeks every winter...this was our fifth winter...and we've rented different houses each time. Alejandra's home is our favorite by far...tucked at the end of a sandy road in a very well-kept neighborhood. Just far enough off of the beaten path - kept us active as we enjoy walking around La Paz during our stays. We had a group of 4 and could have accommodated more. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Plenty of room outside with sun or shade, depending on your preferences. We are foodies and the kitchen was fully stocked with every tool you could need. Anytime we had questions or needs, Alejandra responded quickly and addressed anything we needed. We are Airbnb Superhosts in WI - so we set the bar high and she delivered. While we couldn't get our dogs to MX this year, this would have been the perfect house for our big boys - also a short walk to a fave dog beach. Perfect!

El lugar y la casa muy bonitos y limpios. La limpieza muy buena aunque nos pareció cara 1,500 en comparación con Tepoz q costó 600

I was traveling with a group of colleagues and needed a big place with private rooms for everyone. This place was good, and outstanding value for money. Location was fine for me since I had a rental car, if I was planning to walk everywhere I'd probably go for something a bit closer to the downtown and waterfront. Don't get me wrong; it's not out in the boonies, but it's definitely in a residential nabe a few minutes drive from the lively center, and further than I'd want to walk every day.

Diana’s house was PERFECT for my large family! It was clean, safe, and had everything we needed. Diana was very responsive and kind. The house is just a short drive to the centro. My family and I will absolutely be staying at Diana’s house next time we’re in La Paz!

Truly a wonderful stay! Perfect for a family vacation, young kids included. Johnny was so help in planning and coordinating- truly made it so easy and effortless. Johnny coordinating in hiring a chef, Alonso Chavez; Highly recommended. The spaces is by no means remote but is not walkable to a local grocery, ect. Wonderful, private access to the beach and pool. So quiet and relaxing. Highly recommended for the property and the team!

Estancia muy agradable. El departamento superó por mucho las expectativas. Esta muy bien equipado, es amplio, los muebles son de muy buena calidad, la cocina estaba totalmente equipada. Se llega en bote a través de la Marina Cortez, el servicio es espectacular, te ayudan a subir el equipaje, la despensa y todo lo que necesites. Es un trayecto de 10 minutos con buenas vistas de los yates qué hay en el lugar. Nosotros pedimos la despensa por adelantado, para que cuando llegáramos pudiéramos tener lo necesario, la comida y el servicio en el bar de la alberca es muy bueno y cómodo. El mantenimiento del hotel mantiene la areas comunes en muy buen estado. Fuimos a jugar una ronda de golf un día, muy buen campo con algunos hoyos pegados al mar. Hay bicicletas para andar en la propiedad. Totalmente recomendable para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas con la familia o grupo de amigos. Excelente comunicación con Melinda, siempre estuvo al pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesitáramos.

Beautiful place in this beautiful peninsula. Amazing views , amenities and beach. Very safe. More than enough space for our family of four. Instructions were very clear and the complimentary boat ride and shuttle to the condos was timely. Elena was super flexible, we had some issues with our flights and Elena and Maude were very accommodating- thank you!! We are planing on returning and recommend it without hesitation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nea's place! Dolphins and whales jumping in front of you, fantastic! The unit is as described, clean well stocked, we needed nothing. Deck is huge! Liked the bottled water (that staff would deliver, remember to tip). Personal shopper if needed. The pools is nice, 80 in afternoon! Beach is great! Pelicans constantly slamming the surface, baitfish everywhere and I was able to catch fish! Two restaurants beside the Condo. View is unbeatable and food is good. We went to town to eat a few times as well as grabbing prawn etc to make. Went to Malecon for roof views and great food! Prices are similar to Can. Taco stands or markets for epic food at amazing prices! Taco's El Estadio, 4 great fish tacos, ALL the fixings, $9 Can. yes please! This city feels very safe. We were there for Carnaval ( massive 2-3km? of stalls, stages, music food) and didn't know what to expect. Police everywhere! Not oppressive, just present and friendly! Thanks Nea!

Had a fantastic time in La Paz - this condo is in the perfect location and in a beautiful complex (Marina Cortez). Awesome views of the water and everything you need to be and feel comfortable. Highly recommend this condo - there was just two of us but there is another King room and bathroom. Really appreciate everything!

Vale muchísimo la pena si buscas un lugar cómodo y tranquilo. Esta mucho mejor que en las fotos, se nota que cuidan hasta el más mínimo detalle, algo que también me sorprendió fue el nivel de limpieza que tenía el lugar. cuenta con varias amenidades, y los Host súper atentos en todo momento.

We travel to La Paz at least once a year. This year we picked this property as it was right on the Malecon. The property was clean, well appointed and was as described. The property was particularly well situated for Carnival. Our host was helpful and responsive. We would return to this property again.
